No light. No mercy. Just living shadows… and the thing that wants me.
Ketharis is ancient, terrifying, and made of hunger and night. He was never meant to have a mate—until me. And the closer his shadows pull me in, the more my magic ignites.
They think the darkness will break me. They think the monster will consume me.
Another great short fast paced adventures on the edge read. This continues from the other books so reading in order would be beneficial. A showdown monster and a human finding hope and live with each other was something I didn't know I needed to read, until I read this. Loved it
This is the first book on this series where the main FMC also had something extra. There’s still the mate bond, the MMC are still monsters and demons but now we have a woman who is a witch. They’ve connected with the others from the first 3 books and we’re getting closer to seeing/reading about how all this is going to end.
She came looking for her sister only to be caged. Caged with darkness as old as time. She is the only one who can break the bonds and free him. He finds she is the only one who has never feared him.
Another quick read that continued the series plot. The end felt a little like a marvel movie spin off but Monster F*cker edition when they all teamed up. Not the worst I’ve read and I loved seeing a witch in the mix.

Maybe I’m exhausted. Maybe I don’t know quite what I’m reading but I like the series. Still have qualms on how everyone knows each other without introducing themselves first. I feel like these books could be way more than the 50-60 pages.
