This was a short, bold, laugh out loud read that knew exactly what it was and didn’t waste a single page pretending otherwise. Taelyn was already irritated, already disappointed and already over the night going left so the setup alone had me hooked. Being stood up and still determined to salvage your peace is real life energy.

The text message exchange was honestly half the fun. The banter, the confidence, the way the tension built before he even showed up! Hilarious and perfectly paced. Sir was supposed to drop the package and go but the chemistry said absolutely not. Ahmed’s confidence was loud without being corny and the way he flipped the situation in Taelyn’s favor was top tier the night isn’t ruined after all behavior.

What I appreciated most is that this story didn’t try to overcomplicate itself. It leaned fully into fantasy, empowerment and satisfaction no shame, no softness, just grown folks energy and mutual interest. Taelyn deserved that win after the nonsense and she definitely got it. I mean iiinnnnnniiiiiitttttt!

Quick, spicy, funny and straight to the point. Sometimes that’s exactly what the mood calls for and this delivered right on time.
