Fourth Quarter Fever #3

Over Time Advantage: A Later in Life Single Parent Romantic Comedy

Rate this book
“Living with regrets is like driving with your eyes on the rearview mirror— you're bound to crash.” -Michael McMillan

JETT
Regrets? Yeah, I have those. Lots of them.

My daughter barely talks to me, my son isn’t well, and it’s all my fault.

At least my career as the head football coach for the Philly Camels makes me happy. Until the team’s owner gives me an ultimatum draped in threats.

So, yeah. I’m struggling with life and “could have beens.”

And then I meet an angel. No, I didn’t die; Fallon is an angel on earth. Smart, beautiful, and funny, she makes me feel much younger than my 47 years.

She's initially reluctant to get involved with me, as she’s a single mom with demons of her own.

I fall hard and fast. I finally get her on board and things are perfect… until the past comes creeping back.

By the time I realize that you can't start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one, will it be too late to win back the love of my life?

Known as the queen of RaunchCom, AK Landow is a spicy RomCom author. She’s a recovering attorney living outside of the Philadelphia area with her husband, who she secretly pined for through her teen years, three crazy daughters, and multiple animals.

She enjoys reading, now writing, drinking copious amounts of vodka, and laughing. Having discovered there’s no other need in the world for funny perverts, she’s thrilled to have this new avenue to channel her age-inappropriate sense of humor.

She began her publishing journey with the City of Sisterly Love series, initially writing the first book, Knight, because it pisses her off that there are so few FMCs over the age of 40. She wrote it as an FU to the romance community to let them know that "oldies" still get it on. She fell so madly in love with both being an author and her fictitious family, that she can't seem to stop writing.

The entire series centers around a group of strong, intelligent, confident, and supportive women. The central family is known for severe cases of oversharing and walking in on each other. Hilarity often ensues.

The Belles of Broad Street series debuted in 2023 with Conflicting Ventures. Indecent Ventures and Unexpected Ventures followed shortly thereafter. The final book in the series, Enchanted Ventures, came out in early 2024. It world shares with the City of Sisterly Love series, but can be read as standalones.

2024 also became the year AK entered the sports romance world. Staying true to her goals of portraying strong women, her debut sports romance novel, Double Play, is both a baseball AND softball romance. It's the first in the Extra Innings series, which is now complete with four full-length novels and a prequel novella.

In 2025, AK is looking forward to diving into the world of women's basketball and men's football. The first book in the Fourth Quarter Fever series will be Home Town Advantage, coming on September 4, 2025.

Her writing is known for laughs, tears, and being one-handed reads.

A later-in-life romance with playful chemistry, complicated families, and a hero determined to win his woman over? Yes, please.

Jett and Fallon had such an easy spark, and I especially liked how their relationship was allowed to build naturally through the flirting, texts, banter, and quieter moments between them.

Jett completely won me over with his persistence and the way he slowly started putting love and family ahead of the things that had always consumed him. Fallon was just as easy to root for, especially watching her work through the hurt that made trusting someone new so difficult. Their chemistry was fantastic, with plenty of heat, but the emotional side of their relationship gave the romance even more weight.

The humour and found-family chaos made this such a fun read, while the more vulnerable moments gave it plenty of depth. There was a lot happening around the romance, but it all helped make their eventual happy ending feel satisfying.

Between the laughs, spice and character growth, this was easily a wonderful and lovely read.

A sincere thank you to A.K. Landow and Team for the ARC! 🥰📚

I’m so grateful for the early read. As always, all thoughts and opinions are completely my own. ✨

[ ARC REVIEW ] Over Time Advantage by AK Landow

🗓️ Release Date: 09.10.2026

If you’re not giggling and laughing out loud when reading AK’s books, you are doing it wrong. She is the most hilarious person I’ve ever met and it comes across SO WELL in her writing. Daddy Jett and his MC are fine as helllll, but omg am I in love with Fallon. Which should come as a surprise to…nobody. I was obsessed with her from day 1 and have been VERY vocal about it. Dare I say…this book made me love Tanner even more. 🫣 The relationship he and Fallon have is so beautiful and the scene with Jett and him (YOU KNOW THE ONE) OMGGGGGG. If you know me, then you know chunky books scare me (commitment issues I KNOW). AK is an autoread for me, for good reason. Her books are ALWAYS chunky and I tell myself I’m gonna take a few days to read them. Well that never happens because I always devour them SO FAST. It’s truly an addiction. Once you pick up an AK book, it can’t be put down. I don’t make the rules. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ps. I will never not love boner shakes

I have been waiting for this story since we saw some hints in competitive advantage, and it did not disappoint.

Jett and Fallon burned so bright. From Jett stumbling through technology and terminology in efforts to get Fallon to date him to their found family it was an amazing read!

Jett is the coach for the teams he won a Super Bowl with and that had been I’m his sole focus. Even to the sacrifice of his relationships with his kids. Then he meets Fallon. One secret meeting a party and he sees a future he never dreamed of. But Fallon wants nothing to do with someone married to their job. She divorced that already. Now Jett had to find a way to show her they are worth the chances. While they navigate everything life throws at them.

Daddy Jett is now my favorite man. I am holding about to see my Beau. But Jett is everything I dreamed him to be!!

I have been waiting for Jett and Fallon's book for what feels like forever lol but in all seriousness I fell in love with Fallon and needed her to have her happily ever after. This book did not disappoint. I loved seeing her POV after Bailey needing Fallon's help. I have said it before I love all of the girl empowerment we get!
I adore Jett. Such a sweet character and the right amount of Daddy. I was so happy to see him getting his hea as well.
So many laugh out loud moments. And I was so happy to have the beau fudd shakes making an appearance.
I loved seeing the Jeffries and Fallon and Harper all together.
And of course I always love seeing characters from previous books!

Can't wait to order the signed paperback and goodies!

Okay… A.K. Landow, you really know how to make me fall hard for your characters.

Jett and Fallon completely stole my heart!

There is something incredibly special about a romance that comes later in life, when the characters have already lived, loved, made mistakes, and carry their own share of scars and regrets. And that is exactly what made this story hit differently for me.

Jett… oh, Jett. This man is everything. Strong and confident on the outside, but underneath all that strength is a vulnerable man carrying regrets, family struggles, and a heart that desperately wants another chance. Watching him fall for Fallon—and then do everything he could to prove that she was worth fighting for—had me absolutely swooning.

And Fallon? I loved her. Strong, warm, independent, an amazing mum, but also a woman who has been hurt and is afraid to trust her heart again. Seeing her slowly let Jett in felt so natural and so beautifully written.

Their chemistry?
Their banter?
Their emotional journey? EVERYTHING.

This book made me laugh, swoon, hurt, and yes… it even broke my heart a little. And just when I thought I had recovered, A.K. Landow reminded me that second chances, forgiveness, and love are sometimes worth fighting for.

Add the amazing friendships, the family dynamics, the humour, the spice, and those wonderful cameos from characters we've already met, and I was completely hooked.

Over Time Advantage is funny, heartfelt, emotional, sexy, and proof that sometimes the best love story can begin when you least expect it.

Jett and Fallon deserved their happy ending—and my heart absolutely deserved this book.

5 huge stars!

Over Time Advantage by A.K. Landow
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Okay, this is officially my favorite read from A.K. Landow! I already loved her previous work, but Fallon and Jett’s story completely stole the show for me. And getting to catch up with the characters from the previous books was literal heaven.

Jett falls first and HARD. And listen, I was absolutely HERE for every tactic he pulled out trying to get his girl. The man was determined, and watching him work his way into Fallon’s heart was everything.

Fallon definitely felt the spark, but after everything she’d been through, her past pain and heartbreak clouded her judgment and left Jett on the back burner. I loved how naturally their story unfolded and how the author allowed their relationship to develop instead of rushing the process.

A.K. Landow really knows how to create deep, layered characters and give them the development they deserve. The dual POV was EVERYTHING, and I absolutely loved the supportive friend groups surrounding both Fallon AND Jett. Add in the jokes, texts, flirting, chemistry, and all the little moments between them, and I was a GONER.

And Jett, yeah he’s going straight onto my list of top book boyfriends.

This one takes you through ALL the emotions: the laughter, the frustration, the swooning, the heartbreak, and everything in between, but trust me when I say the ride is SO worth it.

A 5⭐️ read and easily my favorite A.K. Landow book yet! 💕

He’s gonna make you say “Yes, Daddy”

Holy, freaking, COW!! What did AK Landow put in this book?! Out of all the books I have read and story line that are out there, Jett and Fallon’s story in Overtime Advantage has probably been one of the best I have read. It is so hard to put into words the amount of love I have for this book.

Most stories now a days seem to focus on the younger generation, but this one, it captured the Gen X and Millennials so much. I found so much of myself in both what Jett was always saying (thanks Boomer parents) and how Fallon was personally.

The love they had for each other, the constant push/pull in their relationship, always wanting and needing to put others first but never finding the time or ability for themselves, the passion (my gawd, the passion!!!!), the heartbreak, and ultimately the HEA! This book will have you feeling such a personal connection to both MCs and fighting for both of them at the same time.

And can I just say, I absolutely LOVE Fallon’s girl tribe!! These women who have each other’s back constantly, through and through, and even her found family with the Beavers and extended family with her ex. It made my heart so freaking happy cause not everyone has a tribe like that behind them.

And for the love of all that is man made (or fictionally made), we can all appreciate a man like Jett! The dirty talk, the passion, a man who truly listens and hears you. He is not just an amazing book boyfriend, he will become your ultimate book daddy!

I received Overtime Advantage as an ARC and provided a review willingly.

This was a really good book and I was excited to finally read Jett and Fallon's story. It was so good and well worth the wait. I loved the technology thing with Jett and that he still used a flip phone 😂 I liked that the story started out in the same timeline as previous books, but from Jett and Fallon's POVs. It was fun watching their story play out alongside everyone else's. OMG the waxing scene was so funny 😂😂 Even though their split was sad, I loved how well Tanner and Fallon co-parented Harper and how well she got along with Bailey too. I loved how close they all were. Jett's note asking Fallon to go steady was funny and sweet too. Kennedy and Rooster 😂 I absolutely loved this book, loved Jett and Fallon, and loved their happy ending.

Overtime Advantage is the 3rd book in Landow’s series Fourth Quarter Fever but it can be read as a standalone. I will say that it’s a heavily interconnected standalone and you should at least Play Off Pitch because Fallon, Harper (her daughter) are a part of that book.

Both Jett and Fallon had lost their purpose when it came to love. Both divorced, both not expecting to fall in love. Oh what a ride they took me on. He fell hard and she struggled with a relationship that might have looked the same as her past. They definitely have their hang ups personally and as a couple. Harper was the cutest 8 year old and I loved seeing the groups chats, the friends giving me the extra comedic relief.

On another note, not me sitting here totally obsessed with Daddy Jett and Fallon. I feel that this book is the best book of the series thus far and might be Ak’s best work yet. These two burned the pages. Full on stop. I haven’t laughed so hard with a book. It was the perfect combination of sass, banter and combustible tension. I think I need to go to the gym and an open field, IYKYK. A chefs kiss honestly. Great read.

I have been waiting for this book and it was so worth the wait! Jett and Fallon are fire! These two meet and have that instant spark, but don’t seem to be at the same point in life and go there separate ways. That is until Jett appears and man, the banter these two have through messaging and the melt your heart moments. Swoon! Fallon is a single mom and trying to make her out way and past her ex. Fallon and Jett take us on a wild ride that will make you melt, swoon, yell, cry, and laugh out loud on the way. Every emotion is worth their journey and the to see how their story ends. Then add in the crazy group we know and love, the hilarious friend groups, and family drama to have you devouring this book. Absolutely loved Jett and Fallon.

Jett and Fallon

Gotta love the AK Landow and her mind. She brings crisis, sports, later in life, humor, spice and more to her stories. I am never disappointed when I dive into her stories. This one we have Jett and Fallon both are divorced where their friends are trying to set them up. Jett was married to someone he didn't love and was a real piece of work.

Fallon loved her ex but he loved his work more. Each have children from their marriages. However. Fallon and her ex are still friends where Jett and his ex are not. Loved the relationships that formed between Fallon and Kennedy and Fallon and Bailey. There are bonds, entertainment and support in this book and all Ak's books honestly.

This book was thick and she needed to be - there is a ton going on. As is with later in life divorced couples, there are a lot of moving parts. Fallon and Jett are at the center of it. It is interesting to see how their past drives their relationship. You have Jett really trying to overcompensate with his family, but trying to heal his relationship with his kids. Then you have Fallon who adores her ex and his new family. It does cause some friction, but for the most part, the story is just Fallon and Jett figuring it out. There are deep conversations, dates, and lots and lots of spice. LOTS. Some of it fits the plot, some of it is for your entertainment.

I am jumping into this series in the middle. You can read it as a standalone, but there are a lot of characters in here and I feel like if I had read the prior books, it would have helped keep them straight more because they involved the teams Jett coaches and his daughter plays on. There is a little bit of an overlap too with book 2 just based on the description. I found myself pausing going “who is that again” but then remembering. So you do you. Want to jump right into MC Jett (you’ll have to read to find out what it stands for) and Angel Face Fallon? I say go for it! 4/5⭐️ 5/5🌶️

I received an advanced copy of this book.

I cannot get enough of these two

This is one of those books where you're happily reading along and then BAM! The middle of the book happens and you want to strangle both MCs. But I absolutely loved Kennedy at this point. She was a perfect person to lend a shoulder and provide words of wisdom to both of them. And Harper was an absolute doll. I also, really enjoyed the dynamic between Fallon and Bailey and Tanner. It showed how much Fallon and Tanner grew after their divorce. I really appreciated that added dynamic.

Absolutely love this book. I’ve been waiting for Fallons story and it was worth the wait. And Jett, what can I say 😍❤️‍🔥. The banter between these two was so fun and yummy. I honestly couldn’t put this down and truly kept saying one more chapter. Love all these characters and how they keep weaving in and out. We met Fallons daughter Harper before and she was still so much fun. Would love to see her story when she’s all grown up. Make sure you read this one, Enjoy

I had fallen in love with Fallon from the beginning. She has to be my favorite character from this series. When I saw that we was going to get her love story I couldn't wait. Ofcourse I devoured it. Jett was the perfect man for her. The way he never gave up and went out of the way to be with Fallon was sworn worthly. Then they thought about everything and how would affect others made me cheered for them even more. I also loved the way we still got to see characters from the previous books. It continues to tie all the books from this series together even more.

Jett and Fallon are on a journey together throughout the book. Both have a past they have to work through, both have kids and a divorce and skeletons in the closet. Fallon wants to be seen, Jett wants to love her! They find themselves but also find a way to love each other better in every chapter! I don’t love a third act breakup but they do have the cutest HEA!

I've loved Fallon since the first time I saw her - as Tanner's ex wife. I was thrilled to see she'd be getting her own story, and with the father of one of her players?? Chef's kiss.

I loved seeing pieces of prior books in this series through a new set of eyes, and the crave the way that AK intertwines each series. To be able to catch up with Darian and Cassandra was amazing.

....and no Fourth Quarter Fever book would be complete without the adventures of a Beau Fudd boner shake.

🏈❤️ It’s Never Too Late to Choose Love ❤️🏈
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars | 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ 4 Chili Peppers

Give me a later-in-life romance with two single parents, complicated families, ridiculous humor, amazing chemistry, and a man determined to prove he's ready to put love first, and I am IN. ❤️🏈

Over Time Advantage was everything I love about an A.K. Landow book. It was funny, emotional, spicy, a little chaotic, and filled with characters who feel like one big unconventional family.

I especially loved getting Fallon's story. If you've followed A.K. Landow's other books, you already know her as Tanner's ex, and I've always admired the relationship she's maintained with him, Bailey, and their extended family. Getting Fallon's POV reminded me that being supportive and gracious doesn't mean those situations were always easy for her. She's an incredible mom to Harper, a wonderful friend, and a strong woman, but she's also someone who has been hurt and wonders whether she'll ever find the kind of love she wants for herself.

Then she meets Jett. 😂❤️

Jett is 47, divorced, a father, and the head coach of the Philly Camels. Football has consumed much of his life, sometimes at the expense of the people he loves. He's carrying plenty of regrets, especially when it comes to his children, and he has pretty much given up on finding love.

One accidental night with Fallon changes that VERY quickly.

Jett falls first, and this man falls HARD.

Watching him attempt to woo Fallon might have been one of my favorite parts of the book. Between his flip phone, struggles with modern technology and dating terminology, flirting, texts, and his adorable old-school approach to romance, I laughed so much. The man even asks her to “go steady.” 😂

Fallon isn't nearly as easy to convince.

Her marriage ended because she knew exactly what it felt like to come second to someone's career, so falling for a professional football coach isn't exactly high on her list of brilliant ideas. I couldn't blame her for being cautious.

What I loved was watching Jett recognize that simply telling Fallon he would be different wasn't enough.

He had to show her.

He listens. He makes an effort. He allows her to see his vulnerable side. Most importantly, he begins realizing that the things he has always prioritized aren't necessarily the things that deserve to come first anymore.

And somewhere along the way, Daddy Jett emerges. 🔥😂

How this man manages to be sexy, vulnerable, adorable, completely determined, and technologically challenged all at once, I have no idea. He's a unicorn.

And MC Jett?

You'll have to read the book to find out what THAT means. 😂

Jett and Fallon's chemistry was on another level. Fallon can definitely hold her own, and once Jett gets his confidence going...well, there's a reason this one earned four chili peppers. 🌶️🔥 But underneath all that heat is a relationship that develops through friendship, conversation, flirting, laughter, vulnerability, and two people gradually trusting each other with the parts of themselves that aren't quite as polished.

I also loved how realistic the later-in-life aspect felt. Jett and Fallon aren't beginning with blank slates. They have kids, exes, careers, mistakes, regrets, friendships, and entire lives that have to fit together. There's something incredibly relatable about watching two people who already know how badly love can go wrong decide that maybe it's still worth trying again.

And the found family was EVERYTHING.

Fallon's girl tribe, Harper and her word of the day, Kennedy, Tanner and Bailey, old friends, previous characters, group chats, and all the wonderfully inappropriate chaos had me laughing out loud. I also loved revisiting events we've already seen but experiencing them through Jett and Fallon's perspectives this time.

There are some genuinely emotional moments too, and this book definitely made me cry. Jett isn't perfect, and there were moments when I desperately needed this man to figure himself out, but that's part of what made his growth so satisfying.

At its heart, Over Time Advantage is about realizing you can't spend your life staring backward at everything you wish you'd done differently.

You can't change the marriage that failed.

You can't erase the mistakes you've made.

You can't get back the years you spent putting the wrong things first.

But you can decide what you're going to choose now.

Jett and Fallon made me laugh, swoon, tear up, and fan myself more than once. 😂🔥 Their story was fun, flirty, emotional, wonderfully spicy, and such a satisfying reminder that finding the right person doesn't have an expiration date.

And seriously...Daddy Jett. 🥵🏈❤️

Thank you to A.K. Landow for the gifted advanced reader copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The third book in the Fourth Quarter Fever series, I loved it!

It's hot. It's spicy. In fact, it's downright raunchy! Jett's stamina is... incredible. Fallon's dirty side is awesome. The book spans quite a long period of time, giving these two plenty of opportunities to get it on... and they do! Despite this it also has a strong story line, which was great as it really added to the story, preventing it from becoming a book about inventive sex by two gorgeous, slightly older, single-parent MCs. Add in a lot of humour and it just made it a fantastic, engaging read.

As recommended by A.K. Landow in the sign-up for this ARC, I read books 1 & 2 in this series before reading this one. I'm glad I did - because they're also great reads (reviews to follow!) - but given the amount of the subtle explanations in this book about the side characters, I think I would've understood this book perfectly without it. On the other hand, Over Time Advantage does contain huge spoilers for book 2, if if you don't want that, make sure you at least read that one before this book.

Onto the book:
Fallon: she's strong. She's got her priorities sorted, she's warm, loving, and she's definitely not getting together with anyone who puts their job first. Fallon's been hurt before and is hesitant about starting anything new, although she'd like more children. And then Jett comes along and starts to woo her... and he does it so well that it's unsurprising that she falls for him. I loved reading her POVs. She's the type of person that everyone likes and it shows in the way she's written. I am so glad that she came across Jett.

Jett: I loved how he woos Fallon, even entering the 21st century tech-wise and asking his somewhat estranged daughter for advice and help - allowing them to grow closer in turn - in order to approach Fallon. Enough is shown of his interactions with Fallon prior to them meeting again that it's really convincing this isn't a case of lust: they've really built a solid basis for a relationship by the time they meet. Jett seems to have two sides: he can be the romantic, loving, sexy man for Fallon - who will happily swear -, but in his work and with his daughter he seems to be a bit of a prude, telling them off for swearing and not appreciating any slightly sexual jokes.

This book does contain a massive third act break-up which I didn't really see coming. Kudos to A.K. Landow for how she writes these scenes and for how she manages to still get Fallon and Jett to a HEA. I really disliked Jett for a while... but the way the side characters rally around them (Fallon's daughter in particular is a sweetheart, throughout the book) and how his change of heart is written was completely believable to me. I was also impressed with how Fallon's gradual softening was written - considering that I really had no idea how things could ever be made right after the way the break-up went down.

More generally, I really enjoyed how layered and real Fallon and Jett are throughout the book. They really have distinct personalities from the other characters.

A 5-star read for sure and I will definitely read more of A.K. Landow's books.

If you like strong stories that also describe the MCs outside of their relationship with each other, humour, inventive spicy scenes and characters who really deserve each other and understandably fall in love, then this book is for you and you shouldn't wait to read this.

Thank you to A.K. Landow for the ARC!

AK writes fantastic, funny and spicy books. I love that this one is love found later in life, it feels so realistic as a lot I can relate to haha.
If you have followed AK Landlow, you will know Fallon from her other series as Tanner's ex. I now want to go back and read their story again. I liked seeing events that we know about from a different pov.
Daddy Jett is a unicorn, he is smexy and so adorable all at the same time. It shouldn't be possible. I loved his vulnerable side because it showed how serious he was about Fallon. He is also MC Jett, you will find out what MC actually stands for haha.
I always thought how Fallon was amazing, specially for how she is friends with her ex and how she was with Bailey. I liked seeing things from her pov. Because it showed she is actually human and those situations weren't easy. But she really is such an amazing mum and friend.
Both Jett and Fallon are single parent with a disastrous ex marriage.
He had given up on love or any sort of relationship and she is heartbroken thinking she will never be loved. One Accidental night starts sparks the fire in their life.
I loved how Jett did everything to prove to Fallon that he may be a coach but he is determined to put her 1st. Both of their life is complicated, his is more with his daughter (Kennedy from previous book) not talking to him and a son that has MH issues. I do feel his son was too molly coddled but that's a whole different story.
I loved the journey of their friendship and love. Gosh their chemistry was a whole another level. So hot, she is the dirty talker but as he starts getting his confidence back he trumps all the hot Book boyfriends. Then something happens and I cried like a baby. He really needs to dig deep and find a way to win her back. He wasn't my favourite during that chapter. But that apology was epic!!!!
As always we have some of her older characters and they're still as inappropriate as ever! But so funny. I honestly don't know where AK finds all these punchlines and facts from haha.
I loved the whole found family, it's an epic one and so unusual but I loved it so much. Oh and Harper was still so cute and funny with her word of the day.
This was fun, flirty, emotional and spicy (that gym scene 🥵) Be prepared to fall in love and laugh out loud hard.

I can’t help but enjoy a book with MCs closer to my age. Don’t get me wrong, I also love your typically aged MCs, and will always pick up those books… but as a woman who is 39 (turning 40 in a few months), reading about characters who are in the same life stages as myself definitely is a much different experience. One I enjoyed a ton, TBH. I have read the previous books in this series, and the other interconnected sport series that ties into this one (No, you do not have to read it to understand the books. But it definitely doesn’t hurt. It gives you a better understanding of all the characters [including side characters] and their stories, IMO). So slipping right back into this world was a breeze. I will be honest, I was hoping for a while for Fallon’s story. Just something about her was appealing to me, so I am super glad we got it. I also love the way the romance was emotionally heavy all while remaining light with the comedy aspect. This book does have the sports themes, but remains more romance focused, as well as rebuilding what was broken after failed marriages. I think that was probably my favorite thing about this book is the aspect of how two people who wanted their love, and happily ever after, never really got it. Instead, they were broken, and had to find themselves, and heal to find love, and heal through love too. It just was emotional and beautiful. I think older readers will definitely appreciate this book for what it is. This book, like always in her series can be read as a stand alone, but of course is enjoyed more when read in order. Do I recommend this one? Absolutely. I will always recommend A.K. Landow romances. She has spice, heartache, and laughter. All her books are well written and entertaining. You honestly can’t go wrong with her books.

This romance is book 3 in the Fourth Quarter Fever series. The romance in this book is a second chance romance. This book does have open door spice. After meeting Fallon, Jett realizes she is the one. Jett decides to do whatever it takes to win her over. Even if it starts unconventionally. Fallon and Jett’s romance comes with complications of work, children, and baggage from their past; they both will have to work together and compromise to overcome the challenges stacked up against them.
