One night.

That’s all I allowed myself with the gorgeous stranger.

I didn’t expect he’d be the only one who could save me…

Sophie

Family is everything. I’m the sweet and innocent good girl. I have a goal, a plan. And refuse to be distracted.

That is… until I meet him. The gorgeous man who’s covered in tattoos and an expensive suit. Immediately ensnared by his piercing icy-blue eyes, I decide to do something just for me. One night. Then, it’s back to my plan to do right by my family.

But I never expected to fall hard and fast. Nor did I expect the truth—about his family or the horrifying dangers coming for me—to shatter everything.

Creed

My family rules the crime world, and I rule the legitimate arm of our empire. I forged my own path while honoring my loyalty to them.

The moment my eyes fall on Sophie—my angel—I know I’ve found her. The one for me.

But it all crashes down once she finds out who my family is. I have no choice but to let her go.

Until an enemy comes for her, then nothing will stop me from protecting her at all costs. I’ll even wade into the darkest parts of the criminal underworld that I vowed never to go.

Because Sophie is mine. My angel. My good girl. My everything.

🎧 Audiobook Performance Review – Janine Granda & Ryan Stone

This audiobook experience was chef’s kiss perfection, and a huge part of that comes down to the narrators. Janine Granda and Ryan Stone didn’t just read the story—they embodied Sophie and Creed in a way that made the emotions, tension, and romance hit so much harder.

Janine Granda captured Sophie’s character beautifully. Her voice conveyed that soft, sweet innocence while still allowing Sophie’s inner strength and growth to shine through. You could hear Sophie’s loyalty to her family, her vulnerability when everything starts to unravel, and the quiet determination that makes her such a compelling heroine. Janine’s emotional delivery made it easy to connect with Sophie on a deeper level, especially during the more tender and high-stress moments.

Ryan Stone as Creed was everything I want in a mafia MMC narration. His voice was deep, controlled, and commanding, with just the right edge of danger. But what really stood out was how effortlessly he shifted into softness when it came to Sophie. Every protective growl, every possessive declaration, every low, intimate moment carried weight and intention. His performance perfectly captured Creed’s duality—the ruthless power behind the name and the absolute devotion he has for his woman.

Together, their dual POV narration created an immersive, addictive listening experience. The chemistry between their performances made the romance feel intense, emotional, and completely believable. This is one of those audiobooks where you “just one more chapter” yourself into losing track of time.

If you’re an audiobook lover who craves emotionally rich performances, swoony possessive MMCs, and narrators who elevate the story beyond the page, Janine Granda and Ryan Stone deliver in every possible way. 🎧🔥

My first foray into Lora’s books, and Lora’s first foray into to mafia romance, and I’m very impressed!! This was an excellent debut into mafia romance and I genuinely had a spicy good time. 😍🌶️

This is more on the Mafia-lite side of the trope, where it’s not dark.. but it’s mafia, so there’s 100% some morally grayness happening. I have to say, I really loved the plot line in this because to me, it really showed the characters strengths, and loyalty when push came to shove. I was hooked for sure. But even more than that, I loved Creed’s utter and complete loyalty to Sophie. That man would take a million bullet for that woman. Plus.. whew, the man can dirty talk like it’s his damn job. 🥵

This was spicier than I expected, but I’m definitely not complaining. The spice to plot ratio was perfect for me, and the chemistry between these two MC’s was volcano lava hot. 🫠

I’m obsessed with the pairing of the narrators on the audiobook, between Janine Granda and Ryan Stone. These two were really doing it for me, and they were excellent as these characters. Magnetizing voices that sucked me in and didn’t let me go until the end. I had the best time listening to this!

Creed’s ALC by Lora Nox

❤️‍🔥My very first ALC review ❤️‍🔥

I never was a ALC supporter because for me, who reads so fast, wasn’t my thing. I’m a visual reader. But when Lora Nox, whose I’m a very big supporter of her books, asked me if I was interested to listen to it, I said why not. I had already read all her books, so why not revisiting them in audiobooks!
And I was pleasantly surprised!!
For once, I don’t need to imagine what the voices will sound like.
Ryan Stone voice’s is to die for 😍
Janine Granda voice’s is amazing 🤩
And I think I was just hooked!!
The way they interacted and interpreted each characters was perfectly done and trust me, they had all lot of characters to perform!
Now I’m waiting for Vito’s ALC and I’m so glad I said yes!
Thank you for Blue Nose Audio for the ALC

🎧ALC REVIEW🎧

My first introduction to the Santoro brothers and I was not disappointed! Creed Santoro🔥 and hearing him call Sophie “Angel” had me swooning every time! I love me a good mafia romance and I ate this one up! From the moment Sophie entered his life, she was his everything, and the possessive “touch her and ☠️” vibes were top tier! I couldn’t get enough of his dominant, yet tender, personality! 10/10 Loved this!

Another Lora Nox book within the first week of the New Year? Yes please! I absolutely love this story. Once I got a few chapters (or minutes since I listened), I thought I knew what was going to happen. Then Lora Nox said, “Nope! Gotcha!” I am so enthralled with her writing.

Janine Granda and Ryan Stone... Y’all are incredible. This was my first encounter with you two, but you better believe that I will be paying attention in the future for you guys!
