This sequel was INTENSE. Lilith hardly had a moment to breathe. Luckily, through circumstance and her smart mate, she got a bit of a break. The entire pack was dealing with some seriously intense trauma. There was infighting and cruelty from Adeline, Mars’ mother, and general weariness but the need to keep going. Mars and Lilith grew their connection more and Lilith really came into her power. Lovely sequel.

This sequel is packed with lore just like the first book!

I love a big wedding scene, and this book makes you work for it. Between family drama and magical curses, Lilith and Mars have to battle friends and foes alike to reach their happy ending. There are pages and pages of hilariously written drama. Just be warned there is a surprising amount of gore!

I love this book~!!

Autumn Wolff knows just how to make me cry and feel dread with her stories, and that somehow makes me love them all the more, especially when I can trust that there's a happy ending.

I absolutely adored the first book and its cliffhanger ending ruined me!!

Seconds after, this book begins, and rarely gives you a moment to breathe thereafter. Except, of course, with laughter sprinkled throughout. I love the sense of humor in this book; I was quite pleased with it~ ♫

There was something magical (no pun intended) about Lilith and her new wolf companion sharing a single body and essentially becoming an... artificial?? Werewolf. Sorta. But it's so fun and beautiful! It was really touching ♥

The emotions feel so real, the twists unexpected, and the danger tense.

If you're looking for a lesbian werewolf story with coziness, spice, danger, twists, and dread, that'll make you cry, look no further!

I cannot recommend this series enough, especially to all my trans lesbian sisters out there ♥

(and be forewarned, it is a touch grizzly, but nothing this highly sensitive girl couldn't handle with a little bravery!)

And, there's no cliffhanger ending this time, though there are unanswered questions... If there were to be another book, I would be excitedly awaiting it~

This continuation of That Night I Got Dragged Home by a Werewolf picks up directly at the cliffhanger ending of the first book. An amazing sequel that's just as good as the first, if not better, we see Lillith come into her own a little more as a sorceress as well as her desire to take care of her mate Mars in whatever way she possibly can. The stakes are high in this one and there are twists you don't see coming, which is simply a sign of how good Ms. Autumn Wolff is at her craft.

I love to see paranormal romances with transgender characters, and this and the first book are definitely up there for the best representation without making the story about the fact that they're trans.

I hope to see Lillith and Mars and the DuBois pack again someday.

I absolutely loved this book, enjoying the ending to Lilith and Mar's story. Like the last book, the banter between Lilith and mars is just as enjoyable, and it was great reading their trust in each other continue to deepen. I love all (or love to hate) the new additions to the list of characters. The new characters work well against each other and really heighten the drama. Lilith continues to be a fun character to follow the POV of with her silly little quips and jokes, Mars brings lots of fun with her wolfish perspective. I really enjoyed reading a book where I could relate to the main character so well and thoroughly enjoyed this Duology.
