Once a year Kiera Blackwell’s father organizes a charity function to honor Kiera’s mother who died when she was fifteen years old. Forced to live with her father and Stepfamily Kiera couldn’t wait for her eighteenth birthday to strike out on her own. Somewhere deep down Kiera knows her father holds these fund raisers as an attempt to connect with her, which she doesn’t make easy. Blaming her father for every ill-fated event in her life. Her engagement with her father and step family is polite, but limited, filled with indifference. This year is different, however, Kiera does something she has never done before; she lies to her father and sibling. A lie, which is now spiralling out of control.

A stranger to Kiera Blackwell, Tazeem Kitzmen/Milano is swept up in the tangles of Kiera’s deception and weaves a few of his own, unprepared for how deeply he would ensnare himself within the Campbell/Blackwell family drama. Taz grins and shrugs his shoulders.
“So I’ve been investigating the wrong guy? If we didn’t have this function when were you planning on telling my daughter the truth, at the altar, just before she says I do? I'm going to need your details. Although I’m glad you’re not that Gould dude, he sounded like a douche, be sure to give me your information later so I can check you out.”

Lucee Lovett has only been a published author since January 2013. Her first book was released on the 09/01/2013. She's always loved to write, but only wrote for herself as she didn't have the self-assurance to share her work with others. Although dyslexic, she's never let this stop her from pursuing her dreams, to one day see a book she wrote in print. Seven published books later, she still lacks confidence in her written expressions. However, she has some great friends and family members, who encouraged and supported her to continue taking that plunge into the publishing pool, so she can share her stories with others. Kiera Blackwell, is a intelligent woman. That gets herself into a predicament and meets a hot but charming Man.Tazeem Kitzmen/Milano a Tall and Dark muscular Man to boot! That has a few surprises of his own. And what better time than her father's charity event. He turns on the charm and has her heart racing. Not to mention her thoughts. Its a story of passionate interlude and more.
