Little Rabbit!!
Dragon had a backstory that that was shocking. He has had a thing for Cassandra for a while.
“Tried to warn you I was a monster and not good enough for you, little rabbit,”
Cassandra is not as sweet and innocent as he thinks she is. Her older brothers have protected her most of her life.
These two are so stubborn and hardheaded they drove me crazy. I’m really enjoying this new series. A little bit different and a lot great.

When Dragon sees how in love Steel and Rose is, it really brings it home to him that what he did to push Cassandra away was not the way to do it. In reality he knew he was wrong but too proud to reach out. He has secrets that even his team doesn't know about. He was scared that it would be too much for Cassandra anyways and she wouldn't want to be with him.
As the story progresses you can feel how much Dragon cares for Cassandra and is always fighting with himself to go after her or not. Turns out he doesn't have a choice any more. He does have to go to her, everything within himself pushes him faster and harder to get to her before it's too late.
I loved seeing Cassandra and Dragon together. You can tell he would die for her. She thinks that her secret is so bad that he won't want to be with her. I'm like TALK to each other. Be HONEST!! You're killing me here! They're chemistry is so hot and it was nail biting if they were going to get their acts together and go for what they really wanted.
The team is still after the Dr. that did what they did to them. He's a slippery guy though. There's more people that get added to the mix and I enjoyed every minute of reading this book. I can't wait for the next and I'm so excited about that one!

Book two in the Prey Delta Team Follows Cassandra. It is nice to finally get to know the person whose existence was a central part of the Charlie team series. Cassandra has been dealing with a lot and when she finally found someone she could confide in he chose revenge over her, so she left. When Dragon’s need to keep Cassandra safe results in him seeing danger headed her way he jumps into action.
What I love about Dragon and Cassandra is that they really are two halves of a whole. This second chance romantic suspense strikes just the right tone for installment 2 of this series. Dragon and Cassandra both struggle with internal battles that get in the way of their obvious feelings for each other. What’s great about this story is how to people who see themselves as broken only see the best in each other. Since this is a Prey Delta team story, there is just the right amount of chaos and acton along with the steam. Cassandra and Dragon’s story will keep you turning the pages to see what happens next. I can’t wait for the next installment.

Prey is back and better than ever! Although that kind of sounds like there was room for improvement on book 1 and I can honestly say book 1 was amazing, I couldn’t think of any of my checkboxes for a good read that weren’t checked!

Wow Cassandra and Dragon's story is fantastic. Cassandra is the baby of the family and the only girl with very overprotective brothers that will do anything to keep her safe. Where the brothers move on from the chaos and turmoil that they have endured, Cassandra is just starting to battle her's after finding out how she was conceived. She is also hiding a secret that she feels guilty about. Dragon once again has become her protector when they find out she is being targeted by an evil Doctor that did heinous experiments on Dragon and his team mates. He is trying to get the team back by going after Cassandra, little does he know that's easier said then done. Dragon and his team will do everything to keep her safe. If you like angst, suspense, steam and a lot of different emotions then this story is for you. I'm so glad these two got their happy ending. So excited to read about the other team members as well. Definitely recommend this book.

Fateful Revenge by Jane Blythe is a book I’ve been eagerly anticipating, especially as we have been given tantalising glimpses of Cassandra throughout several previous stories. Following her journey was incredibly satisfying. Her long-standing love for Dragon is clear, even as he continually pushes her away in his single-minded pursuit of revenge.
This is an action-packed, emotionally charged read and a fantastic addition to the Prey Series. I especially enjoyed catching up with familiar characters from earlier series, particularly the Charlie Team, which added an extra layer of depth and continuity.
An engaging and rewarding read that left me very much looking forward to the next book in the series.

Fateful Revenge has action, suspense, deep emotions and raw heat! Wow, in this book we have Cassandra the baby sister of the Charlie Team. While the brothers all found (albeit not easily) their HEA in the Charlie Team series, Cassandra is suffering from her own turmoil. The one person she wants to turn to has revenge on his mind.
Dragon is more interested in stopping the vile doctor that experimented with and messed up the Delta Team.
Both Dragon and Cassandra have broken emotional issues and its impacting how they behave. In addition, someone is after Cassandra. Can Dragon and his team keep Cassandra safe? Can Dragon and Cassandra help heal each other's broken?

I knew that Dragon and Cassandra’s book was going to be explosive before I started reading and I was not off the mark at all. This continues on from book one and it has so much intrigue and angst that not only had me on the edge of my seat but I was gobbling up each word. This book is a great addition to the series with all the action and emotional aspect that Dragon and Cassandra allow to define who they are before they finally realise that they are better than their pasts and deserve a chance at a life and true happiness but it is the story that will reel you in and you have to wonder how Jane Blythe always gives us an amazing read with lots of banter and spicy chemistry and I am so excited for the next book in this series.

I have been hoping for Dragon and Cassandra’s reconnection after their parting of ways in the Charlie Team Series. Their story was raw, gritty and primal. A mysterious message Cassandra receives gives Dragon the excuse to draw her back into his life. Both of them struggle with their pasts and personal demons which both frustrated me but also kept me invested in hope for their future as they found acceptance in themselves and each other. The over arching plot continues as the Team hunts for clues to find the elusive evil that changed their lives. Loving how the Team is evolving from feeling like monsters to a found family working together to overcome the past. Cannot wait to see where Jane takes us next in this compelling series.

I loved Dragon and Cassandra. The struggles they both have and trying to overcome and accept who they are and what they’ve become in the aftermath of Cassandra finding out how she was conceived and Dragon wondering if he’d ever be enough for her. Loved the honesty between them, the acceptance, the love they share or the fact that they haven’t admitted it yet to each other. With the doctor on the run, danger is always there and when Cassandra is caught up in the middle of it, Dragon will unleash his wrath to keep her safe. Will these two find their way together or will it be too much for Cassandra?

I was really looking forward to Dragon and Cassandra’s story, I wanted to read more about their interactions. As per usual with Jane’s books I was hooked and read this one sitting. I just needed to read more!
I loved how accepting both Dragon and Cassandra were with each other, once they got past their initial issues you could see what a perfect pair they could be!
The overarching story continued and has me totally hooked! I need more!

Well this new series by Jane is just compelling reading!
This one has me hooked from page 1!
It's got dark themes, a morally grey hero and a strong kickass heroine who fights for her right to take on life on her terms.
With the team fighting an enemy from their past there is not much they won't do to bring him down. But in the meantime he poses even more of as that to all they hold dear!

The team’s need for revenge won't end until Dr. Gardner is no longer a threat. When the ones they love are no longer in danger. The team has such a close dynamic. I really enjoyed the depth of each of them. The two main characters had such an amazing connection. They have history and strong emotions. I loved how raw and real it felt. The story keeps you on your toes wanting more and trying to guess what’s next. There’s action and suspense but also sweet and funny moments. I can’t wait to see what’s next!

This was about Cassandra who gets a message for Prey Delta Team and passes it on to Dragon.
These two have an awkward start. Both have feelings for each other but not doing anything about it. But it's learning what each other wants and their subsequent issues with themselves and each other that progresses the relationship.
I have to admit it really enjoyed their dynamic, the uncertainty and the kink they reach discover the other wants made this story intriguing.

Another masterpiece from storyteller extraordinaire, Jane Blythe! Watching Dragon and Cassandra grow throughout the story was perfect. It was particularly rewarding to see Dragon realize that he is more than the product of his family. I think this is my favorite Jane Blythe story to date!

I have been waiting for Cassandra and Dragon's story! They really are perfect for each other. This one was not quite as dark as the first in the series. I love the way the characters are all evolving and becoming more of a family unit. Looking forward to reading more in this series.

Wow what a book. I love Cassandra and Dragon. This book has some twists and turns but they are so good it’s hard to put down. I can’t wait to see what happens next. This book keeps you on your toes from the beginning to the end.
