Home is where my heart has always been

I’ve got a sausage dog, an empty bank balance and a whole closet of secrets I do not want to open when I come hightailing it back to Sunshine Cove. The pristine beauty of my seaside home town is the perfect balm and hiding place while I try to sort myself out.

This is only temporary, but the minute I get back, I’m swept up into the madness that is Sunshine Cove and their latest shenanigans- A pack making event for Valentine’s Day called Smitten Knot Bitten.

Everywhere I turn, I run into them, and when we match, well, maybe they can help me out after all. My first crush, my first boyfriend and my first kiss; Devon, Mack and Elijah. I might have plans, but theirs are four years in the making, and they are not going to lose me again. They have three weeks until Valentine’s Day, three weeks to take me on dates and show me just how perfect forever with them could be.

Between my secrets and the thief stalking Sunshine Cove, I’m not sure how long I can stay, even when I suddenly wake up and realise that this has always been home. I am a Sunshine Omega through and through, and I am smitten.

This is a full length Valentine's Day themed sweet and cozy read with no angst and a town you are going to want to move into! It is a why choose romance where the female main character does not have to choose who she ends up with, but neither do they! Happy reading

Smitten Knot Bitten - Valor Rhea
4.25/5✨🌟

* SPOILERS *

I love me a good cozy omegaverse with all the feels. If you’re looking for something that is very low angst, this is definitely the book for you. It definitely has th sweetest vibes with a bit of romcom mixed into it.

I knew this book was going to be for me when I saw that the three guys were her first boyfriend, first kiss, and fist crush.

I love alphas that do everything in their power to make their omega see she is worth it. Devon, Mack and Elijah were just the sweetest to Sofia. I also love that the guys were together too!

And can we talk about Danger and Sully? Danger is just the cutest dog that just wants to be loved and so cute. And Sully had me giggling to a few parts of this book, especially towards the ending.

I cannot wait for the next book because I need more from this author.

I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.

Overall: This was such a good light/sweet Omegaverse. Sofia is from a small Sea side town. She decides to go home after something happened. She has secrets she is afraid to let her family know about.
It’s been four years since she has left and stepped back into her small town. With her she brings Danger, who is a cute little Dachshund. Well, lets just say some things have changed since she has left. Her moms friends and her mom, decided to play Match Maker. It is called Smitten Knot Bitten. I love love love Elijah. When we get to meet him, you can tell how much he still is smitten with Sofia. But first we get to meet Devin, who is her brothers best friend. After we meet Mack, sweet Mack. I absolutely love loved this entire story. Now I can say because of the seagull “ Sully” The boys get their second chance with Sofia as their Omega.

The chemistry was just amazing. In the end they all get their HEA.

Favorite Quotes:

"I think you are the most perfect omega in the whole world, Rebel." "You haven't been out of Sunshine." "I don't need to; no one will ever be you." I think this will be the moment I tell my grandchildren that I fell for Pack Hart, even if I refuse to admit it to myself.

"Let's carve those hearts of yours into the fabric of the world," he whispers.

4.5⭐️

Smitten Knot Bitten is a wonderful new addition to the cozy Omegaverse space. Valor’s debut is low on angst, high on feels, with just the right amount of suspense. This is a charming tale of growth, acceptance, and what it means to truly come home.

Sunshine Cove is a quaint seaside town with an endearing (if intrusive) community of unique characters. After years away in the city, Sofia and her trusty sidekick, Danger, find themselves returning to her childhood home in search of respite while she rebuilds and determines what is next. Looking for solace, she is unprepared to run into the three men who irrevocably bruised her tender heart and a town besotted with her mother’s match making schemes.

Pack Hart has an uphill battle as they slowly help Sofia heal her heart and slowly find the courage to trust again. I adored the Sol family and the inhabitants of Sunshine Cove, my only wish is that we had a bit of a prologue to better understand why Sofia felt like she didn’t quite fit in. I think her leaving and reluctant return would have had a much deeper emotional impact if we understood her reticence.

If you love found family in a meddling small town, I cannot recommend this new start to a series enough and I hope you will take a chance when it releases on February 14th.! As always, please take care and check content warnings.

I absolutely loved every single moment of this! It’s a sweet, intoxicating ride full of pure good vibes that just lifts the soul. There’s a hint of angst, but honestly, it only makes the joy and passion all the more real and worth every heartbeat. I fell head over heels for these three fierce, obsessed Alphas who know their Omega better than she even knows herself – their devotion is nothing short of breathtaking. Their love for her ignites a fire that pulls them all together, forging an unbreakable bond. And oh, Danger? He is their absolute favourite and who wouldn’t want an army of daring seagulls at their side, ready to soar into the chaos? Each of her Alphas brings something uniquely special to the table, and all they can think about is how they’re never going to lose this girl again. There are so many brilliant side characters sprinkled throughout, and I’m practically counting the days until we get to meet more of them. Especially Sebastian and Cordelia's story. I just can’t get enough of this fiery, heart-pounding story!

Valor Rhea and Sunshine Cove has created such a cosy, no angst, sweet omegaverse read which will hopefully make you enjoy the cast of the small town! This book gave such strong found family vibes and love the idea of Sofia being dragged into a dating event by her own mother. First off, I love Danger and Sully; they added another layer to this story which added comedic and lighthearted moments. I liked Sofia as an overall character and though her running away from speaking of her past got slightly annoying at times, I'm glad it all worked out for her. Devon, Elijah and Mack were all loveable alphas and I really enjoyed the personal touches to their dates and courting of Sofia. The pacing and relationship development was really enjoyable and the spicy scenes had a good build up to them.

Can easily recommend this as a great standalone debut from Valor!

This was such a cute Omegaverse book.

I love small towns, and Sunshine Cove really delivered in this book. The people, the beach, and the seagulls all created an amazing place! The side characters in this book were excellent and I’m really hoping to see some of their stories in the future.

Sofia was the perfect character. Her and her dog, Danger, were adorable and just sweet characters. I loved watching her finally find the love she deserved, after walking away from it years prior. The alphas were all in from the moment she returned, making this a super sweet and cozy story. There were cozy moments, steamy times and seagulls! This was the perfect combination and overall, this book was a great read!

Oh goodness the cute factor is blown up in this book, between the mini weeni, the grumpy gull army, and a pack of men who are bad over heels for our omega is like liquid rainbows.

We start with Sofia an omega returning home and worked after what grapefruit to get in the city with an angry pack who used her. Not sure what to expect she's surprised when her home is invaded by a pack that is made up of her fist kiss, forest boyfriend, and forest crush, who are all packed up .

Follow the adventures as Sofie learns about who she is and how sometimes home is just what you need when all is lost,

This is whychose, with some mm aspects and very low angst, no third act breakup, no OWD .
Sweet and fluffy if you're looking for that

Glad I got to ARC this!!

This was one of the cutest books I’ve ever read. Sofia returns home after a failed attempt at city life and is reunited with three crushes from her past—her first kiss, her first boyfriend, and her brother’s best friend she always secretly wanted. Together, they’ve formed a pack just for her, all hoping she would come back.

The story is filled with heart, humor, and charm, featuring an adorable dog, a hilariously memorable seagull, and so many laugh-out-loud moments. This book was such a fun, feel-good read from start to finish.

Oh my God, I love getting second hand while watching Rom/Coms, and I absolutely loved getting it while reading this book. This is the book you read to heal your heart. There are times where you're going to be laughing and wanting to jump into the book to join in on the crazy fun. Other times, you're going to be crying and wanting to let the characters know you're there for them. After reading this, I wanted to immediately jump into reading more about Sunshine Cove and the Sunshine Omegas…. Oh, and you can't forget about Sergeant Sully!

Smitten Knot Bitten was a cute OV romance! Sunshine Cove truly takes care of its own, and when Sofia returns home, she realizes she means far more to the community than she ever thought after leaving. I loved watching her reconnect with her past crushes and rediscover where she belongs. Sergeant Sully and Danger were absolute standouts. This is a friends-to-lovers, lost love romance with all the cozy pack vibes.

I thoroughly enjoyed this one! Sweet and full of good vibes. Tiny amounts of angst but makes it all worth it. I adored these three head over heels obsessed alphas who know their Omega better than she knows herself. There are so many fun side characters here too. I'm hoping we'll get a chance to meet some of them.

I just completed this book and it was a terrific debut Omegaverse book! You're not going to find anything incredibly dark or angsty in this book, but you're going to find very loving and devoted alphas who are also devoted to each other.

If you're worried about the boyfriends being boyfriend situation, don't be! there are moments in the heat where they have more sexual interactions, but the sole focus really is between them and their female Omega. I almost do wish though that there were more moments in the book where they showed affection to each other.

I loved the town that this book was set in. It felt like an Omegaverse and a Hallmark movie made a baby. The animals in the story were so cute and at the same time such nuisances. If you know, you know.

This book is definitely worth a read, especially if you need something a little light-hearted but has those core Omegaverse tropes that we all know and love. Who can say no to a mine moment!?
