Why then hasn’t the Light of Christ expelled more of the remaining darkness? Beginning with the story of the first Christians in Switzerland and how it has gone with their descendants ever since, the author points to what all followers of Christ need to survive—spiritually. And, what happens when that “one thing needed” is lost.
