This was such a page turner with so many intense themes that kept you guessing at what in the world is happening next??! I loved the sisters’ bond and really, just the overall love amongst all of our characters.

I could not put it down! I could not stop thinking about it! I found every available minute in my busy day to savor yet another chapter. I received it on a Tuesday night and finished by Wednesday. Who needs sleep right? Every twist and turn kept me guessing till the very end. Addictively Captivating. A MUST read.

A Harlem Coben-esque type of book! Lots of great characters and lots of drama! A page turner that you have to keep reading until all of the strands are woven together to the final conclusion! Great fast read! Get it today!

Absolutely incredible read. I was invested since the prologue; the characters are so descriptively described throughout every chapter and I was excited to read about more of them. The ending tied everything up perfectly and kept me on my toes. I’m a thriller junker and this is exactly what the doctor ordered. Lyn Shaffer is a master mind and I’ll be waiting for a second book. Highly recommend!

A truly captivating read. I found myself looking for any spare moment to squeeze in a few chapters. The character development is phenomenal and you can expect to be on the edge of your seat from the very beginning. Highly recommend!

I stayed up way too late multiple nights reading this book because it was so hard to put down! The author kept me guessing what would happen next and I didn’t expect the story to unfold the way it did.

Bought this book yesterday and I quite literally couldn’t put this down! The entire last half of the book I had to collect my jaw up off the ground, I cried, I laughed, I went back to reread certain parts to my fiancé so he could laugh with me. Definitely some heavy topics but so so so good! And the fact that there’s a sequel I’m legit dying to know what could possibly happen next

Written in exquisite detail that immerses you into LuAnn’s world, this story will have you laughing, crying, clutching your pearls and rooting for these beloved characters.
This book ended tied up beautifully in a perfect bow, no stone unturned, incredibly satisfying…yet I want more! I want more of these characters and their secrets.
This was a hard one to put down, I’m very picky about thrillers and this one really hit the spot for me.

I was sucked in from the very first paragraph. Shaffer expertly balances the intensity and at times brutality of her work with humor and love.
If you're really honest with yourself, you will struggle to not find a part of yourself mirrored in her characters.
