🥋 PREFACE
Why The Mill Was Created
I’ve spent decades watching people train.
Some reached black belt.
Some sparred brilliantly in the dojo.
And yet, when pressure came — sudden, ugly, overwhelming — their skill evaporated.
They didn’t fail because they were weak.
They failed because they had never trained where fear lives.
Most systems teach you techniques.
The Mill teaches you what happens after the technique breaks down.
This book grew out of years of teaching students who wanted something real — police, security, nurses, doormen, parents, everyday people. They didn’t care about belts. They cared about getting home alive.
