Two things hang over Harlow Wayfinder's head—a debt of blood and babysitting a soulless psychopath. He might be able to track the untraceable, but not even his abilities can help him find peace. Seven is a nameless monster, left in the hands of the ex-bounty hunter. Two pariah specials, both traitors to their kind, live every day in agony—one job at a time as if that would bring them redemption. A cryptic midnight call abruptly changes their course, sending these villains on a hunt to fulfill Harlow's blood debt.
Fates collide in the darkest of places. In the Sin Dens, the forsaken are punished and the irredeemable pay. To fulfill his fate, Harlow turns from supplier to reluctant saviour with a rabid Seven, who only knows hunger, lust or violence. Dreams are consumed and futures are told as their present unravels around them.
Another great installment of the series! I was surprised and delighted by the characters, and holy smokes that last page! You won't be able to put this one down!
disclaimer: I received an ARC of this book from the author, but my opinions are my own.
I loved this new installment! The author truly makes the morally black MMCs lovable. The spice is so so good and I really feel the connection between all the characters. Can’t wait for book 8!
I've been impatiently waiting for Safe with Sinners since the end of Her is Vengeance because I was hoping Seven was going to be part of the next harem. Just like I knew she wouldn't Bella didn't let me down. Seven is someone you shouldn't love but you do and when he meets Maia he becomes even more lovable. Even though their first meeting isn't the nicest, it's the moment that his emotional side comes out to play. Maia and her harem of men's story isn't for the faint-hearted. The torment, the abuse, and the brutality they endure are gutwrenchingly heartbreaking, but through the darkness there is light but not before the fight of their lives. Bella has once again created a masterpiece with one hell of a cliffhanger, leaving me once again impatiently waiting for the next instalment
To say I've been waiting for this book ever since I met Seven the first time in HnF is an understatement.
I've been so curious HOW can someone take a hugely unlikeable character (irredeemable some say, and some wouldn't be wrong) and make me LOVE him. And love him I do.
Sins aren't erased. They aren't brushed aside, hoping a good deed will erase a bad one. No. In this world, sins might be the one thing to keep you alive.
Fate is a fickle little thing, leading horses to water and bridges to fire.
Steamier than the mouth of an active volcano, palpitation-inducing, blasts from the pasts, and irredeemable MCs - this book has it all. Including a cliffhanger. BRING ME THE NEXT BOOK. NOW. STAT. YESTERDAY.
