I actually listened to the audiobook version and this works better as a e-book or a regular book because it is full of tables of training times, but very light on actual exercising and techniques, just general overviews, If I had read it, it would still just be three stars.
I thought this was going to be a full-length book, but it turned out to be less than sixty pages. My favorite quote: 'The moment you take up that commitment to lace up for a 42-kilometer race, you can immediately feel the weird mix of excitement and dread that comes with deciding to train for a marathon.'
