3.5 ⭐️

What a beautiful story

Grief can take us over and do very powerful unexplained things, both good and bad. I know from experience. This story is so sweet, so amazing, so empowering. The process and adventure Can went through was magical. So many beautiful ways to look at things differently. To find the joy, positives, and healthy ways of healing all around us. I will be sharing this with others. Thank you for sharing this light with me.

Rarely do you find a story that treats the heavy burden of melancholy with such sweetness and wonder. Can’s path to healing is magical, showing us that even in our darkest moments, there are healthy ways to find beauty again.

Maaravilloso !

This is more of a 1.5* rounded up. This was an interesting short read that just fell short for me. I think I would have appreciated the story in a longer format with some more development. The author writes well and the message within is lovely.
I received this as part of a Goodreads giveaway.

What I discovered while reading this book, that it deserves an Oscar. A book of life, a novel in which you decipher the enigmas of the mind, feelings, reactions and human identity. The quotes are amazing, the unique way in which he exposed love, forgiveness, loneliness, marginalization, helplessness and ultimately healing in the face of real traumas, is a psychological innovation. That intertwining between death, divine light and hope deciphers the inner potential in each individual. And the unexpected and original ending, you realize that you have just felt the intensity of a masterpiece. I believe that many people, reading this book, will go through the therapy process created by the author where they will discover their unhealed wound and the balm that will heal them. They will give up a pain and step through the protective light, of the super magic lighthouse.

İs more than just a novel ,it is a ritual of healing through literature, a plea for imagination, and a manual of inner courage.
This is a book that can be read both by adolescents and adults, each discovering within it their own shadows and their own light. A memorable work, deserving a place alongside the great contemporary psychological and initiatory novels
The Season of Words is a remarkable creation, a blend of initiatory tale, existential metaphor, and therapy through fiction. Here, Emir Demirkıran builds not only a narrative about the fragility of childhood, but an entire universe where words become a force of healing and the key to inner freedom.

The Season of Words; it is a journey through silence, pain, and the healing power of imagination. When I closed the book, I felt lighter, as if some hidden weight inside me had been lifted.
