A slim volume but packed with techniques, photos and wonderful recipes.

Amazing chocolate recipes (the good dark-chocolate types, no the sickeningly-sweet chocolate types) all the way thru the book that will satisfy chocolate snobs again and again. I should know, I'm one of them!

I made a chocolate torte from this book which my husband claims as hands down the most delicious dish I've ever made.

I think I have made almost every dish in this book. Some have been the most incredible desserts I have ever made. There is one that is a Toffee pie that is insanely good.
