Wow! S. Reynolds has knocked it out of the park again with Jade! This is the second book in the Special Operations Command (S.O.C) series! And it was amazing!

Jade and the guys have a new mission and so they start on it. Soon Jade meets Allie, and the back and forth bantering between the two is what makes Jade and Allie! I loved every bit of it! Allie is trying to prove to Jaxon (her brother) that she's not a little girl anymore and she can hold her own and run with the guys so to speak. And she does a perfect job of it! She's not some whiney scared girl that freaks out over everything she jumps in head first and tho she gets a little scared at times she brushes it off and holds her own and is determined that she can do this and she will do her part even though she was given a shit hand by her ex. (Ryan)
This book, like Kalil (#1), is full of action and of course you have to have some explosives, I laughed so hard In certain places of the book!! And you will too when a certain someone gets shot in a certain place!! Also, it also has some very hot moments! If you have read book one, Kalil, thin you will love this one as well! If you haven't, well you really should . Your missing out on a wonderful series!!
Thank you Stephanie Reynolds for another amazing book in the S.O.C series! :)

**I was given this ARC in return for an honest review.**

Another brilliant addition to the Special Operations Command series! Although this book is somewhat based around Jade/Alli's story, I was really happy to see a follow up with Kalil and Shalo. It tied the story in nicely with the first book.

Once again this book is bursting with hotness!! and adventure of course.. if you can get past the hotness of Jade! I absolutely love the characters in this series. They are so witty and have a great relationship with each other. Jade and Alli are a great match and their chemistry is off the charts and make a great read.

I cannot wait to find out what this series has in store for the rest of the characters.

Jade is the second story in the Special Operations series by Stephanie Reynolds. I really enjoyed reading about Jade and his interaction with Alli who just so happens to be his buddy, Jaxon’s little sister. There was a lot of action packed sequences, some steamy sex scenes, and even a few laugh-out-loud moments for me. I loved how the author wrote about the camaraderie of all of the characters showing us throughout the book that you don’t have to related by blood to be a family. I am looking forward to more in this series.

This book gets 4 stars from me.

*I received Jade (Special Operations #2) as an ARC for an honest review.

Another wonderful book full of action, adventure and romance by Stephanie Reynolds! Jade is a character I loved in Book 1, Kalil. Best of all, I love how he took one look at Alli, and knew he was done in.

Alli is one tough cookie. All she wants is her brother to love her and what she does. She knows that he will flip when he finds out what has happened. When she sees Jade, he pushes all the right buttons for her.

Alli and Jade's relationship just works! Can't wait for the next book!

I was given this arc for an honest review and I would have to give this a really great review as it was a book that I could not for the life of me put down! If you thought the first book was good, you should read this one. This one was just as good as the first one if not better. When you read it you are actually brought into the depth of the characters. You get to have a feel of what is going on in Jade's life. It was a great job of getting you into the book. When you read about Jade and what is happening, you actually then get a look into Jaxon life as you get to meet his sister. You don't really hear much about any of their families in the first book, but in the second book you do get to hear more about the families. You also get to see what they are doing post CIA. In the point of view of the characters, you get to see what they are actually looking at. The author did a great job in doing research about what was written in the book. There is not one part of the book that you would get lost in and it does not trail off at all into other parts. These guys have a huge impact on what you think about and who you would really like to have in your life. The guys go through a lot and you can tell by the way they act in what their lives depend on, and that is protecting other people. Even though they are ex military, ex CIA, they still want to protect the American people. They still want to keep people safe even if they do not know they people or what kind of situation they might be getting into. These guys are even someone that I would love to see in my life. Great job on the writing and keep up with it. Hopefully their will be more books by this author that will go with this series. I want to know what happens to the other guys and about the families. Because where she left it off bring you to the point of wondering what was not said at the end when they finally got together at the end of the book. Great read, will recommend to all to read this book.

From the first page, this book will have you nailed – believe me there will be no escape!!
I was totally absorbed by Jade, I was pulled into his life and it took on an importance that I couldn’t get a handle on, I just had to keep reading. What was happening to him was important to me, I couldn’t put the book down.
There was more back story in this book, more of their families and more of what makes them tick.
The detail and descriptive nature of the book was absolutely spot on, it was captivating. I loved the fact that got their point of view and could absorb what had happened and what was happening to them.
Their mission is all important but having those beside you that you consider family adds extra pressure but keeping each other safe is what they do and they are all heading home, no matter what it takes.
But things don’t get off to an auspicious start when they hit a snag, and as cute as she is Allie is a fly in the ointment because she is Jaxon’s little sister and boy oh boy does she set the cat among the pigeons because Jaxon flex’s his big bro muscle and Jade well he just flex’s – this little woman has him all in a flutter.
Allie is more than able to keep Jade on his toes and the chatter between the pair of them is fabulous to read.
But she is the least of Jade’s problems because Jaxon has no desire to see his little sis shacked up with any one of the guys, and is none to shy at letting that little titbit be known but what Allie wants she gets and she isn’t taking his over protective brother act lying down, she makes sure they all know that she can take care of herself.
You will love spending a little more time with the guys, they are great and the story has everything you could possibly want.

This series just gets better – I am looking forward to the next book and the opportunity to spend more time with this great band of brothers.

After their last mission for the CIA Jade along with all his team decided to go into business for themselves. This was a great opportunity for them all and they were all excited about the prospects. Having had al little down time from dangerous missions though they are all eager to get back into the action. When Kalil brings them a mission that will take them to Florida to bring down a drug ring Jade and his team are eager to say the least. Once they read Florida however things get complicated really quick. During a meet with the main man they are after Jade notices a woman who seems way out her element there. Later they find out that she is not just some woman but actually Jaxon’s little sister. Jade knows his team mate is going to flip once he finds out his sister is involved. To make matters more awkward Jade has an insane attraction to Alli. Things start to heat up in the sunshine state in more ways than one! Will Jade be able to complete the mission with Alli as a distraction? Will Alli realize that she is in over her head and accept her brother’s teams help? With all the corruption they uncover in this case will any one of them even make it out alive? This book is the second in the series and just as action packed as the first. A great mix of adventure, conspiracy and of course love to keep you turning the pages.

Let me start by saying if you have not grabbed book 1, Kalil, in this series, what are you waiting for? Jade is just as good if not better. Author Stephanie Reynolds writing will pull you into the story from the first page until the last one then leave you wanting more.

We get to follow the guys on a new mission. The guys consider each other as brothers; willing to sacrifice to keep each other safe no matter the cost. But at the start of this mission, they run into a complication that is close to home. Allie Reed. She just happens to be one of their brothers little sister. The banner between Jade and Allie is perfect. She is just the right amount of toughness to not let this big guy push her around.

Jade may have met his match in Allie. Their attraction to each other maybe over shadowed by Jaxon. He does not want his little sister involved with anyone. He is the typical over protective brother. But Allie wants to prove to Jaxon that she is all grown up and can make her own choices in life. And boy does she show Jaxon and the rest of the guys. She is one touch cookie.

This book has it all adventure, suspense, romance and the banner between the characters is perfect. It will have you wanting more form Author Stephanie Reynolds.

I really liked Jade by S. Reynolds is the 2nd book in the Special Operations Command Series. It has a good story line and was a sexy Hot read about Jade and Alli. Jade has a good ending where you know there will be another book in this series, but not in a huge cliffhanger way, thank goodness. I look forward to reading more from S. Reynolds!

~~~~~~~~~~Dee's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~
Another action story filled with conspiracies, informants, crooked cops, drug dealers, blackmail, explosions and gun battles to cause you to hold your breath. Ms. Reynolds is an amazing story teller that weaves together a tightly knit plot with mystery and suspense along with a splash of humor, a hearty serving of hot sex and a little romance. Jade & Allie, along with the rest of the team, are on the mission of taking down a notorious drug dealer. It gets very complex and intense but details are so vivid, I was right there seeing and feeling the action. My favorite scene occurred when Jade & Allie were fleeing for their lives and a "little" accident happened. It was hilarious. It helped to lighten the tension. I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review.
~~~~~~~~~~Amanda's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~

The second book is just as good as the first in this series. S. Reynolds knows how to grab and hold your attention. The story of Jade and Alli is another great suspense filled book. The details are written just right without making the story drag on. A great sequel to the first book. I cannot t wait to read more by this author.

~~~~~~~~~~Virginia's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~
S Reynolds has done it again with another great book. She has wonderful way of bringing the characters together.
In this book with meet more Kalil team. Jaxons friends are in Cuba and they meet up with his sister Alli. Jade and the Team are going to Cuba, to find a drug dealer Alli is trying to prove to her brother that she is not a little kid that needs to be treated with kids gloves. With all the mix up with Ryan Alli E boyfriend and the drug dealers. All the action and intrigue that is following them. We see more in depth of the team and their loves one.
What would any Alpha man do when they are in a room with a baby? Will Jade and Alli let their chemistry run it course? Will the team be able to get out of Cuba intact?
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE BOOK this is another great read from S Reynolds a continuous of the first book Kalil, a lot more questions are answer from the first book and more to come.
ARC was provided for an honest review.
I received this ARC copy for a honest review. Awesome hot story can't wait for the next book. Jade like a lot of action and wouldn't sit out for no body. Alli has a sense of humor and sometimes not to show fear.
~~~~~~~~~~Sharlene's ★★★★✰ Review~~~~~~~~~~

A copy of this title was received in exchange for an honest review.

Jade is book 2 in the Special Operations Command series. He is a member of an ex-military team who open their own investigative firm. While on a mission for the new business, he meets Alli. Alli also turns out to be related to another member of Jade's team and she has herself involved in some drug-related business that she knows nothing about. Allie doesn't respond well to the alpha aspects of the men in her life. There is some violence discussed in this book but it is pretty mild compared to the first installment of the series. I did feel that this book focused more on the situation that everyone finds themselves in and not the budding relationship between Jade and Alli. Although there are some fantastic sex scenes, they are few and far between. The story focuses more on being on-the-run from some bad guys. It is well written and very easy to read and follow.

This can be read as a stand alone but you would gain a better understanding of the team's characters if you read the first installment before this one. There are no cliffhangers but an HEA is only hinted at in this one.

~~~~~~~~~~Lillian's ★★★★✰ Review~~~~~~~~~~
A great second book in the series. The team is now on their own and they have their first case. They need to take down a drug supplier but they need to go undercover. Jade is the lady man is up to the challenge little does he know that this will make him sit up and take note. Jade meets Alli during the undercover op hell she is Jaxon's sister how does he tell him that his sister is mixed up with a drug supplier. Alli is been blackmailed to bring down Rafe a major drug supplier and she is scared as she has no idea on what is about to happen. Jade and the team will keep Alli safe but they still need to take Rafe down. Things go downhill in a hurry Alli & Jade have been kidnapped and dumped in Cuba. Jade has to keep her safe but he is hurt and his team is too far out. Jade realizes that he really like Alli but he can't think about that now as he needs to keep her safe. The team arrive to save them just in time but they are both hurt and still in danger. Can they make it out alive and will they have a future together. Jade is a strong party animal but I think that Alli would be go for him will have to wait and see what happens. I love the characters in the story the men are all alpha's but they get on so well as they can joke all the time. They can be real softies when it comes to Kalil daughter. I like that the story moves smoothly between the books. A great series can't wait to read the others. I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
Review for Jade by S Reynolds Special Operations Command Book 2
In this book Kalil Masters has to stay in the States as Shalo is about to give birth any day but he has to send the rest of his team on a mission to Cuba chasing down drug dealers. Alli is Jaxons sister who lives in Florida looking after their aging grandmother and through her ex boyfriend she is unwittingly mixed up with the drug dealers. She meets Jade another member of Kalils team and Jaxons friend, they have an instant attraction but is that enough to get them through being chased all over Cuba by the dealers Hench men, being shot and if it is will they make it out of Cuba alive ?I found this book to be easy to read the characters believable and while its not my absolute favorite I did enjoy it and will read the rest of the set as they come out.
Jade, S. Reynolds
Special Operations Command Series Book 2
Jade was funny, smart, action packed, and sexy! I enjoyed that we get to see these alpha guys all work together and we get a peak into how they are all strong men, but stand out for their own reasons. Now that these men have their own business, I enjoyed the times they were all interacting together.
I feel that S. Reynolds truly knows how to write a thrilling story, with a very likable hero.
Jade exudes confidence , he is sexy and knows it, with his sexy smirk and the way he is around women. He is outgoing and has a great sense of humor. I loved that action and chaos was always present, it didn't stop him from being attracted to Alli.
I felt we were in on the chase, running around with the guys trying to figure things out. The action scenes were intense and fun. Bullets are flying, there are crooked cops around, people are suffering through injuries, and in the middle of this is the beautiful Alli. BUT, she is no damsel in distress. I like that she is vulnerable and very feminine, but has a backbone. She doesn't let her brother Jaxon, or any other guy run their mouth . She has her own mind. I lived for the scenes when Jade and Alli were goofing off, sitting next to one another or smiling at each other. Danger was always lurking, but these two were sticking together and it was seriously sexy.
"Alli watched a line of water run down his side onto the bed. Without thinking, she leaned over and licked the water off his skin. When her tongue touched his skin, he jerked. She rose so quick it made her dizzy, she couldn't believe she had just done that. "Damn, don't stop." Jade smiled.
I mean they are in this crumby motel, but their adrenaline is pumping and they have this amazing chemistry, it made for such an exciting story.
There were plenty of moments where I felt Jade cared for Alli, he always wanted her safe no matter what, he always checked in on her, and I couldn't help but cheer them on throughout this story.
I want to read more about Alli and Jade, truthfully the ending made me want more! But then I think about the way they were with one another, and how they have such a playfulness to them that the ending suited them as a couple.
Jade
Special Operations Command Book 2
by S. Reynolds
A HOT, EXPLOSIVE PLOT DRIVEN STORY. AN ADDICTIVE MUST READ!
I was provided with an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. Jade is a satisfying second book in the Special Operations Command Series by S. Reynolds.
Jade loves being a member of the Special Operations Command Team. The team left the CIA, so that they could take jobs off the grid in the US, and when their first case is offered to them they are all eager to get started. Dismantling a large drug importing organization is right up Jade’s alley. When one of his team member’s sister is found to be mixed up with the drug dealers, it is shocking, not only because of her involvement, but his instant connection to her.
Alli is a good girl who dated the wrong guy. She is feisty, smart and fierce, but she cannot get herself out of the line of fire. When her and Jade wind up in the middle of all the action, will they also find love as she is trying to find her way free.
Jade and Ali are a hot couple and this book is a good read. The plot is well developed and as addicting as the love story itself. A Must Read!
This book picks up 8 months approximately after where Kalil leaves off. If you have not read the first one yet, please do so before reading this one. There are references to the first that make a lot of sense if you have read it. I laughed the whole way through this book off and on. Jade is funny! His actions, his words, his thoughts are all hilarious. There is almost a laugh in every chapter. We've met Jaxon, wait until you meet his baby sister. She's a pistol! Just don't give her one. You may not like the results. Watching these big men fall is fun, it keeps life interesting as they find the women that complement them the best. Kidnappings, blowing things up, murder, drugs, guns, babies, soon-to-be-fathers who are scared as all get out all keep things interesting and a lot of fun to read. Especially when bossman makes them promise to keep him updated on the status of things good or bad and they agree, then don't. Still waiting to see what that fallout becomes when it happens. Now to try and wait patiently until Stryker's book is published.
I was gifted a copy of Jade by the author in exchange for an honest review. That in no way changes my opinion of this book.
I enjoyed reading “Kalil”, book 1 in this series, and was happy I was able to read and review “Jade”, another amazing book by this author, full of romance, action, and adventure. And in fact, I almost like this better than book 1.
Jade and the team are sent on a new mission. However, his attraction to Allie, his partner’s sister, is a bit of a distraction. Jade and Allie seem to push each other’s buttons, and go back and forth, yet, the attraction is quite strong.
Allie is struggling to prove to Jaxon that she’s not a little girl anymore that needs protecting, she can hang with the guys too, and she can definitely hold her own. She is definitely determined that she can do this, she will be a part of the team, and she is not scared.
I really enjoy this wonderful group of guys and how book 2 wraps in with book 1. Definitely looking forward to book 3.
I received this book from the author in return for a fair and honest review.
Jade is the second book in the Special Operations Command series and follows the men as they work in the 'private sector' and get to pick and choose their jobs. Whilst still worthwhile, some of them, Jade included, miss the more high-risk jobs so when they get the chance to bring down a drugs ring with Cuba connections, they jump at the chance. Of course, things don't run smoothly and they find that Allie, Jaxon's sister, is up to her neck in trouble with a dodgy DA blackmailing her.
This is a high-impact, full on action book and will leave you breathless. The wit and banter between Allie, Jade and Jaxon is funny to read, with the relationship between siblings absolutely perfect. A brilliant continuation of the series and I look forward to reading more. Recommended.
Jade is book two in the Special Operations Command series. It can be read as a standalone. If you read Kalil you'll be happy to know that he's in this book too. Jade is Jade and Alli's story.
In this one the guys take a mission in Florida to take down a drug ring. The whole mission seemed a little off for me. When was reading about their mission, I was hoping that they were not being set up and that no one would get hurt. During the mission they run into Jaxon's sister Alli. Alli is strong and independent. Jade is a little cocky but not in a bad annoying way. Jade and Alli are attracted to each other.
Jade is a great story. It had romance and suspense. It hooked me from the beginning and kept me interested right to the end.
This is the second book in the special Operations Command series. The guys are on a new mission. They need to stop the importation of a new drug into Florida. Jades friend Jaxon little sister Ally is trying to prove to her brother that she is all grown up. Yet somehow she ends up in the middle of the drug ring. Jade has been attracted to Ally for years now. Is Jade going to be able to save Ally from the danger she is in.
I got more into this book that I did the first one. It's not as dark of a read. There is a lot of action and suspense and quite a bit of romance. In this book you learn a little more about the team's families. The chemistry between Jayden and Ally blows you away. Also you get to revisit with Kali and Marissa.
This was a great follow up to the first book. It can be read as a stand alone but is better if you have read the first one.
I found Jade and Alli's story to be very interesting. The dynamics and events leading to their relationship make the story even better.
This author is very good at giving you an insight to the characters so you feel like you know them and find yourself rooting for them to find a way to make it work.
I picked up this book immediately upon finishing the first book in the series and I was not disappointed. It continued the story nicely and tied in with the main characters of the first book so you felt like you are growing with the story.
This series is a must read!
Stephanie Reynolds, is a talented writer and bought all her characters to life. She knows what the readers want and makes it happen, without knowing she did.
All I have to say is poor jade, he has been through hell and back to keep Allie safe. Besides the fact that her older brother is one of jades friends. it was awkward to say the least having feelings for your friends little sister.
This book will keep you guessing with the action and live interest. what will Allie do? Will she survive the undercover investigation? I guess you will have to read the book to find out. I can't wait to read Rykers story next.
all up need to state us poor jades ass.........read to find out why I'm saying this.
Wow, what a ride! This book had me hooked from the get go. I found myself laughing a lot in; the banter between Jade and Alli is just that good. I loved Alli, she stood up for herself and didn’t take any rubbish from anyone, it was nice to see a character like that. There was so much chemistry between both Jade and Alli! As with the first book, this was full of action and suspense. All the guys in this book are incredibly swoon worthy, it’s hard to pick my favourite. I was unsure about the ending but I hope that Jade and Alli do get a HEA. I can’t wait for the next book. 5 stars
Jade is undercover and he meets Alli, who seems to have gotten herself into some trouble. Their attraction is great and the chemistry is good. This was a steamy action packed book. The author does a good job with the ending, letting you know more books will be coming, but not leaving you completely hanging. I can't stand when books end too abruptly.
