About the author

Dalia Davies

Dalia Davies fell into monster romance--almost by accident--and loves it here. She drinks her weight in tea every day and has been told on numerous occasions that she “knows too much”.
She pairs old gods, monsters, and aliens with human women who get exactly what they want and maybe a little more than they came for.
Brought up on fairytales read while hiding in the back stacks of her small-town library and sneaking in creature features at friends' homes, she always wanted a way to meld two fantasies into one. When not writing, she plays the banjo poorly, dreams of traveling the world, and avoids large crowds and loud noises.
Living in the southwestern US, she lets the outside heat permeate her stories and hopes they leave you panting.

This is, of course, a pen name. It is one of many I write under. You can find my other works as:

I really liked this expansion of the backstory of all the Brotherhood but it felt like the ending was kind of rushed and a whole lot of nothing sometimes happened with Chrys at some points tbh.

I also wasn't really that thrilled that Jessica was like.....a minor antagonist in this book towards Arc and not letting Chrys talk at all but I guess that does make sense since she is an older sister and I empathize from Chrys' side.

This series has been really fun to read and I hope this author continues it but after the creator dying, I don't think they ever resolved the missing people/children and that weird ring of alien dudes catfishing women to have kids (or maybe they did, I honestly dont remember because I finished this last month and thought I reviewed it).

Overall I would like to add this to my physical collection since it honestly isn't the worst but damn is Chrys ambitious (iykyk)

Review of advance copy received from Author

Another great installment and I’m honored to have received an early copy from the author.

This series is such a fun escape. The world building is unique, there’s an enticing mystery to be solved that spans the series, and it’s delightfully smutty. The series arc is dark but the romances are bright. I just have the best time reading every time a new installment comes out. If you like alien romance, this is an excellent one!

This series is STELLAR

I absolutely love the mix of Sci-fi mystery, and smutty goodness. 😍 Each couple/grouping in the series is unique and beautiful, while each book adds more intrigue, getting deeper into the overarching story.
