When the legend becomes the temptationA small‑town, age‑gap interracial romance featuring a silver‑fox football legend and a fearless fashion designer
Everyone in Bliss, Texas loves Colton Gardner.
A former football hero who led the town to a state championship, dominated in college and the pros, and returned home a billionaire after betting on his best friend’s tech startup, Colton is still the town’s reigning legend.
Now his focus is on one thing—making sure his daughter’s wedding is the event of the year. But when her wedding dress disappears just two weeks before the big day, the frantic scramble to save the celebration throws Colton straight into the orbit of Rue Benson, a sexy, ambitious New York designer.
Rue isn’t interested in small‑town life—or falling for a much older local hero. She’s only back in Bliss to help her injured mother. But between an emergency couture gown, undeniable chemistry, and Colton’s silver‑fox charm, temptation proves impossible to ignore.
As the wedding countdown begins, emotions run high and plans unravel. Colton and Rue must decide if their fling is just a temporary temptation…or a lasting love worth rewriting everything they thought they wanted.
Legend continues the Billionaires of Bliss series with a guaranteed happily-ever-after and an attraction that defies professional boundaries. It features intense wedding drama, small-town secrets, and family conflict that resolves within the book, ensuring zero romance cliffhangers.

This did the impossible… it took a short but deep dwelling romance and did make it feel like instalove. True connection, chemistry and heat. Both were good hardworking likeable, loving people who did simply wait for this shot at love to show up gift wrapped, they lived a full life and made room for each other. Rue and Colton were so cute.
at one point there is a phone call … and when I tell you it is the stuff that make you giggle and kick your feet… its one of those call - where if the rug doesn't get pulled out from under you, you kind of know that the person is worth a shot, if not the one.
I'm so excited to go back and read the first book in the series.

I loved Rue as the strong female lead. She had her moments when I thought she was going to go all undecisive on me but she pulled through. I mean who wouldn't when you have a silver fox like Colton waiting on the otherside of that decision. Colton was the perfect gentleman with a large vat of patience and fire. He handled situations with ease and had me fanning myself. Got to love a man with some experience. Rue and Colton had great chemistry! The surrounding characters added depth to the story and weren't just placeholders, which was nice. I look forward to more from Bliss.
Good book believable characters, I did not read the story prior in this series, enjoyed this one very much! Great chemistry very organic, Colton’s fatherly love is off the charts! Hard not to love that! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Definitely worth reading Rue is crazy independent and he never stifles that!
