P.S. If you're buying her a gift, she has a penchant for single-malt Scotch and scarves.
I enjoyed it… just not as much as Legend. It's a firm 3.75 stars. I thought the story was more about her family history and his complicated family dynamics and less about them. I get that their family backgrounds impacted a lot of their approach and openness to building a relationship… they were both dealing with considerable personal hang -ups.. I just don't think it leaned heavily enough on their rivals to lovers separate from what are essentially "environmental factors". Once they got over the hump and opened their hearts their chemistry was good.
