I enjoyed this collection of poems! I know the author personally, he’s a very talented spoken word artist. This book , like many spoken word artists I know, does him no justice compared to hearing him perform live! Definitely recommend checking him out as he performs often in Atl.
What I love most about his work is that it’s raw and relatable. He doesn’t sugarcoat or shy away from his feelings. The way he describes them with such careful, and creative word choices make his poetry come to life so beautifully! Can’t wait to see what’s next from him!
