However, fate brought three gorgeous hunks to not only rescue her, but also offer her shelter whilst the issue at the cabin was being resolved. Boone, Chance and Dillon were struggling to find a suitable partner to share and also hire someone to help them in the office, but the connection they felt with Roxie from the moment they met her made them realise she would be perfect for both roles.
The tension between Roxie, Boone, Chance and Dillon quickly escalated into enjoying a steamy encounter, but they quickly realised she was overwhelmed with everything. Boone, Chance and Dillon took their time to coax Roxie into opening up about her anxiety, which gave them the opportunity to put a plan in place to keep her safe. Unfortunately, Boone, Chance and Dillon’s happiness was disrupted by the return of their ex-girlfriend, who decided to cause problems for Roxie.
Boone, Chance and Dillon tried everything to get rid of their ex-girlfriend, but she wasn’t happy about Roxie being with them, so she took the opportunity to wreak havoc on their lives. As luck would have it, Roxie, Boone, Chance and Dillon managed to deal with the situation and get back on track especially, as they had a couple of reasons to look forward to their future together.
This was a very gripping and remarkable romance story, that took me on one heck of a rollercoaster ride where the author did extremely well blending the reverse harem and mafia storyline successfully. The story had perfect balance of angst, suspense, drama, steam and action to create the perfect romance story worthy of the author’s talent. From the moment I started reading, I was hooked & each chapter just got better & better. There was always a hidden sense of danger, and once Roxie met the guys there was always an underlying chemistry & rising heat. Through it all, there was a fine line that constantly went back & forth between well balanced humor, seriousness, emotion, and passion. I loved how all-in the guys were from the moment Roxie finally trusted them enough to open up about the trouble she was in running from the mob after she overheard a “sensitive” conversation while at work. It led her to the guys in Montana when she needed to hide, and who better than 3 guys who run a cybersecurity business, with previous fighting & military experience too. The fact that she just blended seamlessly into their lives, and seemed to be just the woman they were searching for to add to the unusual group relationship they hoped to find, all just added to the sense of rightness they all felt from the very beginning. There was a massive danger on the hunt for Roxie though, and it would take all of the guys resources to prepare for what was coming. With more at stake than ever, will they be enough to keep her safe? Or is their future gonna be cut short before it ever truly begins? 4.5 Stars!!!
I really enjoyed this book! Roxie’s story is quite the wild one!!! What starts off as another day at work, ends up with her running for her life and then going into hiding.
In a cabin in the middle of Montana, fate brings Roxie into contact with Boone, Dillon, and Chance. Three men looking for their missing piece, a young woman in hiding, and danger lurking! What’s not to love?!?
This had a perfect blend of suspense, action, and steam!!! I loved Roxie and her harem!!! They truly were incredible! My fear with polyamorous romance is that some characters don’t get the same/enough time on the pages as others, and I felt that a little in this one. I would have loved more backstory for Dillon and Chance. But…what they missed on backstory they made up for with their presence!
Once the threat reappeared, the suspense and action really leveled up! It was intense and captivating. Once it was over it felt like there was a lull in the story, but they got into a groove and I loved how the story ended!!!.

I don't know how new or old this genre is--reverse harem or three men and one woman, but a lot have popped up lately and if you want a bit of lady p*rn, these books will satisfy. Yep, they are graphic, yes, there's a lot of swearing, but if that's not a problem, go get you some.
Lexie, a server in a high-end club is coming to the table of a ruthless mob boss with a fresh bottle of champagne when she overhears him order a hit. If she thinks she hasn't been seen, her dropping the bottle and making a huge noise certainly ruins that plan. She escaped but now she is wanted and this mobster (like all mobsters) is ruthless. She's in a lot of trouble.
Her best friend offers the old family cabin in Montana as a hide-a-way and unhappily, she accepts. The first night in the cabin she builds a fire, not realizing the long-abandoned cabin's fireplace is full of bird nests and branches. Black smoke comes pouring out and her closest neighbors, Boone, Chance and Dillon come to help. These guys are best friends and share everything, and they are looking for a woman who can accept their odd requirement.
Of course, the four fall in love, there is lots of hot sex and the mobster finally finds her.
A fast, fun read, well written with likable characters.

I enjoyed Her Mountain Saviors. I liked the characters, loved that it didn’t feel soap-opera dramatic, good action sequences—no death scenes, w/o being cheesy, and even has a trouble making broad that has it coming. Good stuff.

January 20, 2026Hang on get comfortable with your favorite wine the whole bottle, snacks because you will need it you won’t be putting this one down until the last page has been turned. Roxie job was to find a place to lay low she did good she found a cabin it was beautiful, with a view that captured your breath, and just as she was getting use to it fate decided to throw a monkey wrench into her perfectly laid plans by send not one but three sexy as all get out men to save her in more way than one. Boone, Chance, and Dillion sexy as all get out each one with different set of skills to offer but they struggled on find a woman who would accept them, share them, work in the office with them, and they meet the new girl in cabin who needs their help. The magnetic pull between them couldn’t be ignored and the more they got to know each other the stronger to pull until their ex. decided to make an appearance do they shut it down or does she wreak havoc on them, will Roxie want them all of them for long term, why is she hiding out, and will they find their own happiness somewhere along the way?

The three of them share a home, a business and they like to share one woman. They've been looking for "the one" for a while and are drawn to Roxie. Things move fast then slow then fast so the action isn't as fluid as it could be. She also holds a lot of herself back for quite a while, but she has a good reason to be cautious.
The escapades are MFMM with all attention on her. No MM occurs although they are comfortable with each other. No backdoor activity. Plenty of heat with no jealousy. This is an enjoyable story with some danger mixed in.

The plot and storyline was exciting and was backed up with engaging characters through individual POVs each with distinctive personalities that developed along with their emotional connections and certainty towards the FMC Roxie.
The author weaved plenty of intrigue, threat of life, action and drama in as the story unfolded as well as some heart warming moments as Roxie opened up to the three men offering some emotional depth.

What a sweet, exciting and suspenseful love story I absolutely adored this found family and why choose romance it was paced just right and never once was I bored I was constantly surprised at the next chapter when something was revealed and that’s always wonderful in a book the literal saying of “keeping us on our toes”
OMG talk about a charged setting of different personalities and different ways of getting stuff done but somehow they all mesh together in a perfect synchronicity it makes this story so unique with great world building making me feel like I want to live there..
Even side characters stand out making me hope we get to see them in their own story’s …wouldn’t that be awesome !

Roxie is working as a waitress when she overhears something she shouldn't and has to run. Her best friend sends her to an old family cabin to stay at in another state to try and keep her safe. However, when Roxie goes to start a fire things go awry and she is rescued by Chance. Boone and Dillon. They know they can't leave her there with how the cabin is so they offer her a place to stay and a job. Its not long before things heat up between them all. They know she is hiding something and just want to help her. Will she tell them what she is running from? Can they keep her safe?
This is an amazing story that will draw you in from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Oh to be a lucky girl. These guys were so great to her. Protective and alpha.
When Roxie nearly burns her place down, three protectors rescue her. Boone, Chance and Dillon and take her under their wing when trouble comes for her.
I enjoyed the way the guys were with Roxie but also how she accepted their help with reluctant but gave in.
They all are very charismatic and loving to her. Protective to the extreme.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story and recommended to those who enjoy a reverse harem full of action, drama and lots of spice. This is a story about Roxie, Boone, Chance and Dillon. Roxie was escaping a danger from home because she heard something that she wasn’t meant to hear. She meets Boone, Chance and Dillon when they come to save her from a fire. Eventually, they all start a relationship together, and even though they face danger and obstacles, they come out at the end and go onto live their happily ever after.

This was another fun and spicy RH romance by this author. Roxie overhears a dangerous conversation and goes on the run to a friend's family cabin that hasn't been used in many years. When she gets rescued by her hot neighbours, Chance, Dillon and Boone, from a fire gone 'bad', she isn't sure what to do. However, they offer her a place to stay, a good job and a chance to see where their chemistry will lead ;P I really enjoyed the characters, how their relationship unfolded and the drama swirling around them. This really was an engaging read with action, danger, drama and a fab HEA. Good fun!

I will start by saying that I did mostly enjoy this, and read it in 2 sittings. The characters were well developed and it was well written. The premise was interesting, but that's kinda where I lost it I'm afraid. I have no wish to provide spoilers but suffice to say that the conclusion to the drama that had steadily built throughout the book, was a bit of a damp squib, far too abrupt and somewhat nonsensical, like the author shoehorned a HEA without a satisfactory conclusion.

Only small point i didnt like

the fact that everything with the mob boss was so easily solved. He was notorious but the fbi got him in a blink of an eye… that part was meh. It felt like it was an easy wrap up.

I loved this story. Very intense and passionate.

This story caught my attention from the first chapter and did not let go. Full of emotion, twists and turns and some amazing relationships.
I love the intense feeling and hot detail to the story.
I could not put it down.

When Roxie overhears something she shouldn't have, she has to go on the run. A friend helps her out and sends her to a family cabin in Montana, where she has three mountain men as neighbors. I love how the author brought the characters together for their first meeting and how sparks were flying from the start. An accidental fire, a rescue, three protective males, a woman with the mob after her, a crazy ex, steam, and a great story make this a five star read and a great addition to the Why Just One series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Boring!
This story is way too long and boring. I was expecting a super hot, age gap, 3 alpha males romance, with super hot sexy scenes. The MMC's in this book were soft and sweet . The FMC was also sugary sweet. It was a candy overload. I actually made it to about 50% before I started skipping to end. If you're looking for sweet with minimal drama this is for you. Ms Black is a genius when it comes to writing a juicy story with amazing characters and this book doesn't disappoint. Protective, possessive main characters. Plenty of steamy scenes. Loved the characters interactions. Great banter. Storyline was detailed and kept my attention from the first page. Beautiful romance story that is a must read.
