My Greek billionaire husband never saw me…until I asked for a divorce.
Everyone thinks I’m living the dream—married to Leonidas Gazis, a former racing champion who looks like a modern-day god and commands empires with a single glance.
But they don’t know about the eight years of separate bedrooms. The mistress in Milan. The marriage that was never anything more than a pit stop for him.
I asked my husband for a divorce, thinking he’d wave the checkered flag and let me go.
Instead, Leonidas refuses to sign—and demands I give him a chance to make our marriage real.
The only problem? He didn’t want me until he found out I invented the technology that could get him back on the track.
This book also includes a bonus copy of The Greek Billionaire’s Email Bride.
This sucked. They got married and she thought he was taking care of matters by self satisfying but he had a long term.mistress and she was paying for her. I am so.sorry I read part of this. His mistress was like why don't you wake me up with sex like you normally.do and I just got sick. Ruined my.night. and then when his wife said she found out he thought it was funny. Omg I am so sorry I tried to read it.
There's a second short story about an email bride t another hero orders for his high school reunion. It was a lot better than the first one. No cheating and he loved his wife.

Lexie and Leo got married 8 years ago to merge their family businesses. They had a conversation about what they expected out of the marriage, and Lexie agreed to get married with no resistance. Lexie has been very happy with the marriage because Leo has kept all his promises and they get along well.
She went to college, but she's very neuro divergent or ADHD or something, so she focuses on doing what she enjoys, and Leo makes all the big decisions because she doesn't really like to deal with finances and stuff like that.
So, one day she's meeting with her lawyer, because Leo insists she meet with her own lawyer, and her lawyer asks her about an addendum to her marriage agreement she signed 6 years ago, agreeing to let Leo buy a house for his mistress. Lexie's like, What? She did sign it, but didn't read it, so she never knew Leo had a mistress.
Here's the thing. When they had the pre-marriage conversation, they decided they wouldn't have sex with each other, but she told him "I don't care how you take care of things, just don't cause any trouble." Which he obviously took as permission for an open marriage. We are supposed to believe she thought he would masturbate for the rest of his life, and she was giving him permission to masturbate. He thinks she must be very naive, or stupid, to believe a man would agree to celibacy for life. And I couldn't really empathize with her, because I agree.
In any case, when they get this out in the open, she says it doesn't change the fact that she wants a divorce.
He doesn't want a divorce. Which also made no sense to me. He spent 8 years thinking of themselves as guardian-ward, so why not divorce?
And it turns out, he knows nothing about her, because he just learned about a patent she has for a new technology, and he didn't know she had the mental capacity to invent anything. So why not divorce, since they are strangers/roommates?
His lawyer convinces him to do some kind of mediation that requires them to fire their household staff and live together doing everything for themselves for 2 weeks before the mediation. It's ridiculous.
She can't cook or drive or anything else but has to start doing everything without a staff.
It's not mediation. It's a list of questions they answer in front of each other without a mediator present. She ends up admitting that she stayed celibate the whole time because she didn't think she had agreed to an open marriage. All the time he was with another woman, and she was alone. And she's really angry and upset about it. So they fuck.
Then they have to go back to Monaco because someone tried to hack their system to steal her invention. They have a conversation with the security guy that could have been a zoom call, because it's not like either of them knows anything about cyber security.
While there, the ex-mistress convinces Lexie to meet with her, and gives Lexie some paparazzi photos of her and Leo together. It isn't necessary. Lexie is already planning a divorce, because she thinks Leo only left the mistress because of the tech Lexie had invented.
But Leo sees Lexie, runs after her - big emotional scene, he confesses his love, the end.
There's no conversation about why they originally agreed to never have sex with each other, or why they never changed their minds once they started to get along so well. Except I guess he kept thinking she was childlike and not mentally capable of adulting?

Some loves hit you between the eyes or make you shiver. Some love comes loud and boisterous and there is the love that comes softly. Takes you by surprise as it did the MMC in the first story. This changed everything for him as he worked to win his wife. It ended with a very nice HEA!
I was not expecting a second book and was disappointed that the book I purchased ended at fifty percent. I felt cheated
Gave it 3 stars for the second book; the first was.....don't know. Did he think he was her guardian/father? Did he think she was a child to be taken care of? She was neurodivergent and thought promises were essentially contracts and met all of her expectations as a wife for years. He was essentially in an open marriage with no reason to explain himself or to feel any regrets. The wife finally started waking up/growing up and realized that while she kept her vows, he had kept a mistress. Explosion, communication, reconciliation...sort of.
I know the author writes with a Christian anti-divorce slant, so was intrigued as to how he would redeem himself from this cheating situation. He doesn't.

There are two stories in this book. The first is the overlooked wife, and the second is the email wife/bride.
The first one was good until the mistress issue came up. Considering this author has gotten head first into religion, the fact that this guy is an adulterer was surprising. I realize this is the hook for the story, but he was so blasé about it. His first response was that the wife had said it was okay for him to have a mistress. Except she had interpreted that whole thing differently. So naturally she was crushed, and then the mistress had the audacity to call her! This was a two star.
The second story had the matchmaker from some previous books set up the couple in this one. This was a little better, but the OW wannabe was named Princess. I can’t get past that dumb name…
KU read. Still way too many references to bible verses, but an okay read.
I was going to give this book 1 star, and I realised that even that one star was too generous for this book.
The audacity of this man to be vague when he should really have clarified exactly this point in a way that it does not confuse or leave room for misunderstandings.
The audacity of this man to give his mistress a house etc.
The audacity of this man to be jealous and have sex with his wife when he could not even grovel properly {and if it was me, whatever he does, cheating is a dealbreaker}.
At some point I was enjoying the book, but after a brief convo with an Aiven—I hope I am getting the name wrong for the sake of my sanity—she had forgiven him.
I did skip the epilogue and the second book altogether because I was seething and breathing fire through my nose.
I won't blame the author; I blame myself for putting myself through this torture willingly.
The story was so sweet and heartwarming. I related to the FMC in being young and innocent when I married only to have my marriage rocked by a conversation that held a different meaning for me than my husband. I love that God is being sought in this story and I can't wait for the next one.
Two beautifully written stories of love that are told with heart and feeling a joy to read and told so well the I had tears in my eyes and the ending was a joy to read thank you for this amazing book.
The angst and drama/ story telling is good except when it comes to the ending I’m reminded again this author writes rage bait books. Heroine is painted as so smart but comes across as having 💩 for brains when dealing with her pathetic husband at the end. 🚮
