Vividly written and entertaining, despite the content. What a life Charlotte has thrown herself into. Just when I thought she couldn't experience anything worse, another disaster comes along.
Charlotte isn't just an impersonal reporter. She really cares for the individuals inside a story, and they remain with her.
I think this book will stay with me.

A well written book by an intelligent journalist, who faced danger and coped with an awful accident. I would really encourage anyone to read this. It re introduces well known journalists from the 80s and 90s through to the 2,000s. Not just in Aotearoa New Zealand but with the ABC, the BBC, and more.
