This was a goodreads giveaway arc.

I enjoyed a good portion of this book. The advice is good but a lot seems to depend on having people you trust in your life that you can talk to openly. This more or less made me realize a therapist would be a good idea. I came to a few realizations about myself and hope im on my way to healing and self-acceptance.

A great starting point if you are looking for personal growth and/or self-healing. The author provided great metaphors and writes in a very accessible way.
