It was a pleasure to return to Highland Hall and the lovely Bex and Duncan. Duncan is now the Laird and his time is taken up with all that is entailed in running the estate and making the necessary repairs to the castle. Bex has started her own business whilst trying to support Duncan as the Laird. Add planning a high society wedding into the mix, the local gala, assorted clubs and life has become stressful placing demands on their time. Will they ever get any time to themselves?

A warm and delightful tale of love in the Scottish highlands with a host of colourful characters in the picturesque setting of Loch Darroch. Definitely recommend this fun and light-hearted story but read the previous instalments as they're a treat. With thanks to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for a copy of this book in exchange for a review.

This is the first book I have read from the author and I soon realised it was part of a series. I was enjoying the book so much by then I didn't want to stop reading and go back and look for the others. The author has used a great mix of humour, every day life and romance and the setting sounds magical! I thoroughly enjoyed the story with the exception of the accusations made at the end as I could see who the guilty party was and it was disappointing to see so many innocent people accused. I will now go back and read the previous books in the series and others from this author. She has been added to my "must read" list and I'd highly recommend this book to others.

Thank you to NetGalley, the publishers and author for allowing me to read and review a preview copy.

I loved catching up with Bex and Duncan and the gang. This story leads on from Duncan becoming Laird of the village after the death of Fergus. They are trying to get to terms with living in the castle and having the village depend on them. This does not come naturally to either of them. They are wedding planning and the wedding planner is reminding them of their social standing and their place in the aristocracy and this is causing them nightmares.
At the same time Bex is setting up her accountancy business and that is putting stress on them both. This book shows the strains of the job.
This was a great book and it was full of friendships and togetherness.
Thank you NetGalley for this arc in exchange of an honest review.

Although book 4 in a series, it sucked my in with the humor. Bex and Duncan are set to get married but they can't seem to spend 2 seconds together as both seem to be running in 5 million different directions, between building repairs, starting a new business from the ground up, getting accustomed to new to them roles, and a wedding planner who has decided the wedding is going to be the event of the year. Will they get married, or will it all come crashing down around them? Of course, lots of hilarity ensues. Definitely an enjoyable read. Not my first Hannah Lynn book, but hopefully not my last.
I received an ARC copy from NetGalley and the publisher. All opinions are my own.

Im exhausted after reading that book with the list that Bex had to go through as she adjusts to marrying Duncan but this book made my heart soar and I loved being back at Highland Hall.

As with all of this series things are never plain sailing for these characters and there were so many laugh out loud moments with the addition of the new puppy.

I hope there is another instalment from Highland Hall as im not ready to say goodbye yet.

I really, really disliked Bex in this one, and that brings down my rating. She was so self-involved, which was so unlike her in the previous books. I could always see what was coming next due to her actions, even if she couldn't. It didn't make sense to me that someone who is so organized and detail-oriented would let everything in her life go to pieces. And when she unfairly accuses someone of something that was so unfounded, I was done with her. I did like the ending though.

Another fabulous instalment in this series back in the beautiful village, with the familiar characters we have grown to love.

The romance and warmth are in abundance in this book but are also wrapped with the realities of the real world of balancing everything, dealing with stress and never seeming to have enough minutes in the day.

A lovely balanced romance, I love that we find out about what hidden treasures are laying undiscovered in parts of the castle that have lay untouched for years.

Still plenty of stories to be told within the village and this book has left me excited to read more.

Another fantastic trip to the Scottish Highlands which I really enjoyed. Make sure you’ve read the previous books in the series as they do follow directly on from one another. It’s a gentle bit of escapism with very relatable characters..
