This was a fantastic read by a new to me author. It's pretty short only about 150 pages, so more like a bite-sized nugget for between heavier reads. Completely over the top and a bit more smexy than plot , but still good. I'm looking forward to reading more books by this author. Hopefully, she'll have some longer ones as well.

If instalove makes you break out in hives, this one probably isn’t for you because the second Logan Gunnar materializes out of a snowstorm to rescue Savannah from her broken-down car, he’s already decided she’s his, full stop. No hesitation, no doubts, no intention of letting her go. But if you live for unapologetically over-the-top alpha heroes who claim first and ask questions later, you’ll be eating this up. Logan doesn’t so much woo Savannah as steamroll over her objections, virtually throw her over his shoulder, and take her straight to his secluded cabin like it’s the most natural thing in the world. And honestly? Savannah isn’t exactly mad about it. There’s a deep comfort in being taken care of by a man who is used to being in control, even if Logan’s protectiveness sometimes veers into outright possession. He’s utterly unshakeable in his belief that Savannah belongs to him; the only thing left is for her to catch up so they’re on the same page. Being snowed in together with one bed and crackling chemistry - yeah, that doesn’t hurt either. What I really liked however, was Savannah herself. She doesn’t immediately surrender to the fantasy and despite her inexperience and innocence, she thoughtfully wrestles with what she wants and ultimately chooses Logan on her own terms. Logan may be commanding and intimidating, but Savannah soothes his inner beast, and his devotion to her is absolute from the very first moment. I’m a total sucker for OTT romances like this, and I can’t wait to see what—and who—comes next.

Instead of a knight in shinning armor, Savannah gets a brooding, dominant, possessive, over protective feral beast of a man. Logan tells Savannah she belongs to him. He states it as fact regardless of what she thinks. Logan is feral, dangerous but treats her like precious cargo. He will go to any lengths to protect her.

Logan and Savannah
The story plot is okayish. The writing is so matter of factly. As the reader… I didn’t feel any real passion or compassion, only words that don’t convey any real desire, like an apology without heart! Things didn’t align or work, like in the middle of the freezing winter, deep snow drifts and riding a Harley, who would even think to ride in winter…it doesn’t feel real. The story seemed hurried and not planned thoroughly. And then again it could be the author is not a seasoned writer. I am no writer or editor and this is the first book I’ve read by this author so I suppose and expect it might be my lack of liking the authors writing style, or possibly a new editor. This could be an amazing story if rewritten with real emotion. There was realism and heart felt emotion in the last scene at the end in the bathroom scene. I don’t like writing reviews even good ones, so this one hurts to write and makes me feel sad. 😭

Savannah is in town to do her blog bout Grizzly Peak. As she heads up the mountain to take pictures for her blog, the weather changes quickly and soon she’s in a whiteout and her rental car dies too. She just knows she’s going to die o. This mountain. Soon she hears a grumbling noise as it comes closer. A big black truck pulls up and out steps a mountain of a man. Logan Gunnar, the President Bush f the Broken Halos MC and he’s not a man to mess with. He stares her down and pulls her out of the car and into his truck. Instead of taking her back to town, he takes her to his cabin. When he saw her in town, he knew she belonged to him and he planned to claim her. Another good addition to the Broken Halos MC with a good storyline and characters that are fierce, protective and possessive.

Trapped By The President is the first book in a new series by Rica Lane. This is a new-to-me author. I liked the story and the characters, even if I found some things unrealistic. Logan is the President of the local mountain MC. Savannah is a travel blogger who gets stuck on the mountain during a storm. Logan is very OTT when it comes to claiming Savannah. He knew she was meant to be his as soon as he saw her. Savannah knows that he may be a monster to everyone else, but he makes her feel safe. This series is loosely connected to the author's other series through secondary characters. I will definitely be checking those out.

I absolutely loved this captivating story from beginning to end! From the very first page, I was completely hooked and found myself immersed in the world Rica Lane created. The character development and interactions were particularly outstanding, feeling both realistic and engaging. The storyline itself was also incredibly well-crafted, keeping me on the edge of my seat, eager to discover what would happen next. The author did a fantastic job of weaving a compelling narrative that left me wanting more. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romance novels with a captivating plot, memorable characters, and a dash of suspense. It's a true page-turner!.

Angel's Hell president, Logan Gunnar, was definitely an alpha waaaay over the top character. He was primal and possessive with lost blogger, Savannah. I imagined someone as "city" as Savannah being so alarmed and out of her element, especially as Logan declares her as his on sight. Their chemistry was intense ... even as a reader, I didn't know whether to be scared or amazed at how protective and worshiping Logan could be. Add the drama with the developers and the chaos with the rest of the MC crew, this was a story that made you want to see it through.

This book is part of Angel's Hell Motorcycle Club series. Tropes: President of MC, motorcycle club, age gap, forced proximity, and innocent FMC. The moment he sees Savannah he mind and body says his. Oh Savannah has no chance but thank goddess she feels the same. Trapped by the President was a good quick novella length book that really focused on character development, gave you a healthy dose of drama and some very good spice. I loved Logan as an MMC and that his more dominating side came out rather quickly with Savannah, but that she also brought out this domestic and calm side to him too. For a novella, it didn’t lose the storyline at all and could have been a full length novel that could have continued to keep me hooked! I can’t wait to continue and read Austin’s story next

Savannah went to the mountain to get pictures for her blog, she didn't expect to find him. Logan is the president of his mc, he protects his mountain and his people. When he sees her in the mountain he knows she's his forever. He traps her in his cabin and claims her. When danger lurks, he proves to her that he will always protect what's his. She belongs to him and the mountain and he's going to prove it to her again and again until she accepts it.

Dnf @27%. There was way too many inconsistencies in this book. So far, it changed 3 times of how he first seen her. We know they haven’t had sex together & she’s a virgin but when she woke up from the first night there this happened “Put some socks on” he said and she states “I couldn’t find any” I whisper, my voice wrecked by the memory of his cock filling me hours ago”, wtf that doesn’t even make sense. They didn’t have sex so why is she saying that?. There was more but I don’t feel like going back and writing it. This one’s not for me.

A bit threatening and sometimes brutal- but a good start to this mountain family saga.

I absolutely loved this book! It was the perfect combination of chemistry and obsessive vibes. Savannah is a travel blogger who gets stuck in a snowstorm on a mountain owned by the Gunnar’s, a local MC. She is rescued by Logan Gunnar, MC President. Logan makes it clear to Savannah from the beginning that she is his and he is claiming her. Their chemistry is off the charts.

Savannah was standing in a blizzard when Logan stormed out of his truck and claimed her. From the moment he saw her, the only word he could think of was the word 'mine'! Savannah just looked at this mountain of a man and felt safe and she just knew she didn't want to leave him.
This story hit the road running. It was fast paced and I couldn't put it down. I loved how once logan had decided that Savannah was the one, his love never wavered. I was sad when the book ended.

A really good Grizzly Peak story. Savannah is a travel blogger who arrives in Pine Valley for work. Getting stuck in a snow storm brings her Logan and a forever she never though of. Logan is the President of the Angel's Hell MC and is stunned when he finds Savannah freezing. Their HEA is steamy and everything you need for this page-turner. Don't forget the bonus epilogue.

Savannah comes to Pine Valley to take pictures and write a story for her travel blog. What she never expected was to find Logan. President of the local MC. Who saves her from the storm and then claims her with such intensity she can’t think straight. This is a great read. I absolutely love the cave man antics of these Gunnar’s. I can not even wait for book 3.
