This book is incredibly long. It has been teased since the first act of the first book of the series, and I had been looking forward to it the most. The anticipation was not worth the wait for me. If you don't want spoilers, stop reading here. It starts out very hot and super cheesy with insta love, cue the miscommunication, and then you spend 200 pages watching both of them do a lot of nothing. They meet again at 37% in... then he spends between 37% and 54% being an absolute ass to her to get her to quit working for him, I was bored during this time as well. Once you hit 54%, the book starts to get good again, and there's some good development between 54% and 74%, but then the rest of the book is mostly them banging. There's no third act breakup, which I'm glad for because the first half of the book was them just being miserable, but because of that I really think that this book could have been edited down to something a little more normal in size.
Because of the way the first part of the book is written, you can definitely read this as a stand alone. In fact, I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better as a stand alone because if you've read the other books, you know a bunch of what was rehashed from his side in the first part of the book.
Anyway, this was ok... I think I'm just going to leave this series here though.

Honest arc review not my favorite of the series
In this book we follow Remington and Mindy.
These two start out meeting because of a bet. They have steamy chemistry and some spicy bedroom time together, with insta feelings. She sees something that makes her think he lied so she left. Then there was about 200 pages of them having separate lives i didn’t like this part i actually skimmed through some of it. It was just too long i think the same point could have been made with way less pages. Or just left this out entirely and just had the part of his best girlfriend starting drama and trying to ruin it because she thinks he belongs to her when he’s only belonged to Mindy.
Finally she gets a job working for his dad when health reasons make his dad retire he comes back and he realizes shes the one from 7 years ago. Then they have the dance of are we going to reconnect or not? As they start reconnecting his best girlfriend starts drama and try’s to ruin it Remington lets it go on way to long before he finally cuts the head iff if that snake. They do finally get there HEA in about the last 20-30 pages.

“Hale Damage” is the third book in the “Highway to Hale Series.” This is a hilarious workplace, second-chance rom-com with enough snark and spice to have you laughing and swooning far into the night. This is most definitely my favourite so far in the series. Remington is the eldest of the Hale siblings and probably comes across as the most reserved of the brothers. Whilst at the Batchelor party for his sibling Phoenix, thankfully the wedding did not go ahead, and trying to think of reasons to leave, his brothers start giving him a hard time about when he will be getting married….to be quite honest, he is over the cookie-cutter women. Phoenix comes up with a challenge….”Remi, I bet you can’t hook up with a regular girl, someone who’s completely unaware of your net worth.” The catch is that it is someone of their choosing, not his!
“Her,” he says confidently. “The redhead at the fifth table from the left.” Stepping closer, I place one palm on the glass and stare at the absolute knockout…. Her hair is a deep red color and falls past her shoulders in waves, framing a face that would make an angel weep. It’s difficult to see her eye color from this distance, but her skin is darker than one would think for a redhead.”
Mindy Espinoza is out at a club with her best friend Caroline and her boyfriend. She didn’t really want to come out, but she is here been chatted up by a guy that cannot take the hint. “And then a deep voice carries over the music. “My man, you’re messing with the wrong woman. My woman.” The he kisses her….”His lips are soft and warm, and he smells like something woodsy topped with hints of sweet citrus. My lips are suddenly in charge, taking over my brain function and parting for more. He tastes as good as he looks, like a fine scotch with the perfect blend of oaky sweetness and something smoky.”
After a wonderful evening of talking and getting to know each other, except their real names, they end up at his room in a chain hotel that the boys pre-booked for him. Aka, Joe and Minnie, have a memorable night together and he knows that he wants more than one night with her. He decides to tell her in the morning who he really is. “Our mouths meet, and I taste her essence on her lips and my own on her tongue. They blend perfectly, like they were meant to be together. Mine. Yes. She’s mine.” In the morning, she sees a message on his phone from his “Dear Fiancée….”His brother isn’t getting married today. Joe is.” When he wakes in the morning, she is gone….that was seven years ago and he still cannot forget about her, that one night imprinted in this mind.

There is never a dull moment! This book is everything you expect from a romcom sexy CEO romance with a touch of alpha male thrown in. I’m very happily hooked - I did not want it to end! Once I started reading, I could not put this book down! At times you will laugh, you will cry, get angry and frustrated - most of all, you will love the twists! This book will charm “the pants off you” and leave you going back for more. I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful love story. This is a lovely book that will keep you hooked! Once again Jade does not disappoint - writing this review makes me want to read the book again! This is a lovely book that will keep you hooked! Mindy and Remington’s story is both entertaining and heartwarming. It has plenty of hilarious moments that made me laugh out loud, as well as tender and emotional ones that made me sigh and tear up. They meet as a result of a bet between Remington and his brothers, but they end up making a real and profound connection that they both want more of. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding sends her scurrying away from him, certain that he is a cad of the highest order. Remington is desperate to find her, but they both gave each other false names at the beginning of their evening together. He continues his search for her, his Minnie, long after she has written him off and moved on to another relationship with a man who proves to be truly untrustworthy and manipulative.

This series never fails to amuse,inspire has you on fire and beaming like a loon and while the bride is looking forward to her honeymoon here’s what the groom is up to …Cos they’re all getting ready for Phillips wedding . It’s an all bets happening on the next conquest that the twins’ brother Remi is bedding …
Remington Hale is another Hale who’s good looking and knows it . He’s his own man’s man but he’s fed up of dating the typical generic woman that he’s had on his arm before. He wants more than these empty dates with bimbos who only see dollars and interest rates on his stocks ,not the colour of his gib or even his socks on the bedroom floor.
So when his brothers lay a down the gauntlet ,he takes up a bet. Date as a man of lesser means. A one night dance. See if he can pull off being just a man who can do the romance dance as ‘regular Joe Blow’ ….
High octane heat before they even get between the sheets. Fast paced indeed . Jade Dollston has aced this …

This does something to this strait laced man’s face, surely out of place on him a beam and a glisten in his eyes as he listens to her spat. He’s mesmerised. A glimmer of light remembering one hot night? Maybe. But he’s gotta convince this ardent lady that he’s not shady. He’s in for the long haul . Everything . Wants it all ! Not just a private dance but real romance.
Is it a fine romance or a dance with the devil ? Whatever it is, she leaves him dishevelled. Awesome as per Jade Dollston Ma’am . You know what we like and how to deliver so that we’re hanging and all aquiver. Yikes, do it again hen with book number four ,I implore. Yes I'm begging for more like a book boyfriend whore. Snark from her and lotsa spice as well as self sacrifice from him. As yum as they come you’ll not be disjointed nor disappointed by this . It’s awesomeness . The banter is top shelf and as she gives more sass and fire to ignite his desire with passion, and expressions that give more of himself …. It’s bliss, the chef’s kiss 💋 👌

Woosh, this was a spicy one and I didn't expect anything less for Remington Hale haha. Jade delivered once again.
Remington came across a bit of a grump and serious in the other stories. We knew he found the one and lost her the same night.
7 years ago at that fateful bachelors party, Rem's brothers dared him to be a simple man and get a woman. What starts as a bet becomes his whole world until it wasn't.
Mindy is everything sunshine, bubbly and fierce when needed to be but she can also be naive at times.
This was a second chance romance and Jade definitely made us work for the spark 2nd time round.
Rem and Mindy were everything perfect that 1st night. They both had a hot and steamy night and also fell hard instantly. But Mindy disappears leaving them both heartbroken.
It's a long wait before they did each other again and we get a big chunk of the story gives us details of their separate lives during the 7 years apart. Mindy finally moves on and it's a bumpy ride too.
Jade's books are easily a 5 star for me, she gives us banter, hilarious moments, family, love and all the feels. However this one had half a star removed an that's due to my personal preference. I don't like on page Spice with other people. I think it could be mentioned but I don't want the scenes haha. I didn't like those parts. Honestly I was so glad when Mindy finally moved away from that relationship.
When Remington comes back 7 yrs later to be the CEO of the company, he finds his dad's new executive assistant to be non other than the woman that broke his heart.
I loved that the truth was exposed early on and not dragged out. But he still doesn't want her working with him, so this is where the battle starts. Only family love, heart, witty comebacks and abundance of love. Their love was too strong to be burned away and love conquers all. It isn't an easy ride with a lot of hurdles from both sides but so worth it.
As always I loved seeing how the other couples were doing and even getting to see my favourite couple Gianna and Auburn Bouvier.
It was perfect ending and that little snippet of Perri's story has really got me excited for the last Hale sibling.

I had zero doubt that this book would be phenomenal as Jade Dollston's books always are. I have loved every book she has written and assumed this would be equally as good as all her others. I was wrong. After finishing, I realized it is not equally as good, it is the best book she has written to date. I do not know how she does it, but each book just keeps getting better.
Remi is the oldest of the Hale siblings. He gives off the vibe of being a playboy with a love em and leave em philosophy. Remi is unwavering in his loyalty to the Hale Cosmetics company, but is especially loyal to his family and that is how he finds himself taking a bachelor party bet with his brother. That one night changed everything for him and for the woman of his dreams.

Mindy's character had my emotions all over the place. I was either laughing at her brilliant one liners, crying for life events, or screaming at my Kindle over her choice in husbands. That man had mommy issues rivaling Ed Gein. But Mindy summoned her inner diva and washed that man right out of her hair. The strength she showed in overcoming it all was incredible and I seriously loved her character. Her supportive group of family and friends were equally as amazing. I was thrilled when Mindy and Remi found each other again hoping they would get back what they lost.
Remi surprised me in the best way by hanging on to the feelings he had harbored since their first night and allowing himself to be vulnerable again. His romantic gestures and silent supportive acts had me swooning. And do not even get me started on how Sir Hotness handles himself behind closed doors, phew I had to fan myself.
The snarky banter between the two was off the charts and a few of the lines had me nearly needing a wardrobe change from laughter. It was brilliantly written, but I would not have expected anything less than laugh out loud comedy from Jade's writing. I cannot come up with a single thing I did not love about this book, except it had me so engaged I read it too fast and then it was over. Waiting for her next book will be like slow torture.
I really do not know how many ways I can say that this book is everything you are looking for so just do yourself a favor and grab a copy now.

Hale Damage is hands down my favorite book she's written so far, and I honestly don't know how I'm supposed to wait until 2027 for the next Hale sibling's story.
Remington Hale completely surprised me. We are back with the Hale family. Remington Hale is up next. If you have been reading this series, you know exactly when this book starts. I love that this series runs concurrently. I will always be enamored with authors that keep up with concurrent timelines well. Ms. Dollston does it well. The brothers, Phoenix, Helix and Remington are at Pheonix's bachelor party. A bet was made that Remington had to pick up a woman as a regular man. Remington had to drop the billionaire persona that he wore so well. Phoenix and Helix even picked the woman. The woman they picked was Mindy Espinoza.
Mindy had dreams of being a baker. Remington introduced himself to her as Joe and mistakenly labeled her as Minnie. When I say this night progressed nicely with laugh out loud moments and plenty of spice sprinkled throughout. Minnie and Joe connected that night. Remington was ready to come clean but that next morning Mindy was gone.
Flash forward seven years later. Mindy is working as an Executive Assistant for Hayward Hale. Mindy is a good assistant and when health issues changed things. Hayward made Remington promise to keep Mindy on. I can't even imagine the shock that both of the them felt when they discovered the truth. Neither one of them had stopped thinking about the other during the seven years. Now readers have a ground floor view of Mindy and Remington trying to stay away from each other while working together everyday. I forgot to mention how sassy Mindy is. She gave just as good as she got. This job was a means to an end and she was not going to let anyone stop her from her goal.
If you could not tell, I loved Mindy and Remington. I was rooting for them from the start. They had a lot going against them, but nothing stops true love. I am loving this series. This is another series that I jumped in the middle. I will definitely be reading the first book in this series to see how Nic and Helix got together. I can't imagine the scientific drama they got into when they got together. Up next is the sister. The boys are not going to stay on the sidelines. They are very protective of Piper. Let's get ready to rumble!

I knew I was in trouble the second these two started emailing each other.
The banter in this book is absolute gold. Every conversation feels like a tennis match where the prize is getting the last word, and I was grinning the entire time. Remington and Mindy have the kind of chemistry that makes you want to yell, "Just kiss already!" while also hoping they keep bickering for another hundred pages because it's just that entertaining.
Mindy is exactly the kind of heroine I love. She gives as good as she gets, refuses to be intimidated, and has enough sass to keep Remington permanently on his toes. And Remington? Watching a man who thinks he's completely in control slowly realize he's losing every battle to one stubborn woman will never stop being funny.
What I loved most, though, was that underneath all the snark and laugh-out-loud moments is a second chance romance with real heart. The history between them gives every glance, every argument, and every tiny crack in their walls so much more weight. It never feels like they're falling in love. It feels like they're finally finding their way back.
Also... if a man sent me an email that dramatic, my first response would absolutely be, "Challenge accepted."
This had me laughing, swooning, and rooting for these two from beginning to end. Honestly, I'd gladly sit through another hundred pages of Remington and Mindy trying to out-stubborn each other because their chaos was ridiculously entertaining.

This is book 3 in the Highway to Hale series. In this book we get Remington's story. On the outside he is this uptight, broody man, but you just know there is more underneath what he shows to the world.
Remi meets “Minnie” and has an instant connection, but she thinks he’s “hardware Joe” they never exchanged their real names and after an amazing night and connection a suspicious text on Remi’s phone sends “Minnie” running. With no real name or number Remi spends the next 7 years pining after a woman that could have been.
“Minnie” turns out to be Mindy and 7 years later begins working for Remington Hale’s father in the Hale Cosmetics building as his executive assistant. One thing leads to another and Remi discovers who she really is. However, because of the misunderstanding they are not sure what to do moving forward. She is all fire and he is hurt, and wants her gone; but at the same time those old feelings he tried to bury after that one perfect night are still there. She is determined and can hold her own, even if "twatface" is a horrible little man. I will say that Remi and the grand gesture made me kick my feet and giggle, I mean talk about SWOON!!!
I was glad to see Remi soften towards her, the chemistry, the spice and their banter was unmatched. I adore the sibling dynamic and loved that Jade gave us glimpses into where those couples are now. I can’t wait for Perri to get her story! This was one of my favorites in the series yet. I will never feel the same about a peach cookie as it will always remind me of this book!

Now, Where do I start with Hale Damage. First off Remi and Mindy are definitely my favourite couple. I loved the Other two couples books but Hale Damage just went to the very top of my favourite list.
They met originally on Phoenix Bachelor Party Seven Years ago and had a night that neither of them ever wanted to forget and would have loved to re-create. Circumstances beyond both of their control upset that night unfortunately.
The few years in between are covered and Mindy definitely got the Rougher part of that.
I loved the Banter between them. The Love/Hate between them was extremely enjoyable until it changed and things turned around for both of them when they discovered the truth of why that night did not end up the way both of them wanted it too.
Remi surprised me in the way he Absolutely Fell Head Over Heels for Mindy when he coped himself on. He would do anything for his Woman and completely swept her off her feet which was totally deserved. She was such a loving person that had it hard for a while so I loved the Swoon factor that was involved with them.
The Chemistry was off the Charts and I was there for all of it as you will be when you have the pleasure of reading this fantastic book.
You could call this book a Breath of Fresh air, it had everything, the fun side of it and the hotness!

A Hampton Inn because duh…Joe is a regular dude off the street lol…not the CEO of a billion dollar cosmetic company. Anyways…obviously their night is pure fireworks. Match made in heaven if you will. Then, Joe *Remington* wakes up alone.
Fast forward 7 years….

Talk about a much-deserved HEA, Remi and Mindy were meant for each other. Remi obsessed over Mindy for 8 years. Even though Mindy was getting out of a bad marriage, Remi was never far from her mind. Imagine both of their surprise when she is hired as the new PA of Hale senior and after saving Hale Sr's life, he demanded Remi keep his PA onboard; only for Remi to return from his London office to come face to face with the women who ghosted him 8 years ago.
The jokes literally wrote themselves in this book and the refined, extremely rich, gentleman we know as Remi was a dirty talking love machine who gave as good as he got. Remi had all the wealth and luxuries in life, but Mindy gave him a sense of peace and happiness money couldn't buy, and he gave Mindy the time, affection, protection and security she desperately needed and desired.
What started as a strained and tumultuous reunion slowly transitioned into a love that has been lingering for over 8 years. Mindy was it for Remi and he made sure she understood that in and out of the office.....repeatedly. LOL!!!

Jade never fails to make me laugh, swoon and fall for fake men.
Remington Hale is the oldest of the Hale siblings. He is dedicated to the Hale Cosmetics company and to his family. Maybe it's the oldest sibling mentality but I feel like every time there is an oldest child, they are always 100 percent into the family company and take care of their own. Remi also has sort of a playboy vibe and because of this it caused him to get into a bet with his siblings during Pheonix's bachelor party. He was betted that he couldn't hook up with a regular girl who didn't know his worth, but they had to choose the girl. Little did they know they would choose the love of his life.
Mindy Espinoza is the opposite. She is like a ray of sunshine, bright, friendly, loved but will be feisty and fierce when she needs to. When a guy wouldn't take a hint Remi comes to her rescue and the night ends in a passionate one night stand to remember. I will admit I was annoyed with Remi for a little bit with his offense and not wanting to work with Mindy. But I do understand where it is coming from. Who wants to work with a person who shattered your heart. Their second chance love story is so worth it though. If you need a rom com that will have you screaming at your kindle or book like I did then this is the book to pick up.

Maybe it's the oldest sibling mentality but I feel like every time there is an oldest child, they are always 100 percent into the family company and take care of their own. Remi also has sort of a playboy vibe and because of this it caused him to get into a bet with his siblings during Pheonix's bachelor party. He was betted that he couldn't hook up with a regular girl who didn't know his worth, but they had to choose the girl. Little did they know they would choose the love of his life.
Mindy Espinoza is the opposite. She is like a ray of sunshine, bright, friendly, loved but will be feisty and fierce when she needs to. When a guy wouldn't take a hint Remi comes to her rescue and the night ends in a passionate one night stand to remember. Yes yes yes !! I think Remi might just be my favourite Hale absolutely ! I really loved this one. So steamy in the beginning and the second chance was such a great addition. I was on the edge of my seat constantly seeing all the little crossovers just praying for the reunion. Honestly thou this had me rolling my eyes everytime Roger was mentioned. Out here makin me wanna smack the man with a stick 😤 I loved seeing him get his get back. I would have loved to have seen some of the divorce stuff. I think it would have fun to have seen the judge react to all the BS that Roger had done upon their separation. I love that all of that didn’t break Mindy’s sass thou, the banter between her and Remi was absolute gold ! I loved them together. Had me feeling all the things, from laughing to crying to steamy spicy moments it was pure perfection between them. In terms of spice, it starts really strong eases off and then comes back nice and strong so it’s about a 3.5/5 for spice. Amazing scenes and beautifully detailed, so steamy. Overall, I love all of Jades books and this one is no different. It’s amazing and I love these two together. They were such a great coupling with sizzling chemistry and perfect banter. It’s a 5/5 for me. Definitely check it out.

This is book three in the Highway to Hale series and I love this group of characters so much. Mindy and Remington meet because of a bet and have one unforgettable night, but a misunderstanding sends her running before anything real can happen. Fast forward years later and she ends up working for his family company, not realizing he’s now the one in charge. When they come face to face again, there is no easing into it and she gives his attitude right back which made their interactions so good right from the start.
I loved this one. The banter had me laughing out loud more than once and I could not get enough of how she refused to back down from him. He comes in thinking he’s going to make her life difficult, but she holds her own every single time and it completely flips things on him. You still feel everything from their past mixed in with what’s happening now, and watching that play out kept me hooked the whole time.
If you love a second chance with tension, humor, and a heroine who can match the hero step for step, this one is so worth it. Easily one of my favorites in the series and I already need the next one.

Jade is one of those authors where, whenever I pick up one of her books, I already know the banter is going to be top tier. I absolutely loved Joe and Minnie aka Remi and Mindy.
Jade also does an amazing job of breadcrumbing us just enough to leave us wanting more. We’ve been wondering who this red haired beauty was since book one, so I was probably the most excited for Remi’s story. Y’all know I love a grumpy, broody, Type A man!
After one unforgettable night and a little miscommunication, these two, who, I have to say, had incredible chemistry, ended up as nothing more than a one night stand… until seven long years (and one secret tattoo) later. Surprise! Mindy now works at Hale Cosmetics.
Mindy was so feisty, and I loved that she refused to let Remi push her away. When she said she wasn’t going anywhere, she meant it, no matter what Remi said or did.
I have to mention their chemistry again because it was that good. Remi had an absolutely filthy mouth, and honestly, our girl Mindy never stood a chance. The wedding gift exchange scene was perfection! I was also so happy that Mindy had Caroline in her corner. And when you throw in the brothers (and Antonio!) it added even more to an already great story.
Oh, and speaking of Antonio… I literally cannot wait for his book!

Remington and Mindy’s story is both my favourite of the series and the one I found most annoying at the same time.
Starts off with a great insta-lust connection between the two MC and then a miscommunication that results in years going by where they live their lives separately. This part could have been a little shorter in my opinion.
When they finally meet up again, Remington is a colossal jerk to Mindy, trying to get her to quit her job working for him. While they still are attracted to each other, Remington’s behaviour may ruin it all. Pretty quickly they sort out some things and start things up again. I would have liked a little more grovelling from Remington and maybe a little more of a discussion about what had happened in the past. It seemed to move on from it all pretty quickly considering the amount of time we spent reading about all the time apart.
It’s an “it’s always been you, insta-lust/love, second chance romance that I enjoyed overall and it is a great addition to the series and I truly loved spending time with each of the Hale brothers and would love to read more from their world in some way.

Mindy is hands down one of my favourite heroines ever. Her sass is absolutely unmatched, and I loved her fierce determination to succeed as an executive assistant—even when Remi was doing his absolute best to make her life a nightmare! She completely refused to back down, and watching her hold her own in the Hale Cosmetics boardroom was brilliant.
And Remi? Wow. On the outside, he puts on this brooding, untouchable CEO persona, but underneath all that cold armour, he is the ultimate closet romantic. The way he secretly cares for Mindy whilst trying to pretend he’s totally over her completely melted me.
The banter in this workplace war was top-tier. I laughed out loud at their office antics, properly cried during the angsty second-chance revelations about why she ghosted him seven years ago, and fell completely in love with them as a couple.

Book 3 in the Highway to Hale series is finally answering a question that has been living rent free in my head since the prologue of Hale Yes, and then even more after Chapter 1 of Hale No. Ever since Remington met our red-headed mystery girl at his brother’s bachelor party, where she was chosen as part of a bet, I have needed to know what happened there. In Hale Damage, we finally get the full story.
Anything Jade writes is an automatic must-read for me, and this was no different. She writes in a way that makes me need to keep turning the pages because I have to know what happens next. This had the banter, tension, emotion, and spice I was hoping for, plus so many moments that had me smiling and laughing.
I really liked how the story gave us time with both of them as individuals before bringing them back into each other’s lives. It made their second chance feel stronger because you understood who they were outside of each other too. The workplace dynamic was so fun, their back-and-forth kept me entertained, and I loved how determined and sassy she was without it feeling overdone.
One thing Jade always does so well is make me feel fully invested in the characters. I was laughing one minute, stressed the next, and then completely annoyed at certain people because of how they were acting. The family moments, group texts, sibling interactions, and cameos from previous couples made it even better because I already love this world so much.
I also really appreciated that the conflict toward the end was not dragged out just for drama. They handled it in a way that felt mature, and that made me love them even more as a couple.

O…M…G!!! Now Jade knows my ultimate favourite character is Tank….but I think I found my new BFF in Mindy. I absolutely LOVE that she isn’t afraid of Remington and her witty banter and teasing is seriously hilarious!!! I laughed out loud at the Iphone trick she played!! Seriously you need to read this book…….you could probably get away with reading it as a standalone but then the rest of the characters that are intertwined in the story … well you get the picture. This whole series is seriously your vacation reading time….who doesn’t love smart, sexy and successful billionaires?!

I solely picked up this book based on the tropes mentioned in the blurb of the book (speaking of which, it is high time the author updated the description with the actual blurb of the book!)
It has been a long time since I have found a book with similar tropes that I actually enjoyed. Usually, I am not a fan of the MCs just knowing each other for a short while and then meeting again. But honestly, the way they hit it off at the start kept me engaged throughout the book.
As soon as I found out that all the bestfriends and the a-hole of an ex-husband was missing, I realized where this book was going to be heading. Honestly, the only thing that really bummed me about the book was the OW and OM drama as well as the miscommunication based fallout. If they weren't there, this book would have been a chef's kiss for me. I am glad that there was no third act breakup though and that the MCs actually communicated this time. And I also kind of wished that the whole arc with the FMC's marriage with twatface was not there!

It was almost two stories in one… and it absolutely sucked me in.
From a one-night-stand to forever, with quite a few twists and turns to get there… including a multi-year separation.
Mindy was awesome… She had a few meak(ish) moments, but once she (re)found her power, she was in full queen mode. The names, the attitude… I had a few moments where I got strange looks because I was laughing out loud…
Remy… where to start… Not overly smooth once they reconnected. In fact, he was a bit of an azz. But once he clued in, he was a dream. Loved him, but I saw the problem with his BFF coming a mile away… He was absolutely clueless, and hopeless..
Love the found family dynamic, and the way that the family interacts in this feel so real. You can feel the love, the rivalry and yep… the annoyance, too.
Another fantastic instalment for the Hales, and that sneak peek for the next? Yes please!

perfection, just absolute perfection!! A emotional rollercoaster that hooks you from the beginning and does not let go !! Oh my gosh guys !!! I really am so freaking in love and obsessed with this absolutely amazing series / world that has so flawlessly created !! And we’re only on book 3 ) what your getting In Hale Damage ⭐️Second Chance Romance ⭐️Billionaire ⭐️Workplace Romance ⭐️Grumpy/ CEO / Boss and all the feels . Finally we get Remi and Mindy’s story and oh how they shine . This was such a fun read guys , filled with off the charts chemistry, angst , humor and witty banter . All the moments that will pull on your heartstrings and keep you smiling, laughing, yelling, crying and cheering so freaking hard . These two had so many different layers and complexities to their relationship and I was so there for it all . I loved that they had a bit of history between them and then to watch their story unfold was so much fun .

This is packed full of spice, banter, great story line and who doesn't love a grumpy billionaire MMC i know i do. I adored Mindy and her personaility i love that she would give shit straight back to Remi the MMC. One of my favorite chapters was when Mindy and Remi were at the golf charity game and she blew their socks off with how she could play. I really enjoyed seeing Remi go through the emotions after he found out who his new assistant was i laughed so much. Even though he is grumpy at the start he also has a heart of gold the way he made sure Mindy was in a safer neighbor hood had me swooning. Mindy and Remi's chemistry was radiating off the pages. I can not wait for the next book to come out i love this series so much.

It’s entirely possible Remi is my favorite Hale brother but obviously I need to reread the first two books to be sure. Omg Mindy and Remi’s first night with each other was sooooo amazing. Remi is a F ¡ | t ħ ¥ type of dirty talker and I was all about it. Actually Mindy is kinda dirty too. The spice was freakin ELECTRIC. The fact that they spent so much time apart after that but never forgot about each other was extra swoony. When Mindy came to work at Hale Cosmetics and especially when Remi took over as CEO the banter was POPPING at all times. The sass and the tension was *chef’s kiss* I loved that Remi never tried to diminish Mindy’s self-worth or autonomy like some ex tw@tfaces who shall remain nameless, instead supporting her in all her endeavors. I absolutely loved all the cameos from the rest of the Hale family and this really was just the perfect book. And OMG epilogue 2?! I am READYYYYYY for Perri’s story
