Cupid & Psyche: A Mythos Tale

Rate this book
Psyche is beautiful beyond words, but finding love has proven difficult for her. While many suitors have been enraptured by her beauty, testing the authenticity of their feelings is impossible.

Her sisters find partners for social and political reasons, yet Psyche continues to search for something real. As time goes on, her hope begins to dwindle.

Cupid is crafty. As the son of Aphrodite, seducing women has always been easy for him. He never needed to authenticate their feelings for him, since he had never cared much. That all changes when he meets Psyche. With the help of Zephyr, the spirit of the wind, Aphrodite, Demeter, and a small cast of others, the two begin an unorthodox courtship.

Kingdoms fall and nations crumble. Seasons pass and nature fades. Everything ends in entropy; everything but love. What makes love the exception?

Hey guys, I'm Jonny Capps. I write about stuff that never happened but totally might someday, and other stuff that will probably never happen, but should. My first book, Mythos: The Time after Oblivion, is an expansion of Greek and Roman mythology, with the Olympians reemerging in the 21st Century. I would love for people to start referring to its sub-genre as Ambrosiapunk, but so far, I'm the only one who does.
