About the author

Kate grew up in Western Sydney, in Australia, and remains there today. She has always loved the written word, being influenced by the likes of Edgar Allan Poe, JR Ward and Anne Rice, she ventured into writing at a young age.

Finally taking the plunge in 2016 and publishing for the first time. Ever since, she’s been trying to bring the worlds she’s created in her head to the page for everyone else to enjoy as much as she does.

When she’s not writing, she’s looking after her bevvy of pets including snakes, lizards, axolotls, birds, a turtle and a dog with her husband Kyle.

Fabulous

Bring the tissues cause this one is going to rip your heart out and then stomp all over it. Knight and Beast are twins in the M, Knight and Lexi used to hook up and then she ghosted him, Beast finds her snooping around one day and one thing leads to another and they sleep together. She thinks she slept with Knight again because he never told her he has an identical twin. The brothers have shared women before but there’s something different this time because Knight wants her all to himself. Lexi has secrets, Beast and Knight are drifting apart, throw in Lexi’s sister and her troubles, the MC brothers and their old ladies, Animal trying to fix what he did and you have an amazing story. The love between Knight and Lexi is beautiful, the relationship between Knight and Beast is haunting, this one is going to give you all the feels ❤️🖤

Starting off STRONG with a juicy, sexy smut scene right from the get-go?! HOT. 🔥🥵 You certainly know how to get my attention!

And then you tell me there are TWINS?!
Yes. Please. 😏

I absolutely LOVED the dynamic between Knight and Beast. Knight is gentle, caring and has that softer side that makes you melt… while Beast absolutely lives up to his name. 🫠🔥 But underneath all that intensity, he’s protective as HELL when it comes to the people and things he cares about — and apparently, that’s exactly the kind of red flag I like waving in my face. 😂

And Lexi?! Being the sandwich between those two pieces of meat? LUCKY. GIRL. 🥪🥵😂

The highs and lows throughout this book had me completely hooked. One minute I’m stressed, the next I’m kicking my feet and giggling, and then suddenly I’m fanning myself because things have gotten VERY hot again. 😂🔥

I absolutely devoured this one. If you love MC romance, spice, possessive/protective men and a why-choose situation that will have you questioning why one man was ever enough… you NEED to read Knight.

I loved Knight and Lexi's story so much. Knight and Beast are identical twins and the share women to include Lexi. But Knight and Lexi have a bit of a past. They both caught feelings when being a casual hook up then she ghosted him amd he didn't follow up. Fast forward to today and there feelings have not changed but Beast is involved now. They both dont want to hurt him but they also dont want to be in a threesom.
This really is a story about siblings because not only is Knight trying to take care of Beast and not hurt him Lexi is being blackmailed by someone about her own sister. I truly felt like Knight and lexi needed to stop feeling guilty for loving eachother. Lexi sacrificed alot for her sister and actually steps back from Knight to make her comfortable. I was not happy about that. I had a hard time connecting with Lexi anyways and this was a big reason.
I felt like the twins kept having the same conversation about Beast needing to find himself without Knight it got a little tedious.
Overall I still loved this story and am Looking forward to Beast and Animals books for sure.

I’ve been so keen to see where she would take the twins since we were introduced, and she did not disappoint!
Having this as the last book in the Sydney chapter - ATE!

Lexi was definitely not expecting to run into her old buddy….or is he?

Kate did so well with this book! The way she managed to show us all the different angles of each relationship, and the effects each part has on each person!
I love how she handled the mfm being mf without destroying how we love each character! I live for this series and I cannot believe this is the end of this chapter!!
I am SO KEEN to see where the next chapter goes!

This is the 5th instalment in the Shackled Sons Sydney Chapter and it did not disappoint.
I actually think this is my favourite so far. The story of Hayden and Kayden and Lexi. The woman they both wanted but reality knew that only one of them could keep her. Hayden (Knight) & Lexi had history which will test their endurance.
The emotions depicted in this story had me balling my eyes out. My heart broke into pieces for Hayden (Beast) and what he ensured. A beast of a man with heart made of marshmallow. If he was real and I wasn't married, I'd love him forever.
Nothing makes a girl swoon more than a grown man that can show his true emotions. These twins both undid me!
Kate I cannot wait to see where and how the next Chapter goes. I'm trying really heard not to give away any spoilers.
This is a must read! Spicy, heated and full of angst!
And that cliff hangers in the bonus scene!!! Omg! You can't do that to me!!

Well… Knight absolutely delivered! 🔥

This book had everything I love in an MC romance — danger, drama, possessiveness, tension, complicated relationships and plenty of spice. Kate Bonham knows exactly how to keep you turning the pages, and Knight had me hooked from the first chapter. The chemistry between the characters was 🔥🔥🔥

Knight himself was definitely a character I couldn’t get enough of. Broody, protective, intense and just the right amount of trouble. 😏 The relationship dynamics kept me guessing, and I loved seeing everything unfold.

I also really enjoyed being back in the Shackled Sons MC: Sydney world. Each book adds another layer to the overall story, and I’m loving getting to know these characters and the world Kate has created. I'm still trying to work out how you choose your fav though!

If you love MC romance, possessive men, messy relationships, love triangles, angst and plenty of spice, definitely add Knight to your TBR!

So far, my favorite book of this series. Lexi and Knight were casual and she ghosted him when she felt it could be more. Then she runs into Beast, not knowing he is Knight's twin, and has a ONS. Things get tricker from there as they both want her. But Lexi realizes she just wants Knight and she has residual feelings from when they were a casual couple previously.

Their journey is rocky as best as they are both dealing with sibling situations that bleed into their relationship. The push/pull of their relationship and the sibling dynamics are at the core of this story. It is difficult at times but there is personal growth, of all of them, and they work to find their happy.

This was a very enjoyable and tear inducing story. I was glad how all the relationships were resolved and I look forward to the next book.

I was all over the place reading this one. Screaming. Laughing. Crying. Every single emotion possible.

Knight and Lexi have such a beautiful story. They fought for each other, healed together, and their ending was absolutely perfect.

But THAT CLIFFHANGER?!

That is not fair. Not even a little bit. You know what you did.

And Beast…
Kate, girl. OMG. Beast completely stole my heart. Every scene he was in had me obsessed, and now I desperately need his story. I have fallen headfirst for that man.

I also loved seeing everyone else woven into the story. Catching up with familiar faces made the world feel even richer, and every side character brought something special to the book. I loved how it all wrapped up in this amazing book!

Knight and Lexi, could have had the world at their finger tips when they met. However the fates seemed to have them going different directions. Knight's twin also had feeling for Lexi. The guys thought that it would be good to share her. But Lexi wasn't ready for that. That is when Knight realized what feelings were meant to do to his life.
My twin brother, Hayden, has always been my project. Knight was always there for him. It was time for the twins to realize that they could go their separate ways and still be the brothers that they needed for each other.
I loved this story. The way that the club rallied around Lexi and her sister was something to talk about. The plot and characters worked well together. Each character just added more to the story.

My heart!
This book was an absolute masterpiece you have twin brothers in an MC Love triangle! What isn’t to love. We find out how Beast got his name and what happened in the past my it differently got my emotions going!

I am happy that the twins didn’t hate each other as some may have initially thought that they might of. I loved the brotherly support.
The sibling protectiveness from both Lexi and Kaydens side of things, what happened with Lexi’s sister is horrible and I’m glad that the club saved her and she’s getting the help she needs.
I absolutely cannot recommend the book enough!!! It was amazing and I could not stop reading it.

Meet Kayden (aka Knight). He’s part of an MC and he’s a twin. His brother Kayden (aka Beast who we find out used to be named Rook!) is very important to him. As important as his club. When Knight meets Lexi he tells her he’s only looking for a good time. Then he feelings hit and she ghosted him. When Lexi walks back into his life things get serious really quickly. I love how bonded the MC brotherhood is and how much they look out for each other. I have been waiting for Knight to get his story and I was not disappointed!! I absolutely LOVED this book! 🔥🏍️

Yes, there’s MC, second-chance romance, and plenty of that tough-guy attitude—but the heart of this story is the twins. They survived a childhood that no kid should have to endure, and one life-changing event left its mark on both of them.

Watching these two fight their way through the past, find their strength, and finally discover what happiness looks like had me hooked.

Add in the MC attitude, loyalty, protectiveness, and just the right amount of trouble, and you’ve got a story that packs an emotional punch. ❤️🏍️

This was one hot steamy story full of emotions. Lexi encountered Beast, and they had a moment which led to more steam but plenty of indecision. Knight entered the dynamic, having had a relationship with Lexi in the past. There were emotions on all sides, guilt, hurt, desire, disappointment, jealousy, and I was wrapped up in all of them. I was happy for Knight and Lexi, and upset about Beast. I did love how this book ended, and look forward to more in this series as well as following Beast.

My heart broke for Knight and Beast, I was thrilled for Knight and Lexi but dang their journey was so heartfelt. I completely loved their story. There's lots of twists, turns and surprises in this one. Absolutely a great addition to this series and a definite must read. I do need Beast to have a fantastic story now please.

What a fabulous story, their lives brilliantly portrayed by Kate’s writing. I absolutely loved Knight and Alex’s story. Some chapters made me sad but it felt like an honest read. Love reading an MC book from Australia, I’ve lived in some of the towns the brothers do their runs to and it’s an extra connection to the book for me.
