This is the second book in the series, and it comes packed with best friend’s sister, close proximity, spicy content creator, stalking, and so much more.
This story follows Lexi and Colton. Colton has been pining for Lexi for the past fifteen years but never made a move because he believes he is not good enough for her. Lexi, on the other hand, has always had a crush on Colton but assumes the feelings are one-sided.
Unbeknownst to Lexi, Colton has been her number one supporter since she started creating spicy content. His love for her runs deep and unwavering. Colton loves Lexi wholeheartedly and shows it in every way he knows how, including his overprotective tendencies. He keeps track of her movements because, in his mind, keeping her safe is non-negotiable.
Lexi’s insecurities were written so beautifully. Her spicy content persona exists because she wanted something that belonged solely to her, something not tied to the mafia world she grew up around, and that depth made her character feel very real.
I also loved the side characters and how they supported both the plot and the main couple without overshadowing them.
This is a 4.5-star read, and I definitely recommend it. 💕

wasn’t sure what to expect with a dark mafia romcom but this made me so happy!!! The entire premise of the series is perfection and so unique plus I couldn’t stop laughing and tearing up a bit throughout the book. Colton is a vibe and Lexi is a total badass!

Seriously loving The Mafia Matchmaker series. I really enjoyed Cruz & Riley’s story, and was even more excited for Colten & Lexi! But let’s be honest, if Montana Fyre writes it I am going to absolutely devour it.
Gotta love a stalker romance, there’s just something forbidden in this trope that I eat up. Colten has been quietly, obsessively in love with Lexi for years and unbeknownst to him, she has been loving him right back without ever believing she could have him. This book is filled with a delicious ache between the two.
Colten is that MMC, the brother’s best friend, the silent protector, the man who would burn the world down before he’d let anything touch her. He’s been tracking Lexi’s every move, watching her cam shows as her top subscriber and calling her Wildcat like it’s a name carved into his bones. And the wildest part is… it never feels like too much. It feels inevitable. Like he’s been loving her in the only way he thought he was allowed to for so long. There’s a moment where he says “I’ve loved you longer than I’ve known how to say your name.” That line hit me like a punch to the ribs because it just shows how far gone he is for her.
Lexi, meanwhile, has been convinced he barely sees her; that she’s too messy, too complicated, too her for someone like him. What really sold me, though, was Colten opening up to Lexi about his past. Lexi is the typical mafia princess who is trying to make her life her own. She decided to rebel by becoming a Cam Girl; she does this in secret and is unaware of her brother. Lexi is sassy and keeps Colton on his toes. Lexi has secretly been in love with Colton for years.
Colton is the mafia boss's right-hand man and his best friend. For years, he's had a crush on Lexi but has never dared confess his feelings, unworthy of her. He's always watched over her and looked after her from afar (Stalking her in a way).
The dynamic between Lexi and Colton is skillfully portrayed. If you appreciate intense devotion, protective heroes, and romances that deeply resonate, this is a highly recommended read. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The playful banter between the characters adds humour, while the overall tone conveys a heartfelt sense of love.
Seriously, if you love mafia romance and Rom-Coms, you will love this one. I wish the book had gotten a little more into the "Match Maker" part of it, especially around the issue that happens rather than the quick results at the end.
So thankful to receive this book as an arc for this book… I am very grateful to Smuthood and Montana Fyre for allowing me to read this amazing book.

Trying to decide whether I like this more than book 1 but, really, who cares!! Both so much fun it is totally a toss up!! That being said, with the teaser for book 3, I'm not sure how I'll make it until that books comes out. I KNOW I'm going to love it!
This book follows our FMC, Lexi, who is the sister to Cruz deLuca, Mafia boss man from book 1. Who is now living with her brother and his wife (from book 1) and their crazy cat!! Lexi is luckily living her own life (thanks to her secret life making spicy online content) and not feeling the pressure of a mafia marriage. But, being lonely, she decides to use the Mafia Matchmaker app to find a match.
Her brother's best friend/Lexi's childhood friend, Colten, isn't happy with the matchmaking plan. Although he has loved Lexi for years (unaware of her mutual obsession with him) he doesn't think he is good enough for her. But, when she is threatened by someone, well, he's not willing to lose her!
Loved how obsessed with her he is and their mutual obliviousness (is that a word?) to the others obsession!! I also loved that Colten, after never having the support and love of his family, has the complete support from Lexi's family, showing him how worthy he truly is.
Such a perfect combination of humor, suspense and spicy romance!! Again, I can't wait for book 3 and I just know it is going to be perfection as well... I'm actually calling it now, I think it is going to be my favorite!! My first fully book of the new year and my first ARC as well. Perfect way to get me out of my December book slump and start the year off with a BANG!!

I really enjoyed The One Night Match, and loved Lexi's character, so I was thrilled to be selected as an ARC reader for The Stalker Match.
Similar to the first book, this is a dark mafia rom-com with a golden retriever MMC, Colten; but unlike Cruz, Colten is obssessed with our FMC Lexi (who is also Cruz's sister) from page one. Although, Colten is technically a stalker, he is an absolute golden retriever towards Lexi. He does not really give red flag vibes, but more comical stalker vibes.
The plot was simple, not overly complex but flowed nicely. I felt the romance between Colten and Lexi was nicely done. Their relationship did not feel rushed or far fetched. I thought the tension was perfect for a standalone, also the spicy moments were spicy (you will be blushing), but perfectly balanced with the plot.
I felt the climax was anticlimactic and a bit rushed. There was such a build-up up to what should have been a plot twist, but when it got to that moment it fell flat for me. I just wanted more from the ending, but I also thought the ending was a great setup for the next book. Now with that said, yes I will definitely read the next book, I am totally invested in these characters, and the mafia vibes.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book despite my minor complaint about the ending. Also, this book isn't super dark and is a perfect read for those who want an intro into Dark romance, I recommend reading The One Night Match first to ensure you get the full storyline and background to the characters.

Mafia ROM—COM?? That’s what made me read this series… Really? After reading about any genre in the mafia world, I never thought I would see this one coming. Nothing in the mafia genre would make this believable and I was so wrong. Happening a lot in this past few months 😂
The worst? ITS FREAKING GENIUS!!! I love it when I get surprised!!! So here we go!!!
Colten Pierce is a bastard. Everyone keeps reminding him. He is nothing, he is a nuisance that no one cares about. But he is in love with Lexi De Luca. Since forever. He makes sure she’s always protected and safe. Borderline stalker… ok he is one!!! But she’s his best friend sister and she’s too good for him. What he didn’t know is Lexi feels the same as him. She compares him to every single men she meets and they are not even close. But she’s tired of waiting for him to reveal himself to her, So she decided to try the Mafia Matchmaker’s algorithm. And surprisingly, she’s a perfect match to Colten? Or is she really?
Second books in the Mafia matchmaker series. And yes i binged the two books in 24 hours. I’m still in shock that Montana Fyre went this genre Rom-Com in mafia. And I LOVE IT!!! It’s funny, sarcastic, but so much more. We still have the mafia vibes, the overprotective men, the will burn the world down for her, touch her and all hell’s break loose!!! To say I loved this book would be an understatement. I devoured it yet I wasn’t reading fast enough to know what was going to happen next! I just needed to know what was going to happen, who the bad people were, what sweet thing Colten was going to do next, what Lexi was going to find out. It kept me on my toes and kept me guessing. Colten was just the best MMC ever. I didn’t think anyone could top Cruz but he did. He st@lked Lexi for years but didn’t think he was good enough for her. He protected her, he got her a cat to help her, he cooked for her, he knew everything she was thinking and feeling sometimes before she did, and he freaking saved himself for her! Plus he was filthy and dominant and kinky. He even made sure to make sure they matched. Seriously, this man is perfection even with his million red flags. Or maybe it’s because of the red flags? He is the sweetest, most possessive st@lker to ever exist. I can go on and on about him and it would never be enough. Lexi got herself a god. She was pretty awesome herself. She was sassy, sexy, she didn’t let her m@fia name stop her from doing what she loved, and she stood up for herself, fought for herself and saved herself. She’s one strong woman who nobody should dare mess with. There was an incredible plot. The secrets revealed, the twists and turns, the suspense - all of it was amazing. I loved the banter between Colten and Lexi but also between their family and friends. There was also a lot of humor and a ton of spice. The ending that set up the next book has me on the edge and I need the next book asap!!!!!

Solid 4 star read! I did not read the first book in the series, but I was able to read this without feeling like I missed any major plot points, so I would say it can be read as a standalone although I will definitely go back now and read book 1 because the plot and characters in this book are great, so I’m sure book 1 is great too.
I loved our main characters Colten and Lexi, and the idea of a Mafia matchmaking business is such a fresh and new idea and I loved it. I also very much loved Colten and how obsessed and over the top stalkerish he was with Lexi. Not sure I’ve met a character like him before, I mean he is truly Obsessed with Lexi, but like in the best way possible. And it’s so sweet really, the things he does and why he does it that I never had any negative feelings for him, green flags only for him.
This is called a dark mafia rom com, but if this is dark mafia, I would say it’s on the lighter side of dark ( but always read those triggers and warnings for yourself) and was easy reading and I laughed quite a bit from some of the banter and there were some real gold nuggets that I highlighted towards the end. All I will say is Simp club lol.
( Oh and can’t forget standout performances from Pancake and Mr. Whiskers… they both stole the show IMO lol).

I loved our main characters Colten and Lexi, and the idea of a Mafia matchmaking business is such a fresh and new idea and I loved it. I also very much loved Colten and how obsessed and over the top stalkerish he was with Lexi. Not sure I’ve met a character like him before, I mean he is truly Obsessed with Lexi, but like in the best way possible. And it’s so sweet really, the things he does and why he does it that I never had any negative feelings for him, green flags only for him.

Did you get super invested in Riley’s amazing sister-in-law from One Night Match? Don’t worry—this is her book, and Lexi is an absolute 10 out of 10.
Lexi is a cam girl, completely unapologetic, and honestly thriving. Colton, meanwhile, has been in love with Lexi for basically his entire life. If you read Cruz’s book, you already know he approves of Colton with his sister he just wants him to know it’s ok. And yes—those hints were accurate.
Is Colton unhinged?

This is the second book in the Mafia Matchmaker. I’m enjoying this series and these mafia light books. In this book we have Colten and Lexi who have known each other for years, since Colten is her brother’s best friend and right hand man. Unlike most brother’s best friend books Cruz wants his best friend and sister to be together in fact he encourages it. Now Colten is a stalker. He’s has been stalking Lexi since she was a teenager. In fact he is so obsessed with her that his apartment is almost like a shrine to her, since he owns her shower gel, her perfume, the painting in his living room is by her favorite artist. Now although these are in love with each other the other is oblivious. So she thinks he can never be hers and I think he starts to wake up to losing her when she sign up with the mafia matchmaker and goes on her first date. Now along with all this Lexi is a cam girl and of course Colten is her biggest supporter and these two have developed a friendship outside of the camera. So when Lexi finds out that Colten had invaded all parts of her life. Yikes. This is such a great story. These two are so meant for each other. I love stories where they know who their person is and they get them.

Colton has been obsessed with Lexi since before he can remember but he never thought he was good enough for her. Lexi has been in love with Colton for just as long but has decided it’s time to move on….until Lexi’s life is threatened and Colton decides she’s better off with him and his protection than with someone who will not love her and protect her as fiercely as he does.
Loved Colton. He was absolutely the obsessed stalker but I honestly ate that shit up. Lexi was also a fun character although she did get mad at Colton a lot even though I feel like she should have been all over how he was behaving as proof that he has loved her all along.
I will say that there are a couple of things that made this a lower rating. Firstly, I found myself kind of bored in the middle and the book was easy to put down and leave. Secondly, I really thought that more could have been done with the cam girl stuff. There was so much potential for super sexy interactions between the characters but it only happened once and then it was basically forgotten.
I want to continue with this series for sure but I think I would have to be in a particular mood to reread this one.

This dark rom-com had me giggling and kicking my feet like a loon. It was so fun and easy to read. He's been stalking his best friend's little sister the naughty mafia princess for the longest time, now they are matched by the mafia matchmaker and he's never letting her go. I ate it up! Absolutely delicious.

This book starts off as a slow burn. Colt our MMC has a serious stalker crush on his best friends little sister, what he doest know is that for the same amount of time shes had a massive crush on him too. Lexi a Mafia Princess doesn't want to go the traditional route of arranged marriages like most of the families do, so what does she do? Lexi follows in her brothers footsteps and signs up for a match making service for mafia families and while the first date was a bust romantically she gained a new friend. Colt wasn't happy about her date bc in his mind she's always been his so he hacks the system to match them together.
All of a sudden Lexi has a new stalker that breaks into her home and tries to kidnap her but Colt arrives just in time to be the hero.
Lexi's brother is happy the will they won't they is finally over and they're living together but can the happiness last with the constant threats and kidnappings? Will Colt and Lex get to reveal exactly how they feel?

I am absolutely eating this dark mafia romcom up!!!
Book 1 was so fun and book 2 did not disappoint!
The level of stalking Colten does for Lexi (his only one) is a little unhinged but also... can we say endearing with heart eye emojis? HAHAHA
The Stalker Match reeled me in super fast and I felt like it was a super quick read, keeping me engaged the entire time.
Colten and Lexi has amazing chemistry and the banter is so good! I loved being wrapped up in their world. The lengths that man will go to for his girl. Squeal!
Also, completely appreciated that Cruz (Lexi's older brother) was on board with Colten getting with his baby sister! So different to see this side of a mafia don!

This is the second book in the Mafia Matchmaker series by Montana Fyre & it’s absolutely incredible just like the first one. This book has everything you could ask for. It’s adorable and hilarious. Colten and Lexi are perfect for each other and I loved their connection. Colten has been obsessed with Lexi since they were younger and while he is a stalker he’s definitely a golden retriever and only cares about her safety (which leads to him being able to save her in the end). Montana Fyre has done an absolute fantastic job on this series so far and I can’t wait for book 3 to come out! I will definitely be recommending this to everyone!!

My first introduction to Montana Fyre writing and I wasn’t disappointed. I devoured this book. Lexi and Colton has been in love for decades. Neither one was brave enough to act on it. Lexi is the bosses little sister. Colten is so obsessed with her that he rigs the mafia matchmaking system. After an attempt on her safety Colten can no longer stay away. He will do whatever to keep her safe. The chemistry is everything you would hope it to be. The devotion Colten has for lexi is out of this world. Colten will do whatever he needs to keep Lexi in his life no matter the cost. The plot was so good it kept me on my toes. I was honored to get to be an arc reader for this book.

The energy was intense, messy, and very I should probably stop reading at midnight but absolutely will not. I loved the tension throughout and how everything felt layered instead of simple nothing felt easy, and I liked that.
The relationship dynamics were the real standout for me. There’s that constant push-pull feeling where you know things are going to get complicated, and honestly? That’s what made it fun.

I loved this book! This is a first reading a mafia romcom! It was so cute. What’s not to love? A matchmaking service for mafia families only. A cam girl who’s actually a mafia princess and also in love with her brother’s best friend. A A stalker underboss obsessed with his best friend’s sister. Love. Stalking. Kidnapping. Extra cute kitties.
This book is a fun ride. Definitely different than other Montana Fyre books but absolutely ready for more of this series!

This was a fun one. Book two in The Mafia Matchmaker series. Lovers of mafia romance will get a kick out of this one. Book 1 was great and book 2 was even better. Ending on a tease of book 3! Montana hits it outa the park every time. This is a true rom-com with dark moments it’s a very interesting mix and Montana is able to make it work seamlessly. I would absolutely recommend reading book 1 as you meet the characters in that book. Who doesn’t love a cam girl and virgin MMC story. Colten and Lexi have known each other for years and the mutual pining is off the charts. This is a don’t sleep on it series. Definitely give it a read.
