A small group of survivors makes radio contact with the refuge requesting help escaping Newport, Arkansas. Herb leads a team of men on a rescue mission, but it’s complicated when they meet other people who need their assistance. Compounding matters is a woman who was brought into the refuge by the team before they left. She wants to run the camp herself, and she knows just how to make that happen.
