This was an easy read. I liked each of the characters. Some of the writing was a little off etc “he’s been extra acting kind of weird. ” Some of the men need to have better vocabulary etc Emmett said “I’m totally excited about it.”  I don’t know about you, but 40-year-old men that say totally is a big ICK. At some point, the lead female overhears two of the male leads talk about her. She seemed upset but the next morning
, she’s totally OK with having a relationship with all them. Her feelings had a quick turnaround, but it wasn’t talked about in the book. Overall, it was still a nice read. I wouldn’t read it if you’re really wanting a juicy plot.

Daddy’s best friends broke his daughter’s back! Bossy Dad’s Best Friends is not the reverse harem read that you may be expecting. Roxy Monroe has created an age-gap why-choose romance that is a heartwarming story with humor, encouragement, and of course, spice. ✅Encouraging because the support these men give Georgia is so motivational for me to get off the couch and do more.

Georgia’s life is not where she wants it to be at 25. I mean working retail, gross. With a culinary degree, her dream is to open a cafe where she’ll offer homemade sweets and the best coffees.

Well Brody, her father’s best friend, propositions her with a deal of a lifetime on her birthday and Georgia has no other option but to accept ($200k 🤑 for the entire trip with half up front, hell yeah!).

This is where the salaciousness starts on Brody’s yacht, Serendipity, where Georgia meets her father's two other best friends, Emmett and Miles. While working as a chef on their journey, Georgia melts all of their hearts. I love that she makes these older men feel better about themselves as they all give into their carnal desires.

Monroe does a great job at diving deep into the characters’ self-reflection by unraveling decades of disappointments, mistakes, and deep emotional cuts because being with Georgia brings out the best parts of them. I also love that Georgia wants to make these moves on her own but allows the guys to help her; she has a fire under now that she has a safety net. I don’t like that there are moments of lack of continuity.

All in all, I love the dynamics that these characters bring to the story like Miles is matter of fact, Brody is brooding, while Emmett brings comic relief with charm.

⚠️ Content warning is that there is a very big age gap. If that is triggering to you then move on. If you like your FMC to have more mature responses and thoughts, then I wouldn’t advise reading this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐: This is a very basic reverse harem, but the plot was consistent, the setting was a fresh take, and the romance progressed. 🔴 Errors, but this was an advanced reader copy so the errors may have been fixed prior to publication.

🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️: A lot of open door smex scenes and not a slow burn. The scenes were a great length with intimacy.

I am a big fan of Roxy Monroe's writing. I always enjoy reading her books and this one was no different.

Stuck in a go nowhere job, living paycheck to paycheck, Georgia is just living. When her roommate throws her a surprise party for her birthday, the biggest surprise is who shows up, her dad's best friend Brody, the same man she has been crushing on since she was a teen. When he offers her an incredible amount of money to be the chef on his yacht for a month she isn't sure at first, but she accepts it because it could be life changing for her. She just doesn't know yet how life changing it will actually be.

Miles and Emmett are friends of Brody, and the only other people on the yacht. They also know Georgia's father. All three men take notice of the young chef, and that's when things get interesting. When they run into her father, unexpectedly, things become tense and confrontational. Life takes many turns after that. Georgia and the three men experience personal growth and grow emotionally together.

I enjoyed the way the story played out, and the varying points of view as the chapters unfolded. The two epilogues at the end wrapped the story up nicely. A great spicy romance!.

Bossy Dad's Best Friends by Roxy Monroe is a great why choose romance that had me hooked from the outset.
The plot and storyline was entertaining and was backed up with great characters through individual POVs, each with distinctive personalities that developed along with their emotional connections to the FMC Georgia. This and the emotional rollercoaster each character rode as their awareness of the dynamic and group relationship developed was completely engaging. Georgia's own personal journey of self discovery and determination was satisfying.
There were some emotional and heart warming moments and the spice, chemistry and steamy scenes between Georgia and Brody, Miles, and Emmett, all added to the need to keep turning the pages to see how things would turn out for their HEA.

Georgia reconnects with Brody, her dad's best friend, after several years of no contact and agrees to be a chef on his yacht. There she meets Miles and Emmett, two more of her dad's friends.

The heart wants what the heart wants and despite the age gap and forbidden elements they all agree to enter a poly relationship focused on Georgia. There are MF scenes and group scenes with DP but no ⚔️.

There is some drama and verbal abuse from her dad but she eventually stands up to him and the guys are there to love and support her through it.

I liked how they actually communicated and talked things through like adults to come up with solutions (with a couple exceptions where emotions initially got the better of them, but they eventually talked those out too).

Overall, this was a wonderful read by a great author! I truly enjoyed Georgia and her guys!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Lily invites everyone on Georgia's contact to a surprise birthday party. Little does she know Brody her dad's best friend was also invited and shows up. He invites her to be the chef on his yacht for 200k. She has no idea that it will only be three of her dad's bestfriends while she plays chef.

She has always felt as if her life was chose for her and everyone leaves. You can just imagine how well it goes when her dad finds out. Georgia has finally found a place she can feel at home and loved for who she is. Brody, Emmett and Miles will fight to the ends of earth to make her happy.

If you love a reverse harem or why choose this one is a good one to read.

Finding Love and Happiness a Different Way -
I wish I could find the words to properly describe how much I loved reading this spellbinding off limits, age gap, forbidden romance story with lots of drama and panty melting steamy encounters, that will leave you green with envy. I found myself unable to take a break from the moment I started reading until I reached the end. If you are looking for your next sizzling romance story to keep you entertained for a few hours, then look no further than this fantastic book.

But complications can also be fun, and as Georgia, Brody, Emmet and Miles explore their options, some additional complications arise. But instead of allowing their lives to implode, they decide to grab the bull by the horns, and make their OWN happiness in their lives.

This is a fun, spicy read with a decent plot line.

Bossy Dad’s Best Friends by Roxy Monroe was a really enjoyable read and one I ended up devouring. I didn’t love all three men at the beginning, but I quickly warmed to them, and it was great watching their relationships and personalities develop.

The chemistry is strong, the spice is plentiful, and there’s a nice balance of heat, emotion, and tension throughout. It kept me hooked and turning pages faster than I expected.

If you enjoy spicy romance with compelling dynamics, great chemistry, and characters who grow on you, this one is well worth picking up.

I’ll definitely be reading more from this author. 📚💖

In this story Georgia sees Brody (her dad's best friend) again at a birthday party and he offers her a job as chef on his yacht. She takes it because it's a ton of money. Once on the boat she meets Miles and Emmett who are also friends of her dad. Georgia has an unexplainable attraction to all of the men and they each have one to her. Discussions are had and they all decide to enter into a poly relationship centered around Georgia. They all act like adults and talk through things except for Georgia's father, who is a jerk. The guys support Georgia when she stands up to her father and they all build a life together.

I liked the start of the book with them figuring out their relationship. But towards the end I didn't like Georgia because she kept saying things like she was an adult and could decide for herself but she couldn't even stand up to her father. To top it off Georgia got mad when real life situations were introduced. Throwing a tantrum instead of talking things out. The guys giving in, even with them explaining why they considered leaving felt like a cop out instead of being meaningful. But Georgia did make me proud in the end going and facing her father. In the end I surprisingly ended up liking Georgia's dad as he showed growth.

I love this book! This story reminds me of my childhood. I remember my childhood crush on some of my dad’s friends…those were the days!! Anyhoo, the story was so good, the FMC is beautiful and the MMCs are smexy silver foxes! You need to read this story!!

It starts them along one intriguing journey that turns into a quadruple with loads of sizzling drama and a lot of guilt because of whom Brody, Emmet and Miles is to her father. Will friendships be lost in the process as their relationship transform into one that could lead them to happiness.

Georgina was doing a job she hated and up to her eyes in debt, getting harassed by the credit company, her friend decided to through her a surprise birthday party , 3 days late but it was a , Georgia hated surprises but it was a start of a new beginning, an unexpected beginning. raw and real

This might be a reverse harem smut read but it’s the first one I’ve read that’s so raw and real. Real emotion with realistic outcomes in a sort of way , lord knows if 3 silver fox daddies were fawning over me I’d lean into it too. Georgie takes what she wants even though it hurts, she owns it. First read from Roxy but I enjoyed it and finished in one sitting.

Georgia is lucky to have found such delightful men. Despite the fact that Brody has second, third thoughts about the age gap and the fact that her father is his best friend his attraction to her is high. All three of the men are delightful characters who make the whole book a delight to read. I read it in one session, I could not put it down.

Very interesting story but...

Loved the storyline and the characters, specially Emmett. What I don't like is that, as any other reverse harem story, it always ends with the female getting pregnant. Ugh!
As a child-free woman, I would like to see a story with that ending.

Aside from all the grammatical errors there were throughout the book, this was a really fun read. I am not usually into the big age gap romance books, but this one had the perfect amount of spice and humor in it that it was entertaining the whole time.
