Recommended to my Facebook friends
I have been struggling with national and world news. My life is spanning almost three or more generations of family history and experiences. It is not the "simple" world of childhood. The constant repetition of clouds and Clare in this book almost degraded my rating. The loss of continuity between books one and two is disturbing. The use of Caspar and the constant touching of the picture shows what psychology calls perseveration. Unfortunately this technique is not well done, it is over done. Basically it is adding words like a freshman needs to get to a thousand word essay. However, certain words stood out today like a news headline. In Hebrew צדק צדק תרדוף "Justice Justice shall you pursue" from Deuteronomy 16 rang clearly. The repetition of the word in Hebrew shows emphasis rather than freshman padding word count. The Jewish ideal of atonement also came through strongly enough that for the first time in 16 years I posted a reading recommendation on 2 separate disparate Facebook groups to which I belong.

This would have to be the most disappointing book I've read from LMBPN Publishing.
Book 2 had a slight fracturing of continuity but, the continuity went out the door with this book.
From different characters having their gender or if an android, change from either, chapter to chapter, paragraph to paragraph, or in one instance, in the same sentence. it seem that the two authors didn't communicate much while writing this, with consecutive chapters repeating a part of the story, from the perspective of a the same character but with different details, along with page after page constantly repeating the same information, seemingly to just fill the page count. The first part was particularly hard going with repetition being the main source of filling each page.
With not much editing, this three book series could quite easily be reduced to two books.

good sifi
I read all 3 books in this series so far but I did struggle with this one there are a lot of chapters in the middle of the book that seem to repeat the same information in slightly different ways- something like a time loop serial times there is a countdown to the same event. Also in the same chapters the phrase are repeated often. Basically a good edit could shorten this book by about 100 pages and make it better. If you can overlook the reparations the story is very interesting and points to more to come

Done!
I briefed through the first book, the second book started slowing me down, and I had to force myself to finish the third book. It seemed to me that this should’ve been a two book series, with some serious editing. The incomplete sentences, the lack of articles, and the gross over repetition, made the last part of this series very difficult for me to read; to hold my attention. I think if there had been two books, I would’ve given it five stars.

Some interesting ideas but the author will write a chapter and then the next chapter is the SAME. Not word for word but close. Just repeats the story! And that isn't even the worst. The author simply ignores reality to help the plot along. The timelines are made up to create tension. And the ending is laughable. Once they kill the 7 bad guys everyone else is magically a good guy.

First two books good third meh
Too much repetitive dialog. Too many unaddressed issues. Like what happened to the POWs and why weren’t there more defections and more added to crew. Also the break in the timeline in the middle of story was very disjointing. Also a better explanation of why fuel was so limited.

kinda boring
There were several times that I felt I was reading the same thing over and over. I know what author was trying to do with the plot line but it really belabored the story. Glad I didn’t buy any of the books. Not gonna reread this story

Totally enjoyed it! This is a well written and has well developed characters. The story is catching and with the strong characters makes for a very enjoyable read. Great Reading Everyone!

Very chaotic and hard to follow jumping around from subject to subject made it to hard to enjoy for me and was disappointing as I did enjoy books 1 and 2
