This was by far the worst book I have ever wasted my time on.
As a huge fan of Chris Carter's Robert Hunter series and his fantastic recent release Hide & Seek, I find it hard to believe he actually wrote this.
Hidden Darkness Nightclub is appallingly written. The plot, characters, and overall prose felt amateurish in the extreme.
To make matters worse, the Kindle version suffered from severe formatting glitches—around the 60% mark, large chunks of text began repeating endlessly alongside very strange layout issues.
For anyone familiar with Chris Carter's usual high standard of storytelling, this falls painfully short. Avoid this book and save your time and money.
