This was the cutest! Absolutely love the way Tessa writes paranormal. I easily get lost in her world each time. This was a lighter story, but still intriguing. Messy Jay & his Zuri 💕.

Amazing Read!!!
I never expect anything less from one of my Favorite Authors Tessa Stone. She ALWAYS hits the nail on the head and blow it out the water EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Absolutely loved how they both didn’t want to have the other change who they are to be loved by one another. They loved each other right where they were. They enhanced each other’s skill and their family and town Shadow Wolf Creek supported and loved them as well. Now can’t wait to read Book 2. Yessss I know Book 3 came out before Book 2. I was trying to wait and just couldn’t wait to read my favorite authors book🤷🏾♀️

This was a pleasant read. I really liked Jay’s loyalty and possession over his mate Zuri, also how attentive his brothers were to their own mates and Zuri.
I think I would’ve enjoyed this book more if I could’ve felt the love between Jay and Zuri. It kinda seemed one sided in a sense because obviously Zuri wasn’t sure about Jay’s intentions at the start but I think when she came around to accepting and loving him the book was wrapping up, and ngl I had enough.
Yes, there were cute moments and slight humour, but it would’ve been nice to see her more confident and accepting.

Messy Jay X Messy Zuri 🗣️
Listen these two belonged together. Like literally the same investigation at the same time. I enjoyed reading more about Jay. His POV was perfect. Understanding him better, because in Soren book I honestly thought he was gay man for how messy he was. But men do gossip. So I digress. Zuri, my little nervous wreck did well in the investigation she had the most heart. And I loved that for her. And the sisterhood that surrounded her was perfect. I loved it… I’m mad I have to find out next year what happens to Delilah 😅

This was a great read. I love that messy jay got his mate and he solved the case with the help of his mate. This is also the first paranormal read where the human mate bites first that was,A nice change and plot twist.I can't wait to see who Renee mate is I'm dying to see what he is.Also Andy got him s mate to.

So good!
I loved Jay! Zuri was perfect for him. I loved how he owned his.mistakes and apologized for them. In spite of him being messy, he looked out for his town and they stood behind him when trouble came. I really enjoyed this book!!
