Another solid issue. Harley & Ivy: Life & Crimes #3 continues to lean into what this series does best — character, chemistry, and heart. It’s lighter on big plot movement, but the relationship beats land, and the art carries the emotional weight well. If you’re here for Harley and Ivy, this delivers.

This continues to be great! The duo deal with the Joker is splendid fashion and then connect. I wanted more of this. They should have taken two more pages and gotten rid of the ridiculous DC/AEW preview. Henderson's facial expressions are fantastic. They capture the emotion and choas so perfectly.

The most disappointing point of this series continues to be how quick it goes by, that was fantastic and hilarious and sweet and I love this duo so much. This issue picks up where we left off, with Harley and Ivy heading back to Ace chemicals to take joker on once and for all to get him off their backs. Unfortunately they arrive to find a trail of bodies as Ace chemicals has a lot more guards than anyone would expect…enough to make a large heart out of corpses in order to impress Harley. For a second it seems like Harley is drawn in by the “grand gesture” before Ivy can pull her back in…just in time for skin strapped to his face joker to step out of the shadows and…apologize. For the first time ever he says he is sorry, and for a moment this seems like it was enough for Harley to fall right back into his arms, all while Ivy is protesting and trying to point out all of the abuse he has inflicted over the years. But as Harley runs back to the joker and leaps into his arms he doesn’t think for a second that she could be faking and just getting close to plant one of Ivy’s seed bombs on him!! Suddenly he is thrust back as Harley jumps back into Ivy’s arms in time for her to launch them out of ACE and safely on the ground under the moonlight. This is quite an emotionally intense moment and the two share a kiss which quickly escalates into them having sex right then and there…forgetting that this is not a black label book, forcing editorial to come in and blank out the pages and deliver an apology to the readers, LMAO. Love this bit so much. We find them relaxing under the moonlight 27 minutes later, as they joke about how well their performances were…only for a police searchlight to shine down on them, the one big thing they forgot about…they are still wanted and it’s time to run!

I love the depiction of Joker in this actually, and I love Harley and Ivy’s acting skills! I love how it was written to where when we were tricked… and the end was obviously really goated. I’m so excited for more.

5 stars. This felt so short but I loved it. I was a bit nervous that Harley was actually buying that bullshit that Joker was selling. Nice swerve. And that kiss? BYE! I’m dead! This series is everything that I have ever wanted for these two. I love it so much.

OMGosh, this issue knocked it out of the ball park again. Some crime, some romance, an ex shows up to ruin everything and a twist you don't see coming. Loved it.
