I'm not crying you're crying...

whilst Kash isn't my fave lord (Tyson and Haidyn are still end game) this one tugged my heartstrings. I was not prepared for the twists and turns, I was not prepared for the violence in this one, might even be worse than Ellington in Sinner.

However towards the end of the book where Kash is in his depths of grief over Eve I really felt for him, as a widow, this section crippled me. I was in tears, I was gripped, I was desperate for a answer! I love the fact that each book ends with a epilogue years later so I got to see the end of Kash and Eve's story. But the plot twist leaves it open for another story.

The CONSENSUAL spice was top tier. I loved this one, as much as it destroyed me.

Absolutely LOVED this!! WHAT A ROLLERCOASTER! Very much check your triggers, this is a dark Romance with secret society and all the seedy things that go along with that. This book has fantastic banter and a possessive MMC that might be my new favorite Lord! Must read, you’ll laugh, fall in love, rage hate a few people, and maybe wish for permanent dirt naps! No woman should ever be made to feel useless.
