Scandal on Billionaires' Row

Rate this book
A decade of hate. And a past that refuses to stay buried.

After landing the biggest listings of my real estate career, a destination wedding on a private tropical island sounds like the perfect reward. I need sun, champagne, and a few peaceful days away from Manhattan. Maybe even a harmless fling with a bartender.

For once, life is exactly where I want it.

That is until I catch sight of Logan Hendrix in the distance.

Logan and I have spent the last ten years perfecting the art of hating each other. Which is why discovering he’s also attending this destination wedding is the last thing I expected.

But when a hurricane strands the wedding party and guests on the private island, avoiding him becomes impossible. And after a decade of hate, being trapped in paradise with Logan is the last place I ever wanted to be. Especially when the past we’ve spent years ignoring refuses to stay buried.

Because whatever happened between us that night all those years ago…isn’t the whole story. And if the truth finally comes out, it won’t just change everything between us.

It could destroy far more than either of us is prepared to lose.

Scandal on Billionaires’ Row is a steamy enemies-to-lovers, second-chance romance featuring forced proximity, hate-fueled chemistry, found-family themes, and plenty of emotional angst and spice.

Erin Darlene are two best friends, Erin and Dana Darlene, who joined creative forces to write contemporary romance novels. They are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area but are originally from Pensacola, Florida.

When they're not working on books, their weekends are spent teaming up with each other and playing an exciting game of Spades against their husbands (sounds lame, but they know how to have fun!). The girls typically win. :)

I absolutely love Erin Darlene and her books, and this one just reminded me why she’s one of my go-to authors. She has such a way of writing characters and relationships that immediately pull you in, and Logan and Francesca? They are hands-down one of the best enemies-to-lovers couples I’ve read.

Their chemistry is there right from the start—immediate tension, sharp banter, and that underlying pull that neither of them can ignore. It’s spicy, it’s charged, and it makes every interaction between them feel electric. You can tell from the very beginning that there’s more beneath the surface, and that just makes their dynamic even more addictive.

But what really got me was their history. I was not expecting it to hit the way it did, and when everything started coming together? It landed perfectly. It added so much depth to their relationship and made all that tension feel even more meaningful. It wasn’t just enemies for the sake of it—there was real emotion, real past, and real reasons behind everything.

Logan is honestly top-tier boyfriend material. He has that confidence and edge, but there’s also something deeper there that makes you fall for him even more as the story goes on. And Francesca? She is the perfect FMC. I loved her sass, her attitude, and the way she refuses to back down. She gives just as good as she gets, and that balance between her and Logan is what makes them so fun to read.

Their personalities match each other perfectly—his intensity and her fire, his confidence and her bite. Together, they create this dynamic that’s full of tension, humor, and undeniable chemistry.

Erin Darlene really delivered with this one. It had everything I love—strong characters, emotional depth, and an enemies-to-lovers romance that truly hits all the right notes.

Scandal on Billionaires’ Row delivers a deeply satisfying enemies-to-lovers romance that feels both emotionally rich and refreshingly real. What stood out most to me was how organically the relationship evolved. The tension between the two main characters was compelling from the start, but it was the slow, careful unraveling of their defenses that truly made the story shine.

Watching them learn to trust one another—and, more importantly, to open their hearts—was beautifully done. Their emotional growth never felt rushed or forced; instead, it unfolded through realistic moments, thoughtful dialogue, and meaningful conflicts that mirrored real-life vulnerability. Erin Darlene captures the hesitation, fear, and hope that come with letting someone in, making the romance feel authentic and earned.

The chemistry was undeniable yet grounded in emotional connection rather than just attraction. By the time the characters fully embraced one another, it felt rewarding and heartfelt. Overall, this book is a wonderful choice for readers who love nuanced character development, emotional depth, and a well-crafted enemies-to-lovers journey that lingers long after the final page.

This was an awesome series and I can't wait to see what these authors come up with next!

Scandal on Billionaires Row
By Erin Darlene

📚 True Enemies to lovers
📚 Second chance romance
📚 Forced proximity
📚 Billionaire Hero

"His 🍑is so hot, I bet i could cook bacon on it."

She looks like she's holding herself together with dental floss.

"I'm dating you for your big 🍆, not your money." "Good to know your priorities are solid."

I've really enjoyed all of these books and finally being able to get Francesca and Logans story had me excited. A decade long fued fueled by one night. One night we finally hear about in this book. The banter between them both is electric and the spice is spicing.

Being stuck on an island with the man you've hated for 10 years was only ever going to end in disaster but luckily for Francesca and Logan the only thing that was a disaster was the weather.

Erin has a unique was of bringing together characters and always manages to remind me why I love reading. And will always have a spot on my tbr for her books.

This book was fantastic
the FMC - Francesca is sassy, has amazing banter and a big heart
the MMC - Logan is a loveable teddy bear unless you **** him off

If you have read the series you will already know that francesca and logan do not get along due to something that happened in the past. In this book you finally get to know what it was. The relationaship goes from enemeies to lovers but in a natrual way, there is conversations and understanding. And of course a lovely private island is where it all takes place

What a great end to the series!

Francesca and Logan had a very rocky start. Years of hatred that couldn’t dull the heat between them. When their friends play matchmaker it has them questioning years worth of assumptions and giving knowing one another a chance to not only repair but heal, grow, love and thrive. I love how Francesca owned her story and Logan did right by her this go around. Also, the ending… wonderful Segway into the next chapter!

Perfect way to end the series!

This is true enemies to lovers with forced proximity. Francesca and Logan spent 10 years hating each other over a major misunderstanding that derailed both of their lives. Forced to spend time together at their friend’s destination wedding caused them to confront their past… and their future.

I absolutely loved this story, and the whole series, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Another great read from Erin Darlene. So easy to read and I love this series, can’t wait to see what else the author comes up with.

Francesca and Logan are forced together by friends after a decade of hatred that left both with wounds. Francesca owning her part in it and Logan stepping up makes for a true enemies to lovers. The tension between both characters is formidable and amazing to read. Highly recommend this series

ARC Review: Man, Fran and Logan are 👩🏽‍🍳💋. Erin Darlene hits every time for me. I’ve loved every single one of their books. The banter and obstacles the characters have to overcome are always so well written. This one made for a wonderful ending to the series, and the epilogue was cute as hell. I love that all the other characters from the previous books were all involved and the bond the girls have together has me envious and wanting the same! Can’t wait for more from them!
