I love reading historical local ghost and witch tales, but this book managed to suck much of the excitement out of them. Apart from the huge toad of Berkeley and Dolly the bewitched who couldn't help gossip, it wasn't as interesting as I'd hoped.

Since I like paranormal stories, this book was very intriguing. The stories were short but interesting and fun.
