The SOP for any one who loves Khalafat and desires to implement it in the world.

This book talks about the ideal government model that should be adopted today.
Zaid Hamid argues that the best system of governance that the world has ever seen was during the time of Khulfa-e-Rashideen (the First 4 Caliphs).
He starts the book by telling us about the unique characteristics and philosophy of Khilafat-e-Rashida that distinguished it from the other forms of governments, namely Capitalism/Communism/Monarchy/Dictatorship etc and many more.
A government performing according to Khilafat model not only deals with political and administrative parts of running a country but also guides in the matters of Spirituality, Religion, and Deen. It's not a theocracy but a holistic system that deals with all aspects of life. It not only helps people live there daily life but also guides them to live their life in best possible way so that they have the best chances in this life and the afterlife.
A rashid Khalifa is the one who is not only a civilian political leader but also a religious, spiritual, and military leader. He should understand and excel at all these aspects of leadership, and only then is he capable of leading a nation. The author takes help from Iqbal in explaining the character of this leader; he should be both a Junaidy and an Ardshery (i.e. Junaid Baghdadi aka Spiritual leader, and Ardasher of Iran aka Political/Military leader).

The duties of a rashidi government is to apply the laws of Allah in the land and protect and defend the Muslim Umma. This duty was historically under the Khalifa of Muslims but after the fall of khilafat in 1924, this duty falls to Muslim governments.
Author than compares the current system of Pakistani government to Khalifat-e-Rashida. He also discusses Judicial and Economic systems of what is and what can be. He talks about the treatments of minorities under government based on the principles of Khilafat-e-Rashida.
At the end he explains process and road map of how this new system can be applied to Pakistan and what the priorities should be of the government implementing this new system.
"جو لوگ تم میں سے ایمان لائے اور نیک کام کرتے رہے، ان سے اللہ کا وعدہ حے کہ ان کو زمین میں خلافت عطا کرے گا" Quran 24:55
