Silent

Rate this book
Libby is unable to speak. The horrors of her past forced her into muteness. Thane fears the silence. He's her egotistical boss. She's his man eating assistant. Thane and Libby can't stand each other, yet they can't deny the sexual chemistry between them.
After years of utter contempt one argument and a steamy session against her bosses door will change everything they ever knew.

“Hate is a strong word, Libby” She breathes deeply. I can't stop my eyes from watching her chest rising and falling heavily, her perfect breasts lifting high up her chest with every breath she takes. “I trust you had a good date with Aston?” She nods while swallowing hard. “He was a gentleman?” All I ever get from this woman is nodding! “Did you sleep with him?” She narrows her eyes in anger. “I asked you a question” I say as I take a step closer towards her. My body is almost against hers, I can feel the heat from her body radiating against mine, and it feels divine.

I enjoyed this book. The story is quite sad, but not overly. I can't wait to see what happens next
