First, this book deserves SO MUCH MORE GODDAMN ATTENTION.
i loved this book from the moment i started it, every character is so complex and layered and they all feel so real. Kate navigates her life and her struggles making her a relatable character.
the way Kaitlyn captures the real and raw perspective, motivations and behaviour of teenagers made everything even better.
i geniuenly have no words. i did not think i'd enjoy this as much ad i truly did. these characters WILL hold a special place in my heart. and it felt like i was LITERALLY there, on the east coast.
one way to put this entire novel, is perfect. if you aren't convinced, just go read it. don't even second think. it's a perfect clean romance novel for all teens.

Loved the titles of each chapter being song lyrics, the story itself was very entertaining to sit back at watch, it felt as if I were watching a movie. While the multiple POVs was a little confusing at first, I got the hang of it, and loved Kate’s POV the most. Very relatable book, and blown away that it’s the author’s debut! Absolutely loved all the Shatter Me references, and the little Taylor Swift tidbits. The Prophecy is definitely Kate’s song. You did a fantastic job, Kaitlyn, you should be proud of yourself! :)
