This is why I like fanfic, lol. This is, "What if the MC really did have a magic penis? And sex with him cured whatever was wrong with you?" It's quite the trial for poor John, so it's not as lighthearted as it could've been, but it's just a fun idea. These are the kinds of stories you can only do in fanfic, I think.
