"Resolutions" is the third and final book of the "Romancing Liam" series. We've journeyed through Liam's optimism and uncertainties with love followed by a sudden drop into the darkness of alcohol, drugs, and anonymous sex. Will Liam fight to find the light that will lead him to his one true love? And what does fate hold for the lovers in Liam's Frankie and Jeff? Will it be a happy ending or a disaster?
Liam eventually has a HEA with a certain someone??
This is definitely the darkest book in series and one character in particular has an awful experience ....
Have to say throughout the first two books I know who I wanted Liam to end up with and in the end it wasn't who I wanted but think , in hindsight, he ended up with the best person for him
Sex is downright dirty ( not that I'm complaining ! )
These characters have been on different 'journeys ' and the outcome ,in the end, for them was just right
This was an amazing story of gay men who fell into the darkness of booze, sex, drugs, and dangerous, predator men. Jeff, Liam, and Frankie had all gone to an underwear party at a bar. Liam and Frankie went their separate ways at the bar...Liam taking drugs and booze and fell in the hands of Sal, one of the worst predators there was. Liam ended up in the dark back room with multiple men including Sal who did whatever they wanted to Liam. The drugs took Liam in a fantasy with a field of flowers, then naked, he was brutalized and left on the floor of the bar. Frankie had gone home with another man, Abe, who was another sick predator, who ended up punching him and getting chained to the bathtub to be a sex slave for Abe, Sal, and George, the owner of the bar. With the drugs in his system, he too ended up in a fantasy world as these men did what they wanted to him, leaving him naked in the streets, to be found and taken to the hospital. Jeff and Liam had found themselves with Shawn, the nice bouncer who was trying to protect them. Liam was taken to the hospital by Richard, someone Liam knew at the Bathhouse, and he found Frankie. The world of darkness can destroy a life and these 3 men had almost gotten to that point. The story does get worse with murders, but it ties everything together.....Luckily it turns into a happily ever after. Loved the writers style and the twists and turns of the story. The imagination he brings into this is something that opens up a whole way of thinking what this world could be like. You find yourself loving the 3 main characters. Loved it.
