Oliver
She’s the daughter of the man who murdered my mother. The man who destroyed a part of my life five years ago and last night he sent her to destroy the rest.
She’s just a fox. A manipulative trickster that we stupidly fell for. We let her into our lives. We fell in love with her, but it was all a lie.
And now I’m out for blood.

Scarlett
I was told that Oliver McKnight was the man responsible for my mother’s murder. He’s my father’s enemy, so what else was I supposed to believe?
I was torn apart by all the lies and deceit, and my hand was forced. His blood is on my hands and there’s a target on my back.
When he comes to kill me, I’ll let him because not only did I murder his best friend, I killed one of the only two men I’ve ever truly loved.

Dark, Dirty, and a little bit Nerdy. Kalia Rose writes characters that you hate to love and love to hate. Her books take you on a rollercoaster of emotions but will leave you oh so satisfied at the end.

When she was a teen, she was obsessed with Stephen King and all horror. She wrote dark poetry and stories to pass the time.

Her debut novel, Roll For Initiative, started as a dare from a friend. "Dare you to write a spicy book," they said. And so she did.

When Kalia isn't writing, she is either playing video games with her husband, taking nature photos, or simply curled up with a new book.

When your FAV dark romance author tells you… “You have been warned” before you get an ARC copy of her latest unreleased book…believe her!
Beautifully Healed Part 2 picks up with Scarlett, Jace and Oliver’s lives on the brink of total disaster!! This isn’t your “run of the mill” story ohhh nooo! “Buckle up buttercup” it’s about to get REAL dark and more twisted than my mind could have ever conjured up… Stellar writing Kalia!👏
There’s definitely a love story here however there’s an Oliver(you’ll understand), Martin, Pierre and an Andre that are obstacles to that path along with Scarlett herself.
There’s spice(lots of it), obsession, violence ohhh yaaa DEFINITELY check your trigger warnings! Thank you Kalia for this beautifully written masterpiece and every single tear, cuss word, gasp, ohh F…along the way and of course I can’t forget the laugha and the smiles. Excited to add this my dark romance collection.🖤

I loved this book! Prepare the tissues because this one gets sad before the end, but it is totally worth reading ❤️

Jace, Oliver and Scarlett belong together and no one can convince me otherwise.
Things that are meant to be are worth fighting for and wow.. did these three fight for it 😭

An amazing part 2, an amazing duet overall and both books are definitely going to the top of my favorites list.

I’m trying to put together words to write a review but I’m honestly speechless. So I’ll start off with some emojis to sum up this incredible journey that is Part 2 of The Scarred Fox Duet…
🥺😢😦🤯😬😳😳🤯😱🤬😭😭🫣🥺😵😳😳🥰🥰👏🏻

If you thought Jace & Oliver were protective of their girl just wait…Angelo shows up, and shows what real unhinged revenge looks like. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This is 1000% how to do a sequel. This book is packed with nonstop drama, action and emotion. There is a lot going on here but in the best way! Kalia definitely delivers with this one!

The epilogue and bonus epilogue were absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending 🥰

If I could give this 10 stars I absolutely would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you so much Kalia for sharing your arc book

Wow. Now that’s how you close out a duet. 😱
My girl Kalia here had me thinking I knew how a situation was going to play out, only to swerve at the last minute and keep this crazy ride going. This is a direct continuation of book 1, Beautifully Broken, so make sure you read that first before continuing! In book 2, you can expect:

- MFM
- 3x POV
- enemies to lovers
- spice (but used so tastefully)
- … piercings 😏
- death, destruction, & bloody revenge via some VERY unsavory, but very creative, methods
- secrets and lies revealed
- mafia wars
- found family
- trauma recovery and healing
- a hard earned HEA 🥹❤️

I really don’t want to say much about what goes down in this book, but if you thought book 1 was dramatic? Hold on to your butts. Our three main characters, and especially Scarlett, go *through* it and then some to fight for their HEA. Because of that, I would highly highly recommend you CHECK THE TRIGGER WARNINGS. Kalia tackles some really difficult situations in this book that may be difficult to read for some, but I also love how she let each of the characters heal in different ways and on their own timelines that felt really natural for them all.

One of my favorite things about these books has been the layers of overlap between the characters- from shared deaths, to traumatic childhood experiences, to special interests- and Kalia wove the three of them together in a way that was so special. I don’t always feel like all three characters have a natural, equal connection in MFM/MMF books, but Scarlett, Jace, and Oli are soulmates through and through. Can’t convince me otherwise. 🫶🏻

Beautifully Healed is part two of a lovers to enemies to lovers duet. tIt takes everything set up in part one of this duet and rips it wide open. This story is heavy with betrayal, grief, and the devastating fallout of lies that can’t be undone. Can they? Oliver’s pain and rage are visceral, and Scarlett’s guilt and heartbreak are just as crushing. Nothing about this book is easy, and that’s exactly what makes it work.

Jace adds another layer of emotional depth to the story. His love is fierce, loyal, and deeply rooted, making the losses and betrayals hit even harder. Watching him struggle between anger, devotion, and heartbreak was just as powerful as Oliver’s journey, and his role reminds you that every choice that’s made leaves ripples that touch everyone involved.

The emotional weight of loss, revenge, and regret hangs over every page. Watching love turn into anger, and anger threaten to destroy what’s left, was intense and heartbreaking. Scarlett’s struggle to survive the consequences of choices made under manipulation felt raw and tragic, while Oliver and Jace’s responses to that pain showed just how differently grief can manifest.
P.S. Angelo, Bear, and Belle stole a little piece of my heart from Jace, Oliver, and Scarlett.
This book is about consequences, forgiveness, and whether healing is even possible after everything has been broken. It’s painful, emotional, and deeply consuming, making it a powerful conclusion to the duet.

As always, be mindful of trigger warnings, what I enjoy may not be for everyone.

Happy Reading!

The peanut butter to the chocolate of Beautifully Broken, Beautifully Healed is not what you expect. If you think you're going to get more of the same, then strap on a pair and get ready to hide under a pillow. I was shocked at this book. Not because it was bad, but because it wasn't a typical spicy dark mafia romance. It was dark, there was some spice, and eventually the greatest romance, but not in the order you expect.

Picking up close to where it left off, we find a Scar, Jace, and Oliver's relationship on the edge of a knife (or a letter opener), with hate, vengeance, worry, forgiveness and anxiety all swirled together like an Oreo blizzard.

Scar's dad is making a play for territory, promises about Scarlett's future have been made that don't involve her lovers, and Oliver is on a rampage begging for Scarlett's blood. Beautifully Healed has a LOT of dark mafia, and is more of a continuation of one big story than it is a stand alone novel. Book one was the primer, book 2 is the bullet being fired, cut, burned, tortured, gagged, and broken (Don't ask about the pear).

These are the latest in my Kalia collection and I couldn't be more satisfied. Do yourself a favor and read this masterfully written enemies to lovers tale. Kalia has artfully healed what I thought would be impossible to pull back from the brink. Chef's kiss good.

So I received this as an arc copy from the author after I finished the 1st one. First fair warning, it can be an extremely triggering book. READ THE TRIGGER WARNING BEFORE READING. It may not be for you. However even if certain things don't trigger, it could still be a hard read. Because Kalia wrote it so well that you lose yourself and become the character. You want to laugh and cry and scream when the character does. It is inevitable. I have only ever read two books in my life prior to reading this that shook me to my very core and neither were written nearly as good as this. When I say readers beware or enjoy the menu. I mean it. She has captured the very fears of both men and women and their desires and so perfectly transcribed them into a world of fiction. Usually the second book isn't as good as the first. Raise your expectations. This book will blow them out of the park.

I received this as an ARC reader. Warning! Spoilers!
Kalia is my absolute favorite dark romance author. Not only does she describe the characters really well but she has a way of making me feel like I'm in the book right alongside with the characters.
This is Book 2 of the duet that I devoured in 2 days. I felt the pain Scarlett went through when she was raped. I cried with her. I cried with the 2 main male characters when they mourned her. I laughed when Bear was introduced and his shenanigans.
A roller coaster of a read. We were warned at the beginning. I crave these books and Kalia did not disappoint.
I'm requesting multiple books in this series! 🤣🤣🤣

Fantastic book! The characters are absolutely amazing. They are so real and flawed but they accept their flaws and no one is trying to change who they are. The storyline is gripping and completely held my attention. Kalia Rose is definitely one of my top favorite authors now. I definitely recommend this duet.
