Dodger Nause is not good at being a Rogue. An unconventional upbringing has him craving stability, but the Rogue Pack is anything but. On the brink of war, he has to find a way to calm the animal inside of him. His Alpha is asking him to be patient, but a new and dangerous Pack is pushing into their territory, and Dodger isn’t good at sitting back and waiting for something bad to happen. Adding to the chaos? The humans in Coeur d’Alene are wary of werewolves, and Dodger is having a hard time being polite. When a gorgeous woman approaches, offering kindness, he knows it is a trick. That or someone dared her to talk to him. Destiny is showing him attention she should be saving for her own kind, but she has a big secret that will make her interest in Dodger make perfect sense. Why can he not stop thinking about her? A good man would leave the tempting human alone, at least until his Pack is finished with the war, but there is one thing Dodger is learning about himself lately—he is a monster, and monsters aren’t good.
Destiny Young is the daughter of a legend. Werewolves don’t scare her, but she does understand Dodger’s hesitation at getting to know her. He’s been hurt, and is standoffish, and can be a brute at times, but she can see his potential so clearly. Too bad their timing is off because his wolf is being pulled into a war no one can stop. No matter how much she tries to stay away from him in the name of self-preservation, the heart wants what it wants. And after everything she has learned about werewolves over her lifetime, her heart says the danger of Dodger’s affection is worth it.
It’s time for this new Rogue Pack to set down roots, but there are enemy forces—both human and werewolf—determined to end them once and for all. The goal is peace, but peace for werewolves comes at a steep cost. Destiny Young is about to learn that the hard way.

Another fantastic story in this series🙌 Dodger is restless about being back after the Pack was kicked out of their old territory. A chance meeting with a female human who approaches him willingly, changes what he once thought and knew about humans, especially this strong female with the name of “Destiny”😍
Some suspenseful moments but all in all an entertaining and quick read, which I always love❤️ Looking forward to Vic’s story next❣️
I love love love this new series! I honestly didn't think anything could top Nory and Liam's story but I was wrong!!! Dodger and Destiny pulled me in as my new favorite couple, Destiny is so independent and fierce making an excellent heroine. The story is written so well and sucked me in on the first page. This story is definitely not to miss reading! Now if I could find my own Dodger.....
T s Joyce writes books that hit every emotional, the real feels of life, and you can see it in her writing, I love the optimism, hope and love, but the stories go through stuff, the bad and hard stuff, and I love the books for that reason, so well written, characters you can’t help but love, and ones you hate because they’re immoral, and vile, and that’s why they’re page turned, this is a must
This new adventure in the Same world kept me at the edge of my seat and breathless! I absolutely love these characters and the new world T.S. Joyce has built for us. Dodger is trying to hold it all together, knowing his pack is in danger, but one soft smile from Destiny, changes it all for him. Destiny knows the world Dodger lives and wants to be a part of it, human or not.
This book was exciting action filled with so much love. This couple was amazing. Hope that's not the last we see of Lyric. Looking forward to the next couple. Roll on February
I cannot wait for the next book in this series I have read every book I could get by T.S. Joyce and have never been disappointed. Looking forward to many more books to come .
As always TS Joyce creates a story that is consuming and riveting. Dodger is the perfect tortured strong wolf that is shocked when he falls for a soft human, its Destiny
Good story. There was a little oopsie. One scene he’s taking of her shoes and massaging her feet. Next scene she walks to the kitchen and he bends down and removes her snow boots and socks. Good book!
CLASSIC TS Joyce. Funny, tender, intense, violent, and so much alpha BDE!
Dodger is a dominant werewolf who is always just on the edge of feral violence. Everything makes him want to fight. His pack has recently re-formed as a rogue pack in defiance of wolven government, and remain in its crosshairs.
We see little cracks despite Dodger’s angry, grumpy “kill them all” inner dialog. He hates everything and everyone and yet works along side humans more or less amicably (he hasn’t killed anyone). And his wolf notices Destiny, a fragile, pretty human at a diner and forces his human to court her.
Their sweet, funny attraction comes with fearsome risk. Humans shun the wolves, and the wolven government strips packs that allow human/were mates of everything they have. Their homes, their support from other packs, everything. Dodger’s rogue pack have defied the Council and staked their territory in Coeur de Alene knowing that they will be entirely on their own when other packs attack them. When, not if.
How can Dodger bond her when it will put her in the middle of a war humans can’t survive?
The fun in this one was Dodger getting gob smacked by Destiny and not really knowing what to do. Destiny should have run far and fast from Dodger with all the things he said and did the first couple of times they met, yet she was just as enthralled. It took them a bit to get on the same page and they needed help for their respective pack/families, but finally it worked. It was also fun to see Dodger react to who Destiny's dad was. So much could have gone wrong there, but even that worked out well.
I did love how the "bad" pack got their asses kicked. It will be interesting to see what the repercussions of that are in the next book.
I didn’t rush to read this one as the series as whole hasn’t been doing it for me, and that last book was not my friend. This one was much better though! The writing flow is back and the awkward clunky writing disappeared. This is more the book you would expect, and it doesn’t even used the same recycled dialogue or anything on her bingo card. There’s no completely random weird character largely featured (side points for hamster sweaters. I did giggle), but it’s still sweet and flirty and full of protector vibes.
This series is awesome. I've loved all of the couples and characters and I loved Destiny's and Dodger's story. The banter is witty and they are a perfect match. When the battle comes and Destiny is turned the scene is epic. If you've never read a book by TS Joyce you don't know what you're missing. I recommend this book as excellent read along with all of the other books TS has written.
Dodger didn’t do relationships. Destiny wasn’t looking either. But there was definitely someone pulling the strings roping them together . Every man who ever has to meet a girls dad is nervous, but when that man is a legend well that is a whole other story.
Normally I hate overarching storylines. I hate the impending sense of dread of what is to come because it gets worse in each progressive book. I don't feel that with this series. Yes, I know there is more to come, but the ending feels optimistic and open.
I loved this book as much as the other two. I enjoyed their banter, and Dodger learning to give more of himself than just violence.
Definitely worth reading, had to finish it in a day. I really enjoyed the way Dodger wanted to keep Destiny save even from him. The stepdad being the dad figure for Destiny trying to protect her mother and her. Leaving one way of live for another that ends up so much better, couldn't get any better.

I loved this story… It was so GOOD! Destiny & Dodger’s story is so much more than expected! What an amazing addition to this series! I can’t for more from this pack.
I simply LOVE every book and series T S Joyce writes. She was the very first author I've read on Kindle and I will read and buy ANY and ALL books and series she will ever write!!! Guaranteed 💯❤️
I enjoyed this one. I liked how confident and strong the human heroine was. She stood up for herself, and she knew who she was. It was a good read. Looking forward to the next book.
This book is the opposite of the title. There's nothing "same old" about this wild adventure. I can't give any details without ruining the fun surprises which await the reader.
Join Dodger on figuring out love and life as he gets in deep with Destiny. Do they make, do they fail? Only way to find out is to read and giggle at the dating app screen names!!!
Absolutely love this story. I can't wait for the next. I love everyone of T's books. Every character has flaws but they work through them. I love that.
