This final installment of The Happiness Program looks at our relationship with anger, and how we can prevent it from spinning out of control. There are numerous anger management techniques listed within this installment, and I promise, many of them you probably never thought of. Like in The Happiness Program and The Happiness Relationship, Darren uses his unique brand of humor to make examining the dark places inside of ourselves less intimidating. By utilizing the simple techniques described within this book, your anger will become an old friend.
I’m not your standard monk/ spiritual guy and I’m for sure NOT your guru. If spiritual teachers were lovers, I’m the guy who always needs two hands and five minutes to undo the bra.

I’m a Marine Veteran, a chronic martial arts student, an athlete, a comic book nerd, a father, an author, a homeless advocate, a community volunteer, a Zen monk, a yo-yo master (maybe a bit obsessed), and a lot in between.
Most likely what you are experiencing I’ve been there too.
