Bebe is like an overpowered pikachu, without lightning nature. And this book is about linley adventuring through the dangerous mountain range of magical beasts with bebe and the grand magus. Epic battles and tactics. It's amazing.

This somehow felt like a filler to me.

Of course, we see Linley getting stronger and stronger, but it felt like the focus of this volume was more on Bebe, than on the actualy protagonist. Not that I´d have a problem with that - I juts love Bebe - but what I liked about book one and two was how the world of Yulan unfolded before my eyes, how I was able to feel the "chinese" part in this webnovel, it´s asian influence. This is somewhat gone in this novel, which did let me down in some way. That doesn´t make this volume necessarily bad, it´s just kind of a bummer that the icing on the cake wasn´t around this time. Also I don´t like it wehn characters are overly concerned abour money. A tall. I didn´t like it in "Moonlight Sculptor", I didn´t like it in "KingKillerChronicles" and I still didn´t like it in this volume of PanLong.

Also I expected this series to be more akin to Street Fighter than to Monster Hunter, if you get what I mean, but there are still eighteen sequels to change for that matter. All in all a solid volume in a really long series.

I love this novel! Actually read it twice. MC is great and story line fantastic. My favorite character remains Bebe although Linley is cool. When I got to the end, I didn’t want it to finish! Part of the duology Stellar Transformation. I recommend this book.

Amazing read to introduce Xianxia to anyone! The main character growth is excellent. A great classic from I Eat Tomatoes. Hope to see more translations completed soon.

Fun story

Like said in an earlier review, this reminds me of the firs dragon ball stories. Not that the story is similar, but it has the same kind of feel. The translation and editing are pretty good too. The only issue for me is the tendency to over describe, but I enjoy it anyway.
