And… I cheated. I let her be more than herself by making her a werewolf — the only magical creature in a world otherwise just like ours. Because I wanted to see what she could do with a wolf’s senses and strength. And wildness.

Love Sue Denver’s Sara Flores books. Have read several paranormal books with werewolves but none as good as these. Sara, a PI, and her team don’t leave anything to chance or any victim behind including abused dogs. Which is why I love her stories.
