I loved this so much!

Witchy FMC Seren and Demon MMC Callum were so much fun to read about. Their little meet cute in the tavern in the Middle made me chuckle. Their chemistry in general was great and their awkwardness while navigating the early stages of their bond was very sweet.

Some characters just vibe together really well, and this was one of the best pairings I’ve read recently I would love to see some artwork of Callum in both his demon and glamours forms because he sounds pretty smokin’.

I received an ARC of this book and was excited to read the next installment in this series! I really loved the evolution of expanding the world a bit but also seeing some familiar parts of it. The characters are developed and the story flowed well and the relationship dynamic is different and endearing.

A wonderful addition to this universe and story, can’t wait for the next one!

Following the events in the previous two novels, Demon’s Bounty focuses on another familiar character, Seren, and her adventures with a grumpy demon, Callum, as they traverse the realms searching for the fae queen’s bounty…only, there are many other fortune hunters also on the same hunt. In addition, there’s a pesky little bond that might complicate things for these two…The interactions between Seren and Callum are so good especially as they are seemingly just thrust into this situation together but they are the most “roll with it, but cautiously” couple I think I’ve ever come across. Their dynamic suits them very well and it is so nice to see/hear from previous characters as well.

I am so happy to be back with Crescent Coven and all the stories that come from it. I love the interconnected standalones that currently make up the series and the first two books, Demon’s Bride and Demon’s Bane, are two of the novels that helped restart my reading journey so it feels so good to be back!

Thank you so much to Leigh Miller for the gifted ARC. I’m so excited for the next book in the series! All opinions are my own.

I had a really enjoyable time with this book. It is a fast-paced and adventurous story that takes the reader through different realms, which adds a fun and dynamic layer to the overall plot.

While I did not feel deeply attached to the characters, I still found the romance between them compelling. One of the strongest aspects for me was their emotional development and the way they tried to make sense of their unresolved feelings throughout the story.

The pacing and length also worked well. It felt well-balanced, not too long and not too short, which made it an easy and satisfying read.

I do think the story could have spent a little more time exploring the realms in greater detail, especially with a few quieter moments to help deepen the atmosphere and setting. Even so, it was still a fun and engaging read overall.

4.25 stars. This story is dual POV, well written and edited, and a fast-paced, action filled, fated mates, contemporary fantasy romance between Seren, the female neurodiverse-coded human witch bounty hunter lead, and Callum, the male demon bounty hunter lead. I enjoyed Seren’s action focus and her instinctive decision making method. I enjoyed her willingness to take risks and experience new things. I empathised with Callum’s concerns around his family of origin. I enjoyed his initial pursuit of Seren and chuckled at his surprise when she returned the favour later. I enjoyed his protectiveness and devotion, and his true enjoyment of Seren as she was. I enjoyed the steamy intimate scenes. I enjoyed the secondary characters. I haven’t read the other stories in the series but found this stood alone. I enjoyed the set up for what I hope will be the next story.

I LOVED every minute of this book. I knew this book would be an amazing read just like every other book she's done. I have never, not liked, a book she's written. Characters? 10/10. Plot? 10/10. World building? 10/10. Spice? 10/10.

Usually I like darker less HEA vibes but these are so good the characters, the banter, the CHEMISTRY. Just everything....utter perfection.

And the sneak peek at the end?!?! Naughty. I hate it and I love it! I also want to see more Esme. I love to hate her every single time I see her. May her side of the pillow always be warm!

If you haven't read this series you should. It's got fated mates, grumpy/chaotic sunshine, mutiple realms, magic, witches, mythical creatures. STORYLINE. Just everything.

Read it. But read book 1 first. Whole they are standalones, it does help to have background on some of the events and significance of them.

A witch and a demon walk into a tavern and they have no idea the adventure that awaits them. Seren and Callum are both trying to run from their past and make better futures for themselves, and when a faerie queen's bounty presents that opportunity they team up.
This book has an amazing world with so many layers and different characters. I liked how Callum was more than just the handsome viking demon and had some depth to him with his back story. And Seren wasn't just a witch, but also had her own struggles even while being a strong headed FMC. They were a great balance to eachother. My one wish for this book is that there was more time exploring the other worlds. Hopefully, I get this in the other books!

Another hit in this series!

Hopping through realms and breaking wards to find what she wants has been Seren's life. She is content for the most part until a demon ends up in her path. Callum is stuck by circumstance but knows what he senses and what he wants.

This is a great like realm jumping story where we get to learn more about Seren and her limitless attitude to the things in her life. A super fun character to read about!

Callum is a big cuddly guy. He has a caregiver streak a mile wide. He gives hard candy with a soft gooey inner.

I personally loved this story and if you like:

First and foremost — a huge thank you to Leigh Miller for trusting me with an ARC of Demons Bounty. It was such a privilege to read this early, and I can confidently say… I was hooked fast and never recovered.

This book grabs you by the throat from the very beginning and does not let go. The pacing is addictive, the tension is constant, and the characters are impossible to stop thinking about (especially Callum 👀)

With a strong mix of action, tension, and slow-burn, this is one of those books that keeps you completely locked in from start to finish!

Leigh has outdone herself once again and I already cant wait for what comes next!

First of all, Leigh Miller; I feel so blessed to have been on the arc team for Demon's Bounty. I adore the Crescent Coven Series and all thoughts contained here are my own. I want to ask how you managed to slip a dose of therapy into a paranormal romance ( much needed probably most of us aren't touching the self help section much lol) but I think it's safe to say I have a new favorite couple. I always seem to find your books exactly when I need them Just like Seren and Callum. I cannot wait to see the next adventure you brew for us. But truly Demon's bounty left me asking a deep question ( thanks Seren) what debts do I owe myself? ...

This was quite an interesting read! I really loved Callum and Seren’s chemistry, and their romance really just sparked off the page. Seren is a strong-willed FMC who is escaping her past and trying to build herself a future where she doesn’t have to live under someone’s thumb. Callum was a strong and protective MMC who wants to change the way he’s been living. These two were just amazing characters and I loved their adventure. So, if you’re looking for a fast-paced, full of romance, banter filled read that has quite a few twists and turns but leaves you smiling with a happily ever after!

Demon’s Bounty follows Seren, a witch craving freedom, who accidentally discovers her demon mate, Callum—a bounty hunter. Trying to avoid the whole mate situation, she ends up getting pulled back in when fate forces them to work together on a fae bounty.

I really enjoyed the plot and the slow build of their relationship. Watching them go from resisting each other to realizing they belong together made the story feel satisfying and well-paced.

Overall, a fun supernatural romance with a solid storyline and a happy ending!

Demon's Bounty by Leigh Miller was a hilarious rom-com in fantasy costume! With demons, witches, and a quest, the novel has everything romantasy fans adore with the pacing and plot of a romance novel, creating an escape that is both fantastical and familiar. While romance should have taken more time to develop, the rest of the story flowed naturally and was fun. Nothing about this book was particularly surprising, but it was still a great world to get lost in for a few hours.

Thank you for the ARC. I loved this book! There was adventure, there was fun, there was a plot, there was spice, and there was love (fated mates). This book is a perfect blend of feeling good and reading an interesting story. The FMC is great. She holds her ground and is strong. The MMC is demon with a tail and horns, and he is just a grumpy protector. I read the book and I am happy. There wasn't a time when I was frustrated or I got mad. Nope. If this book was a series of ten books, I would read them in ten days. So happy! Thank you.

My review of this ARC is an honest and unbiased one.

This book was something I didn't know I needed. Full of witty banter, slow burn tension and the right amount of spice it just hit the spot. It had enough action to keep the story moving at a steady pace without weighing it down and enough sexual tension between the characters to keep those pages turning.

I'm really looking forward to the next installment in this series.

Demon’s Bounty was amazing, as are all the Crescent Coven books are. Following Callum and Seren’s adventure had me hooked and found it was hard to put the book down.

The tension between these two as they explored their bond did nothing but burn as the book went on, and it did not disappoint in the least. This book will definitely be getting a reread in the near future
